WARNING!!!DO NOT send your money to this company. There are many many people this man has screwed over. They will promise you the world, take your money and run. We have been waiting for close to a year now for our door. Cant get a hold of anyone at the company. No emails, no calls. At this point legal action has been taken, though I doubt someone as slimy as Marshall Parker (company owner)will ever get caught. DO NOT use Hydroswing. There are other, honest, door companies out there making better products at less cost.

Ordered doors August 2015. Sent deposit for three doors. No delivery for fall barge to Alaska, said would be ready easily by Spring. 2016 came and went, still no doors. Here it is end of March 2017, no doors or communications from HS NA regarding status or shipment. ADVICE: Order doors somewhere else, dont waste your time and money depending on a company who is not trustworthy and honest. Only reason awarded one star was there is no lower catagory available.

Hydroswing is as corrupt as they come. One door did not fit correctly and quite a few of the parts needed to finish the door had to be fabricated and found elsewhere since they stopped answering their phones. Engineering was also incorrect. I now have a court ordered judgement against them.
