Took my Google Pixel 3a in because battery needed replacing. I have learned now that this particular model is very difficult to repair, and has a history of having other things broken in the battery replacement process.That indeed happened in this instance. The motherboard and screen were damaged during the battery swap (requires taking a good bit of the phone apart, and screen is fragile). I dont blame iDevice, like I said this seems to be common with this model. They provided me with a loaner phone in the meantime while they were ordering new parts, which was so helpful to me. iDevice didnt have the best communication, I was constantly having to call for updates. In the end, the phone was not salvageable, but they replaced with a used phone of the same model, which I thought was very fair. Everything was saved on my Google Cloud so I didnt lose any data.So in the end, I was happy and thankful that iDevice stood by their repair warranty. I probably wont get another Pixel in the future because of the aforementioned repair difficulties. I wish iDevice had been better about communication and timeliness, but they did come through for me in the end and Im grateful.

This store is legit. I know this because I personally had some work done on my Ipad that was in need of repair. Although the repair took longer than expected, the repair was flawless. I would recommend this place to anyone. Its location is also very handy. It is right inside the mall in Carlsbad. Often times I am very distrusting of phone repair shops. But this place outperformed my expectations by far. I am looking forward to having more work done there in the near future.

I went to this store with some friends, the service was great, the people there were awesome, but I came in to buy some air pods pro, I did my research and it came out that my air pods pro are fake, the fact that I had to pay over $200 for them is not cool at all, they also sell iPhones there and other tech I recommend not to get them because they can be fake as well, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!

Warning - Do not go here. Your phone may be worse that when it was originally brought in.I called them on a Saturday about my Samsung Note 10+ and they said if you want Aurora Glow it will take an extra day, which I was fine with.They said that it can take till Wed/Thursday to get the parts. I waited and called them on Wed afternoon, and was told my parts came in. I told them I will be their shortly to get my phone fixed.When I came I met David, he said it should take roughly 30-45m. I came back after 45m and he said its going to take another 30m because he was working on 3 other phones at the same time as mine.So after an hour and a fifteen minutes, I went back in and he was finishing up my phone.He handed my phone back and I played around with my phone, and noticed that the Pen wasnt gliding back in and out of the phone smoothly.Long story short - I had to call Squaretrade and have them either send me to a different store that can fix my new screen that was just put on, or have them send me a rapid repair box to send my phone in overnight and have it shipped back after 3 days.Do NOT go with them or you will have to spend your time and headache and nonsense to hope that you get genuine parts.I also drove back to get my original parts for sake of my if I need to compare in the future.Save your self and remember it can happen to you and you will be in my shoes dealing with the same matter.

They repaired my son’s iPhone 8 in less than 2 hours and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I had an iPhone7 with a cracked screen that needed replacement. Ian inspected the damage and replaced the screen in less time than he informed me it would take. I greatly appreciate Ians work ethic and is a very respectful employee. This is my second experience at this business and will not be my last. The Manager whose name is also Robert helped me the first time and his employees emulate the same professionalism and respect you expect from a manager. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Expert knowledge and customer service.My Pixel got washed by the sea in October 2018 and it was completely ruined. I gave it to Robert and he got it up and running with a replaced battery in a week! The inside of the phone suffered a lot of damage other than just the battery which Robert was very honest and upfront about. He said the phone could completely die any second but it survived for another 8 months!After 8 months it started acting funny so I brought it in again and although it finally bit the dust, Robert handled the whole process like a pro, properly managing my expectations and giving 5 star service and attention.

This is not a real business with any kind of integrity. I brought my phone in to be fixed and they used the wrong screws to replaceMy screen. They screws were too long and they fried other components. I learned this when I brought it to the apple store and they explained the issue. don’t go here.

Place is awesome, they swapped out my iPhone screen in no time and were more affordable than Apple. David was quite professional and exact with time and price quoted.

I have never been so wrong about a place and I apologize to everyone I have ever recommended this place to! I have been to different stores to get my phones fixed in the past but what I have observed in this store happening is just poor from bad customer service to an arrogant worker thinking he can talk down to me. Id just recommend to go to a different place - I chose that store before out of convenience and because it is close by but the quality of their service has decreased horribly from the last time I was there. Such a shame but I believe that my personal experience should be a warning to everyone.In short, be advised that if you bring your phone here you risk that you get it worse than when you entered and that one employee in particular will treat you like you are stupid and worthless as a customer!Your phone will be worked on by only one person and the rest of the time, you can even observe your phone laying around on their table with no one looking into it! They will not call you when they tell they will and you will need to follow up yourself. Not worth the headache - I prefer to choose a store that really cares about me and treats me like I’m not stupid and just another number!

I went to iDevice to fix my iPhone 8+ camera and first he tested it to see if it was loose and since it was not loose, he replaced the rear camera.I heard of this place through my insurance company SquareTrade, they are an authorized repair service technician with them. With SquareTrade, I only paid a deductible and did not have to pay anything at the store.hi who helped me was very friendly and quick, I was in an out faster than I ever expected to be!!
