Premium quality on most items, and low prices for on a majority of the items!

What kind of store requires you to carry a quarter to shop there. I didn’t have change so I’m going to walmart to shop. Pretty sad state of affairs when the little guy forced me to shop elsewhere.

I stopped shopping here when you stopped carrying my favorite Prairie Farms Ice Cream gallon tubs and went to that light ice cream that left a horrible film on my teeth that even my tongue couldnt remove and required an immediate brushing of my teeth! I used to buy 4-8 gallons a month along with my regular shopping but now I shop at Walmart since they carry it.

The absolute worst of the Ruler stores in the area! No help whatsoever and food not marked. Will NOT return

I would rather shop there than anywhere else! Love the prices and selections! I recommend Rulers to all my friends and family! I live on social security so money is tight and Rulers helps me be able to eat healthy at a price I can afford. I was so happy they came to Cape Girardeau.

I had a very pleasant exchange with a young lady who was stocking shelves at Ruler Foods. She asked if I was finding everything okay and we had a pleasant little chat about how Ruler Foods doesnt move their stock around to make you hunt for it in hopes that you will make an impulse buy.Best experience Ive had in any store in quite a while. Wish I had got her name, definitely give her a Gold Star

A good place for a quick stop to zip in and get a few things or a regular shopping trip. The prices are very reasonable. Things are where you can quickly find what you need. Make sure you bring your own bags or you can find a box or two. I do believe they also have bags available. It is similar to an Aldi type store. You bag your groceries. Friendly cashier. This was my first visit here and I was impressed by the neat look to the layout of the store.

Prices were good. On a few items the price didnt say if it was each or by the pound. All in all it seemed to be a good discount grocery store.

I love the prices. I can get a weeks worth of groceries for under $100.

Awesome place to grocery shop. Kinda high on meats but everything else is almost as cheap as ALDIS. They have a large variety of fresh frozen veggies. I recommend people to shop there

I like Ruler foods. Its owned by Kroger where I used to shop when I lived in Michigan. Ruler has Kroger brand and name brand stuff. Kroger brand is just as good as name brand. They have really good prices.

If you like Kroger you would like this place... its right next to KFC... prices are good.. and if you are tied after shopping...go to KFC and have chicken tonight...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ruler foods is a great store for baragains. Being on a budget u love the fact I can go in and spend $20 and have enough for 3 days meal.

Food is so nice and fresh and way cheaper than Save -A-Lot or Schmucks or Wal-mart. Wonderful cashiers with smiles and help you on anything you need.

Its a great store with a nice produce section and lots of store brand items. Its very affordable and reminds me of Aldi only without the crowd

It doesnt matter how cheap the food is if the selection makes me have to run to multiple stores to get groceries (spoiler alert the low prices are over hyped). I never feel I save enough to justify the extra gas driving around.

Horrible Customer Service. Employee refused to assist disabled seniors put groceries in their car. It took the employee longer to justify he was too busy than it would have to assist them with their sodas.

Service and quality is consistently just okay. But the prices are cheap enough to make u for it. Its similar to a typical Aldi store.

It reminds me of Aldi. They have a lot of high quality products but they are mostly off brand.

Always have greats selections and quality food, at least for the items i use generally. The place is always at a good temperature, polite atmosphere, friendly staff, i like the place mostly bc its never too crowded.

Great products but lack of customer service long lines they wait till the checkout line gets to be 2 to 3 isles long before they call for another cashier employees answer questions over the phone that they no nothing about instead of putting a manager on the phone. I would not requimend cape rulers to anyone
