Good store, decent selection of the audio stuff you would expect, and some trendy new items I didnt expect. But the best part was the helpful staff. Tim answered all of my questions about the little Bluetooth-enabled, rechargable, portable waterproof speakers, and I walked out with two of them to use around our pool area this summer. Great experience!

I want this so bad... a portable Alexa device with amazing sound quality. You can pull off the charger and carry around the house...

I had a wireless headset that quit me 6 months ago. I took them into store and Tony greeted with an awesome attitude. He helped me with everything I had issues with. When I walked out I had a new replacement and my son in law a daughter both ended up leaving with the same style of headsets I have. It pays to treat your customers awesome. Thank you, Tony. Store manager not helpful at all. I spend several hundred dollars on a headset, buy insurance protection and the store owner isn’t willing to be customer centric and take my headset back. I buy Bose for the customer service. No more...I am now going to find a new customer facing product! Bye Bose...

I was having trouble with the soundware neck speaker not charging. The store manager took a look at it and determined they should be replaced under warranty we out me asking. Ive never had bad service at a bose store

Best customer service ever. Took my headphones in after they were about a year and a half old because the left side of the headphones stopped working and they replaced the headphones for free. In and out of the store in about 3 mins. Bose is a great product and great service

In the store you can find new and refurbished things including a warranty that is really worth it. The employees are very professional and patient. I bought really worthwhile refurbished headphones for half the price. Highly recommend both the store and the bose headphones from a different world than I knew.
