I went here to get some shoes cuz why not and the ladies were so rude and kept looking at me for no reason. I had finally had the courage to ask them for the shoes I wanted and once I told them the size they said “we only have 10 and up” so I’m like well maybe I should ask for the 10 to see if they fit so I asked for 10 and they decided that they don’t have 10 anymore after 2 mins. I do not recommend going here

This store has great customer service everyone was very attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to help us.

My experience at journeys was more than satisfactory. The staff was informative and very helpful. They also helped me find alternative solutions to an issue I had. Overall my visit was pleasant, easy and fun.

Larry was amazing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and honest with my husband and me. I think he said he’s been with the company for 30+ years, which really says something about the place. I didn’t end up getting the boots I was looking at today, but I’ll go back. In the meantime, I wanted to at least give Larry some credit for his great salesmanship. I wish all shopping experiences were this pleasant.
