Overdue review, but kudos to Chris! I thought I would have to buy a new phone because mine was in bad shape (100% my own doing), but he worked his magic and viola! Good as new. I love my S10 5G and although I was eligible for a new one, I didnt want a new contract so needless to say, I was relieved when Chris was able to fix it. 🙂

Chris is the best! repaired my crushed tablet screen and even gave me tips on a better screen protector and case to prevent future damage. He also went the extra mile to ship my tablet to me because I had to leave town before my screen was shipped to his shop. Highly recommend and will use for all my future screen mishaps.

ISquad in Carlsbad is in the Sprouts shopping center at Las Coches and RSF. If you enter from RSF, it is a small shack (by itself) to the left just as you enter the parking lot. I made an appointment (not necessary). The person who helped me explained exactly how much $ it would cost, and since he wasnt working on another repair, told me it would be 15 minutes to replace the battery on the iPhone7. I sat in my car and waited. When he finished, he even popped out to notify me. Phone works great now.

My charging port was not working. I walked in. He took out the dust. 5 minutes later, my charging ports works perfectly.

These people are amazing. The team of two guys provided fantastic customer service. Not only could I just drop in, they turned around the screen repair in a mere 20 minutes. I had opted for the lower end option, and, after I left to shop at the grocery store as I waited, they realized they had run out of those and so gave me the nicer screen while honoring the lower price. Classy.Then, it turned out the home button on the new screen was defective (not their fault: there has been an increasing demand for replacement parts and it seems the supply chain has been stressed and not delivery the best quality or consistency) and then replaced it with another screen, and then that one had a dead spot (the whole shipment of screens had issues, it seemed), and they kept persisting with great service and commitment to getting it right.They then offered my a screen protector as a gift for the trouble of waiting. I was so happy with the service and the quality of the final product. My phone is beautiful again!!

I was promised one thing and got another. No doubt they know what they are doing, but they dont listen. Needed my phone fixed by a certain day as I was moving out of state. If they couldnt fix it by that day, I asked to have it returned to me untouched so that I can get it fixed in my new state. When I came to get it, it was not only NOT DONE, but it was taken apart as they were waiting for the screen to be delivered. UNBELIEVABLE! I would never have them work on any more of my phones even if I still lived in town.

Grant knows what hes doing and is really honest. I highly recommend. I have taken two phones to him now. Hes quick and the work is top quality. Prices are also very good.

I break my screen pretty frequently and have come here every time to get it fixed. The workers here know what they are doing and never try to make things more complicated than they really are. this place keeps it simple and gets your electronics working again. Great guys here i met them at the Carlsbad street fair they gave me a complimentary screen protector for my iphone 6 as promotion for this new location. It wasnt plastic either its real glass now it feels like i have two screens!!! I went in today to get an otterbox and i was able to use my 5 dollar off coupon i got from the fair. Saved money, got my phone protected and Alan was very friendly. Will be seeing me again!

I went to the Apple store first and after 2 hours the told me they couldn’t fix my screen for the 150 dollars, then I went to Grant and Jimmy down at ISquad Carlsbad. Grant is the best for phone repairs, etc!

The prise for the screen is suppose to be 70$. What they don’t tell you is if your screen won’t turn on aswell they won’t be able to recycle it so he will try and charge you 130$. Then he’ll act like he’s calling his boss to negotiate the price down to 109$ then 100$ to make you feel like your getting a great deal when in fact he’s still charging you way more than it’s actually worth. If you choose this store, demand the advertised prise ON THE WEBSITE and NOTHING MORE! Or walk out. Lucky for him I couldn’t use my broken phone or I would have researched their prices befor walking in to avoid being manipulated.

Took my cracked iphone 6 plus there for repair i was out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend these guys great service

Made an appointment online, stating that i have an iphone 6s plus with a cracked screen, and received an email confirming the appointment. i drove to the location on my lunch break, and they told me they dont have the replacement part in stock, and its really expensive to replace. they quoted me $270. i wasted gas & time, and was super bummed. suggest they review the appointment requests and respond by email with any hang ups, rather than letting customers drive there only to be disappointed. the guy who helped was nice enough, so im giving two stars instead of one.

I brought my Iphone 5s in for a screen and lcd replacement. After about a week I started having problems with my phone and the screen ended up cracking again. When I took it to another place to get fixed they told me I was missing pieces such as screws and callin cover. This was only place that fixed my phone in the first place so i believe they forgot to put the pieces back in which caused my phone to break.

I had a simple problem, a rock stuck in my headphone port, and he fixed it within a moment. I doubt 5 minutes had even gone by.
