They have great deals and great service! Damand was awesome in helping us pick out the phones that were best for us. He was very friendly and made us laugh. Always dread getting new phones but they made our experience very enjoyable.

We and my family went to the store, the employee Bernie (aka they call her queen b) she was very nice and very professional and very plight. She spend over half the day she did many imports and sold many phones to us. The only reason we was there so long is cause we was having trouble getting AT&T and Verizon to give us the import. If anyone can help u she can. She will bend over backwards to help u, and dont rush u out of the store even when she is over her time. I would recommend miss Bernie to anyone, she have very good people skulls. Thx again Bernie.

Absolute worst phone store ever.. actually worst store Ive ever been to. Terrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. When I spent 150 bucks on 2 brand new phones it took 3 hours to activate in store after I handed them the money. One of the phones was jank and never worked right. Was supposed to get a new one but have yet to receive a working phone and its been a month not to mention the service is terrible. This store should be shut down.im a nice guy and got royally screwed by these people and this company with no care in the world given by them. The employees dont know what they are doing at all as well as the manager. 100 percent rip off. Anybody who I could save from getting involved with this terrible place would give me satisfaction as they have caused alot if heartache in my life the last month in an already extremely hard time. Just a fair warning. Stay away. Youll be happy you did.

The owner screamed at me so uncalled for till she woke up my 2month old and had my baby so upset I had to leave just to get away from her. I paid for two phone lines to be added that day and left without either one of them working. Felt so mistreated cant believe this woman owned this business. She said she didnt care w either or not I she had my business although I been with boost since 2015 and the two lines I was porting over made a total of 6 customers Ive refer to boost. I have reported this store and owner to boost customer care nothing has been done still very upset

Okay, well first off my phone was LESS than a week old when it started failing. I bought it at the Cape Girardeau location. So because it was within the 7 day return range, I went to trade it for one that worked. They said the would love to help me. Wonderful I thought. So they then inform me of their $35 restock fee (to re-stock a broken phone) and then I would have to pay a $25 activation fee for the new device. Boost Mobile is good but the STL Mobile stores that sell Boost are scammers and jerks. Terrible business ethic and Boost should pull their name from their stores. Rip off. Bad business. DO NOT SHOP HERE.UPDATE 10/11/2017Thanks for the response. But my phone was in the original condition. Defective. BAD SCREEN. My phone was not dropped, broken, cracked, wet....ect. I talked to Boost directly and they said EXACTLY the opposite of what you posted. Try again. What youre telling us is that you same sell broken phones and oh well? I dont think you read my first post very well. I was upset abut the restock and reactivation fee. Not the broken phone. All I wanted was to get what I was paying for from what I thought might be a reputable business.Update 10-18-17Again I get screwed by these guys. Expect a lawsuit.Now my rebate was refused because I received a defective phone from this place and switched to a different one of the same phone. Theybsaid because i switched, the rebate is void. This is No Joke folks. Pathetic. It never ends with these guys.
