It was chaotic with no real order, while there is a sign in kiosk apparently no one uses it. Theres 6 check out stations, but only 2 employees working. So to perform even the most basic service such as purchasing a phone charger or case itll be about a 45 minute wait. I waited at least that long to simply exchange a router, one that Id gotten brand new only 2 months ago. Their equipment is garbage and I cant wait until I move so I can cancel my service.

I only wish I could give ZERO stars rather than 1. The team at this store is not only incompetent, they are also hostile to the customer. They were rude, gave us the wrong modem, and after the (super helpful) phone support people alerted us that we had been given the wrong modem, the in-store team denied this and denigrated the online support people. They were rude to us as new customers and 17 hours later we still have no home Internet. The team at this store should all be fired.

Long wait in store for simple task. Only 1 clerk, and 5 unmanned service desks. Finally another clerk, a blonde, came on duty, who was obviously annoyed and rude. I will try to avoid going there ever again.

Super disappointed. Waited for 45 mins just to talk to somebody. Place staffed with 2 people. One staff member doesn’t even bother to help customers. Must be horribly managed and run as you can see this in other reviews. Do they really expect me to move my cell service to this place too?

Very bad service. The woman dont know how to take care of billing. Very rude and impolite.Sent me back home to call service department that is hour wait for someone answer. That is the reason I went to office. Useless to go to service location office. Dont know how to fix problem.

Bought a phone package in-store about a year ago, realizing later it didnt use q-charging which I need. When I tried to return it, they made it near impossible, lying about calling the manufacturer to return it, which the manufacturer denied, wasting about 3 hours of phone time (at $400/hour my cost). When I returned to the store, they couldnt create an receipt or return invoice using their software. They didnt know that besides being a medical provider with an IQ of 160 - Im also a prominent global services and product Consumer Advocate who launches investigations, posts reviews to 314,000,000 readers and files lawsuits using 35,000 attorneys. I reported their company to the state of California, the owners of Spectrum, and have these employees under investigation for other possible fraud by my PI Team. They cost me about $1,200 of my time. They had better choose a different customer next time they want to rip off, or commit fraud. Dont shop with or use this Spectrum stores line-up of rip-off products. Buy your unlocked phones like I do for pennies on the dollar from refurb and mail-order shippers, then activate a plan from anyone you want without a contract.

This is has got to be the worst possible store in the USA. The rudest, most disrespectful, unhelpful customer service employees there is. Spectrum should be ashamed to let people like this work for them. I will never shop here.

Picked up my equipment for internet here. great experience for the following reasons1) no waiting on a weekend afternoon (though maybe better right now because of covid)2) friendly staff3) quick checkout4) the staff person doing checkout for me dropped the modem when scanning it. Without me asking at all, she immediately apologized and switched it for a new one (even if the dropped one might be OK). I found this very professional and customer oriented.

I am in the Spectrum store at this very moment and have been here for 20 minutes. There is one employee helping a troubled customer. She mentioned a manager in the back. Still nobody coming to help the rest of us.No wonder people cant stand this company!
