SIERRA was AMAZING !! She was so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help you with whatever you may need ! The facility is very clean and has a lot of options in storage space size. If I need a storage unit again I will for sure be using this place. The Security is another big plus !! You have a gate code and then you have to use your code to get into the building and to be able to use the elevator! So take peace in knowing your stuff is SAFE !! Your code also only allows you to get to the floor of your specific unit ... so people can’t floor hop! Again if there ask for SIERRA!!! She is AMAZING !!!

Your facility was extremely clean. Sierra (sp?), who I first spoke with over the phone & then met a few hours later to tour the facility, was extremely knowledgeable & professional. She has great customer service skills. She was very understanding of the fact that I needed a storage unit that was easy to get to due to my disability. The one she suggested over the phone was perfect. (I get off the elevator and the unit is less than 20 feet away.)

This business is clean, cool,,and in a great location. Sierra was on duty when I arrived and was efficient, knowledgable, and respectful.I recommend this storage business.

Fantastic Customer Service. This was my first time renting a storage unit. The front desk staff explained the entire process, personally walked me to my unit, and showed me how to use it! The facility is extremely clean, secure, and climate controlled to a cool 64 degrees.I would recommend seeing where your unit is located then compare the pricing amongst same-sized units before paying online.

The lady who helped me in the front was extremely patient and helpful. She explained the process and details of the rental.

Sarah, one of the store managers, provided excellent customer service from the day I first walked in and heard her explanation regarding promotions all the way to the move in day!! Of particular note was how helpful she was in offering the best option for my moving situation. She went the extra mile for me. When I thought my unit was a long 2nd fl walk, she went ahead, on her own, abd after noticing a couple openings near the entrance on the 1st floor, she contacted me and set me up with an even better situation. and then she was very helpful on move in day checking in with me several times!! overall, a very good experience!! thanks Sarah!! Had to move out of my place, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and West Coast Self-Storage made my move stress free and easy. Customer service was prompt and helpful, and storage facility clean. They helped me change my storage size, and even gave a discount for the first couple months. Their security system is very good- and I feel safe and secure leaving my belongings there. Highly recommend!

After years of what I now realize was substandard service at Public Storage, we moved out of there and into West Coast Self-Storage in Carlsbad, near El Camino and Faraday. It is a good central location for Carlsbad.The place is brand new and temperature controlled. It is so clean you could eat off the floor. It even smells good inside. You enter the building by typing in a short four-digit code that you select and the big glass doors slide open. Inside the door are nice carts that are not locked to anything. If you need one, you just roll it out to your car to unload.Inside, there are wide hallways and enough room to turn carts without banging into the wall. One thing I dont like is that you cant use your own lock, but must buy one of those expensive Champion round locks. When you go back outside, the glass doors detect you and slide open without any intervention on your part. It is a lot easier to load and unload here.The staff is great, friendly and professional. The office is nice and clean with your standard piles of boxes and other moving supplies for sale. They are open until ten pm which is convenient and the office is open until six most days.The opening specials are fabulous. The first three months at half price on a unit that already costs less than Public Storage cant be beat. IF you need storage space, definitely check out West Coast before anywhere else.
