Placed an order on 10/30. Credit card was charged immediately. Within 2 days, I received a confirmation that it had shipped. Good so I thought. Well, Fedex shows as never receiving the product to ship to me. Also, you cannot speak with anyone at this store. You go through a phone tree and then are asked to leave a message. They never return messages. Corrupt - stay away from this company!
I bought 8 vanity fixtures that took some time to receive. Once I did receive them I determined that it was not what I thought and they would not work out. I followed the instructions after receiving my approve return label. The FedEx tracking indicates that the merchandise was received October 22, 2020 but I have yet to hear back from Kichler regarding my refund. I have called multiple times and left messages but I have not received a call back. This is very frustrating. I will never purchase anything directly from Kichler again. Their service is horrible.

Terrible customer service. Their prices are better than other internet sites, but it’s not worth it. I returned an item several weeks ago and have not received a refund, have not received an email confirming my return, no one answers any of the phone extensions, and some of the voicemails are full. They conduct business as though they are going out of business.
AVOID ORDERING PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE: The vendor dropships product from the Kichler manufacturer. Neither the Kichler product manufacturer or the Kichlersuperstore steps up and works to resolve issues with product quality and shipping damage.
If there are questions forget it no one answers phone or returns calls. I paid way too much for this fixture. Never again
Very poor customer service. This store requires minimum purchases and will not accept returns. I wanted 4 light bulbs, they required that I order 12. I requested a return within their stated 60 time period with all contents in original packaging. I waited four days for a response to my return request, which they denied due to the fact that it is an accessory. Per our policy, we can not take back any accessories or partsEffectively, it is this companies policy to up charge their customers and refuse returns.
