Michelle and John were such a huge help in choosing our hardwood floor. I met with multiple installers who would measure, give me a price and bring over a few samples, but none of them were able to give me much information on the floors themselves. Michelle met with me multiple times and gave so much information about each of the different choices of flooring to help me choose the right floor for our household. It was helpful having a showroom to go to and look at all of the choices. She even went through the trouble of bringing samples she thought I might like from her other showroom in Fallbrook. We took many different samples home in order to narrow down to the perfect floor. She was very patient with us throughout our long process. The installation was fast and the quality perfect.
