Super nice. This is a Starbucks thats on a University campus and Im always leery when I walk into these places because I look like faculty, uh but not really.Girlfriend gave me six shots which should do nicely on the road here. They picked me out being from California right away. Maybe its the puka shells.Anyway, great looking University. Everyone was super friendly. Will be back again if Im through here.😀

Awesome atmosphere, and the shift leads are skilled baristas. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to work or study on campus.

The Starbucks is a great place for a pick me up during your day. The staff are very friendly and if you go often enough they general learn your name and order preference pretty quickly. Be patient, as its on a college campus the staff sometimes turns over and new baristas are learning. The only real downside is that while you can earn stars, you cannot redeem at this location.

Workers are always fast and efficient. It can get pretty busy sometimes, which is to be expected. There are some nice seating options and its a good place to meet with other people. My only complaint is that you cannot redeem stars at this location, which is not something that they can really do anything about.

This Starbucks is located in the SIU Student Center so the hours vary certain times of year and parking can be difficult during the weekday if you arent affiliated with campus. That said, its convenient for those on campus. The staff is very nice and Ive never had an order go wrong. There is some seating available and is a good spot to meet people. It can get crowded mid-morning.

Not only do they not have a drive through, but they close early with no notes on the website. Double whammy.

This Starbucks is located in the student center. Store hours are contigent on the Student Center being open. The folks that work here are pretty great.

The student center Starbucks has THE best staff! The coffee at Starbucks always tastes great, of course, but this Starbucks is truly standout because of the amazing baristas.Just a heads up though, at this location they do not redeem rewards but you can still earn them any pay with the app like at other Starbucks locations.

The staff here is nice and accommodating, and they make drinks pretty well. Even if it’s busy they still seem to get drinks out on time. The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because when I see the older lady there, I can’t even order because she is so rude.

Friendly staff, quick time getting your beverages, and nice aesthetic. Usually a good place to study if it is not so busy.

I order a Teavanna Latte. Drink was great. However, I ordered this as part of a menu challenge. For the past few months, whenever I participate in a menu challenge, it appears that I dont get credit for all of the items and of course do not receive the bonus point.This challenge appears to be heading in that same direction. Ordered an Earl Grey Teavanna Latte but didnt get credit for it.

I come here quite frequently and I have got to say Im very disappointed. My drink is mainly milk and I pay extra for expresso shots and soy milk and they ALWAYS forget to add both. So I am being charged extra for ingredients they dont remember to add. I am charged a different amount for the same drink I order depending on who is working the cash register. Please either hire more staff so all ingredients I pay for are in my drink or train your employees to pay attention to the order.

Lovely staff, specially Sarah who works there since I came to Carbondale 5 years ago, and know exactly what you are looking for :)I like the space, the decoration, and the fast internet connection they have.Since Carbondale has only 3 Starbuck, in my opinion this branch is the best.
