Brendan has been great at showing me vehicles that fit my needs and I can see myself in long term. He really goes the extra mile to inform you however you need. Super nice guy and easy to work with.
First of all, I showed up at 8:35 for a 9 am appointment that they said was one hour. They didnt seem to know about my appointment and asked who I some to. I didnt take notes as to who, just that it was a woman. Then after an hour later they asked me to sign a paper, waiver? That showed some damage on their walkaround inspection. I signed it knowing very well that there was some small scrapes and dents. They finally said all done at 10:30. I was a bit later then I thought it would be, so I was a bit rushed to drive away. Later that afternoon, my fiance asked about the scrape on the hood. I went and looked at a fairly sizable scrape in the paint that wasnt there before my appointment. Maybe it was done at their wash rack because they DID wash the car, but since I didnt notice when I left theres no recourse in sure. I just want others to know about my experience. I dont have a new car, its 9 years old and does have that previous damage, so Im not going to try and have them fix their mistake. They might deny it anyway. Not worth my time.

I would give a negative Id possible. Took my car in for service for an issue with the locks. Left it all day no one ever called me with an update. When I called close to closing they said it was a warranty issue and had to order a part. The following week I call to get an update and they tell me they really have no idea whats wrong and I need to bring it back in. So I leave it for 5 says while we are out of town. They did some other recall that I never even mentioned, didnt fix the issue and didnt seem to give one care that its still not fixed. Any time I called they were rude and at one point didnt even think my car was there!
My salesman Zane was awesome. I was however very disappointed with the detailing of my vehicle. They barely touched it and left cigarette ashes in the console. Other than Zane did a great job taking care of me.

This used to be Ike Honda. I wasnt sure if it still was but as we were in the market for a new to us car and Honda/Kia are both brands weve had decent experience with. Not sure if the arrogant man who came out to help me was offended when I explained I originally thought it was Ikes, but his phony laugh and snide grimace said he Either thought me to stupid for purchase or judged me for poor. Im not sure what I was wearing but it was basic casual, likely jeans and t-shirt as it was very hot out and I had the day off but turns out its stupid of ur salesman to assume such. Costing u sales sending people off without even asking what u might help them with. Personally I feel I might be better off learning now about the attitude here. Better to be snubbed and still have my money than to purchase before finding out they wont be helpful when I really might need it. A mistake in paperwork or vehicle issue down the road would require assistance from someone whose willing to work for their consumers. That said, thank u for saving my time, money, and potential headache.

I would give zero stars if I could. This dealership has horrible customer service and I believe unethical practices. My car was in their service department for 5 months under a warranty repair with no resolution in sight. They never called with updates and when we drove by it would still be sitting outside. They kept blaming Kia Headquarters in California for the delay. I finally felt backed into a corner to trade it in for a different car. Much to my surprise, less than a week after trading my vehicle in, it is now listed for sale on their website. Either they magically figured out a way to fix it or they are selling it for over $16,000 (way more than they gave me) with the problems it had. I’m so heartbroken. I never had plans in the beginning to get rid of my car. It was almost paid off! The last 5 months of dealing with them has taken an emotional toll on me. I can’t believe a business would treat hard working customers like that. Be very careful! They do not seem to care about people in general! :(
I just purchased my 3rd car from LSK and let me tell you this was the best experience yet. I went in for a recall service and left with a new 2021 Sorento. Brendan was my salesman and he hit it out of the park! I really wanted a Telluride but decided it was just too pricey. Brendan was able to get me into a car just as luxurious equipped with everything on my list for a much better price! Brendan was friendly and relatable and not pushy at all which is always a big concern of mine walking into a dealership. Im sure he was eager to make the sale but it seemed that his entire focus was getting me into the vehicle that met all of my wants and needs. I hope Brendan is still there when I go back for my next vehicle in a few years. But the great customer service didnt end there. The finance manager, Gail, was phenomenal. We signed our paperwork with Gail when we bought our last car and she just gets better each time. Gail was extremely friendly and put all of her focus on providing us with the best experience possible. I will continue to purchase my future vehicles with LSK and would recommend them to all my friends and family!
Absolutely had the best experience buying a new Kia K5 today, thanks to Dalen Foster! He was knowledgeable, personable and so helpful! While we were with finance, Dalen took the time to set up our Bluetooth for our phones, helped us move our car seat and belongings from our old vehicle to the new Kia K5 and had her looking all spiffy!The sales manager, Jason, went out of his way to congratulate us, made us feel at home and stopped by for a chat as we waited for finance.Gail in finance explained all of our options so well and was so sweet.10/10 would recommend!!
Friendly staff and very helpful. Quick to get me scheduled for any recalls my vehicle had. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is they had called me back for the wrong vehicle and proceeded to freak me out by saying my warranty wouldnt cover the issue at hand, all to find out that it was another persons vehicle they were telling me about.

I would never take my car to Larry Stovesand Kia for repair or buy one from them. I was out of state traveling 10 hours from home, and my engine blew (a known Kia issue but handled as campaign and not a recall) on a bridge, in a construction zone on April 27, 2021. They got the car April 28, 2021 for repair. I was told 6 weeks for it to be done, I was NEVER offered a loaner. They still havent decided if they will put my car on a transport to Eau Claire WI Kia dealer, that is 30 minutes from my home. Its now August 12, 2021 and I STILL dont have my car back, who knows when/if I will ever get it back. One of the excuses I got was they ordered the wrong engine. How can a Kia dealership order the wrong engine for 2014 Kia Sorento 4 cylinder? That was on July 9, 2021. Over 4 WEEKS past when I was originally told it would be fixed.I have reached out to the service department multiple times and have now engaged Kia Corporate and still no results.It is now August 16, 2021. Supposedly my engine should delivered yesterday or today and they hope to work on my car at the end of the week.
We bought our Telluride from Stovesand KIA which is our 4th KIA. Zane our salesman was very friendly and helpful. Gayle in finance was very gracious, easy to speak with & knowledgeable. There was no high pressure sales. I would buy another KIA from Stovesand KIA.

