The ladies working here are great. Very thorough, and efficient. We are very glad we are renting from them. We are returning customers to a great storage unit place. I recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a secure place to store your property. I have been keeping my RV here for several years and have never had a problem with break-ins or vandalism. There arent many storage facilities here in Carlsbad that can say that. They are gated with a coded gate, very clean and well maintained. There are many security cameras. They are reasonably priced and friendly. Again I highly recommend them.

I wouldnt rent here if it was the last place on earth! The little girl with too much makeup and ripped pants didnt have time to rent to me. Shes going to lunch right now besides she doesnt rent to people like me. Not sure what people like me means but it didnt go unnoticed! That is a huge lie!! I was NOT offered anything else! Dont go there! Since I cant respond to the response. I have video of the i interaction...your girl lied to you! There was no we! Only her! So dont lie for her!!!

I needed a storage place for about a week and needed to access it immediately. So I called and set everything up to go in there and file paper work. When I got there which was 4:00 pm and they closed at 5:30 pm the lady said that they were closed and I said the website said you closed at 5:30pm and she told me that they closed early since no one scheduled before 3. Then preceded to tell me that I shouldve just called and came in earlier and that she doesnt want to help me.
