Masks are still required for entry. Bagels sell out fast in the morning. The #15 is by far the best on the menu. Staff are polite and friendly. And yes, credit cards are accepted.

Did I mention curry bread?Seriously, their Japanese bread is bomb, although their curry bread tops the list, their other options are great too (especially when you arrive late and see the guy in front of you clear out the last few curry breads) Im a fan of their red bean, green tea, and yakisoba breads.

Today I tried to call and complain but they dont answer the phone. The owner made my friend nearly cry this morning. I never write reviews but this guy is so rude I felt I had to. I wont bore you with the story but this person must be a sad soul. As his reviews are terrible and so many others complain about him.We are a huge local business and would have brought him a lot of customers. Not now. His loss. If I could give no stars I would.

Decent bagels! Nothing crazy, but the everything bagel was fresh and tasty. Fair prices and fast service, too.

I agree with some of the of reviews about how rude the owner is, but we we there so we decided to try them. If you really know and like a good bagel this is not your place. For the life of me I cannot understand how any of these reviews could be positive, unless all you have ever had is one from a grocery store. These are the Worst excuse of a bagel I have ever had from a bagel store. Good bagels are very hard to come by. Brueggers comes the closest to a good bagel we have found. These are nothing more than puffed white bread, but I can see how someone may like them for a sandwich as they are so soft. Will never go back!

First time i’ve been in place. Not a good experience, the owner was really rude, we ask him a couple of questions and he just look mad, and annoying.The website said they closed at 3:00pm but when we got there, he said “NO WE CLOSE AT 1”Food was not good, just not worth $26 dollars for lunch.

Sun Flour Bagel is my go to pace for bagels in North County. The bagels taste great and if there was an award for highest percentage covered with toppings (onion, poppy seed, sesame seeds, etc.) they would win hands down. They have a great breakfast special that includes a breakfast bagel and coffee for around $5. The service is great and friendly and attentive.And from the restaurant you can see the bagels floating in the boiling water, so you know these are the real thing.I wholeheartedly recommend that you frequent Sun Flour Bagel.

I used to go here most days before elementary school. Its family owned, mostly the same people working there over the years. The cinnamon bagel is amazing, especially microwaved. Its cute and wonderful.Oh, and they sell 6 day old bagels of one flavor, in a bag, for cheap.

Very nice friendly owners, everything super fresh, and the bagels were really good. Nice selection, and easy read menu. I had the #10, the lox was delicious. I will be back.

This place is a joke. The owner is so cheap he makes a couple bagels a day. Got there at 6:10 to buy 2 dozen bagels and he didn’t have one poppy bagel made (among other flavors). I asked if he was going to have any poppy and he said he was sold out. Sold out? You opened less then ten minutes ago. One time I came there bought an overpriced lox bagel sandwich and I didn’t realize it until later but he toasted the bagel. I went back and told him I didn’t want it toasted. In fact I never once asked for it to be toasted and he never even asked me if I wanted it toasted. Yet he toasted it anyway.... why if you serve fresh bagels would you automatically toast a bagel for someone? It’s too bad because I remember I had a bagel there before done right and they aren’t bad, but screw up a couple times and I’m done with you. I went and tried Garden State Bagels and they were way better.

Horrible and unprofessional services and Everything is heated in MICROWAVES. Nothing fresh and priced as it was. Not enough the cashier was rude and hesitating to answer my question since I was there for the first time. Anyways I just moved next door and will not come back neither recommend to anyone!!

A Japanese bakery will open in the back of the store for a few days only. I forgot some days. If you dont go to 9:00 in the morning, the popular bread will be sold out. The curry bread was delicious.