Were nice in the beginning getting everything together. thought I was getting a really nice car, in a sense it is, its a 2012 Chevy cruze. I specifically asked the lady that was finishing up my paperwork if they had looked at this car thoroughly. And they said they did check it over. I left the car lot with it didnt even get to my hometown which is 30 minutes away and the engine light came on. I called back to see what I could do about it. Yes I bought the car as is but if they would have looked the car over like they said they would have, they would have seen what was wrong with it. Which is going to cost me about $1,300 if not more.I talked to the lady and she said, well youre going to come up with some issues down the road because its a used car Of course I am lady, but not 20 minutes down the road. Its pathetic

The people that I have talk with are so unprofessional. They dont meet or greet you not even after your outside going through cars for 30 min then walk in the building & they see you. The 2 cars I looked in was so dirty I got out to make sure I wasnt in someone personal vehicle. Brian & Dianna or something like that is the 2 I talk to. Open pack of fruit snacks, cigarettes, & dirty masks in 1 car & dirty mask in another..Edit; this has nothing to do with the offer its how unprofessional you guys are. my credit score & work history will get me any car I want. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE. Please heed my warning. My Kia Niro has been at this dealership for almost 80 days. To make matters worse, they never ever call me with updates after they have promised me over and over--today marks 16 days since I have even heard from them (since I called them of course) because I was determined to let them call me first, but no. Ive been promised calls from the very beginning and I believe they have called me a total of 5 times to my 25. It has cost me so much money being without a vehicle this long plus paying for insurance and just plain not having a vehicle. I dont think they value their customers and I am going to let every one I know about the issues I have had here. Unfortunately, it looks as if I will either have to wait an entire year or go and pick up my car that hasnt been fixed and start over. DO NOT DO IT.

Unfortunately we did not get the hint when no one came out to greet us. We drove 4 hours to see a specific car and it was very clear Brian was not interested in selling us the car. I work very hard for my money, if driving 250 miles wasnt proof enough I refuse to convince someone to take my money. I wish I had read the reviews first, this lack of initiative and engagement seems to be a prevailing theme here.

Angel was patient and walked my wife Amy and I through every step of the process. He was polite courteous and informational about every aspect of our car purchasing experience. This was a substantial task considering that my credit was less than perfect, and my wife had specific criteria in mind for the car she wished to leave in. While I dont feel as if the length of the wait for approval was one that i would want to endure again, I will honestly say that my wife and I left completely happy with everything. First impression of the Tim(Salesman):Quick to find answers if not readily available,Very attentive,Addresses us by name and Not to pushy.Test drove and Arcadia. Appears to be a sound car. According to Tim the owner owns the shop where they do repairs and inspections. Tim stated they had sold 11 cars today. He indirectly suggested we make a decision quickly, if we wanted the vehicle. How many cars sold in one day, is Not incredibly unheard of, during tax time. But, were not here because of tax time and were not in a hurry to make a decision.Well be seeing Tim again.

Scotty that recently started working in the service has been excellent. Always answers the phone and nice and respectful. He has made the service department a good experience for me. He is a great asset to the company in my opinion. I know Im not the only person who has noticed the change in the service dept.

We had a great experience with Austin and service manager John Fox. My car broke down on my trip to Colorado from Nashville and John Fox got us into the shop the same day. Once we found out my car was totaled, John stayed past closing time to ensure we had a hotel to stay at and to go over our options with us. John then dropped us off at our hotel and made sure we had transportation the next day. John was as trustworthy and genuine as people come. Even the people at Enterprise told us that “John Fox is the nicest and best service manager [they] have ever worked with.” Austin then helped us find the option that was best for us rather than trying to pressure us into a car. Austin is impressive and will take care if you.

Scheduled timing belt replacement as part of scheduled maintenance. First time owning a KIA and also first time with this service department at this dealership. Called a few days in advance to schedule and the man I spoke to said they couldnt get to it until Thursday since some of the technicians were out till then. This wasnt an issue. I dropped the car off on Wednesday at 515 pm. Sign on door and website both present hours of operation until 530 pm. The lights in service area were off and doors locked. The next morning I spoke to the service department about a sunroof issue I experienced and they said they would inspect it. The vehicle was done sooner than expected and they didnt try to sell something that wasnt necessary. Was it a perfect visit -- no -- but the service received here was above what I expected in that they didnt try to upsell. Not many dealership service departments like this one. I will return and hopefully they can earn the fifth star.
We visited 2 other dealerships before stopping at this one. So happy we saved the best for last. Mike Smith took such good care of us. Went above and beyond to put us in the exact car we wanted and made sure our payment was what suited our budget. We love our car.....THANK YOU MIKE!!!!
Would never buy a used vehicle here. You get home and lights start coming up on the car and it’s over $1k to fix. They’ll never get my business and hopefully not yours either. Beware - no lemon law for used vehicles so of course because they know that, they can’t be decent humans and make it right.

So I made a phone call on a Tuesday to set up appointment to test drive a car, by Wednesday 3 pm I have a new vehicle in my driveway, DeAnn, Liz and Brian were all wonderful, whole process easy and painless considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and limited to what we can and cannot do, I wished we could have shook hands but that was not possible!

If you are looking for a new car I would suggest not wasting your time here. Spent a week getting all of the minor details to buy a car ready, and when i met with them they changed price Last minute, and did not come through at all on their end. The Kia dealership in cape is much better to deal with!
