Small sports store with surprisingly comprehensive and good selections.Staff are always helpful.

Well stocked and neatly organized store. Seemed to have everything covered. Staff was very friendly. I was a little disappointed they didn’t have NFL merchandise. Apparel racks do not hint at price like many other stores.

Not nice peeps. Prejudice against some buyers. I called to find out about a product and the person who answered the phone was focused on personally offending me. I havent gone back. Plenty of other Big-5s. Boycot this one with their noses in the air.

Excellent choice of goods... great prices and can save more when downloading coupons. Friendly and always helpful staff.

Staff was (as usual) especially attentive and helpful in finding exactly what I went to shop for. Have been a happy customer of Big 5 for over 55 years.Visit recently introduced me to the manager - Joe Lesinski. Disappointed with firearm purchase. After waiting 10 days for a background check and cooling off period, I returned to pickup the rifle 11 days later.Unfortunately I was told nobody there can release the firearm, by the same guy who took the order and completed the paperwork! Come back in 15 minutes he said while looking around the store.I cant come back in 15 minutes, I have other important things to do today. So I asked for a refund instead and was also refused.From now on Im buying guns at a gun store where I dont need to cross paths with just the right employee at the right time to receive what I have paid for.Other than this, the store is a typical big 5 with friendly employees. The management however doesnt seem to be running a very customer friendly firearms department.

This was a well maintained larger Big 5 with very friendly and attentive staff. There were great deals on soccer cleats and some good deals on ski clothes and accessories. We purchased several good qaulity name items ( Nike, Adidas,) for a lot less than you would find at other sports shops.

Bought same boots I did 2 years ago because they are best I have ever owned Womens Zip II. I am an active security guard so that says a lot.

The store is not cluttered and the selection is pretty good. Prices are excellent. The staff are hit or miss: some are attentive, some are more interested in talking to their friends.

Always get my Tennys here! A good store, good people working, nice and helpful with great products! :)

Your basic big 5. Nothing bad, nothing special. Quite unremarkable as far as Big 5s go.
