The staff was great Jake not only helped me and my wife out to get back to Washington, but he was a guru when it came to the diesel truck i own and knew the problem within seconds, he broke down the problem for the non mechanical type to understand. I cannot show my appreciation enough.

These guys are great. Took it in for a vacuum leak and they had me out in no time and said not to worry about it as it was no big deal. That just inspires confidence, well defiantly go back.

I am in town for work and was having serious issues with a truck I recently purchased. The team at reliable fixed the issues fast and at a very reasonable rate compared to another shop I was looking at. I am hoping I do not have any more issues with the new diesel but if I do, and am around Carlsbad, at least I will know where to take it.

Wish I could get my truck warrantied, but I guess you went out of business, you charged me 4Gs on a transmission and now it does not work, went to your old shop only to find out they wont warranty it because you are a different company. you said my transmission had 3 years warranty and it only made it 1 1/2 years.

Worst place ever they will lie to you and tell u more is wrong then what is wrong.. just to make more money took the vehicle to a different place found out it just had bad gas in it paid 1500 for it to get fixed they where going to charge 6500
