Find a different auto zone. The service was slow and told me a story about how it was too dark to help with my installation. Then while I struggled in the rain and semi-dark, I saw the same associate under the hood with a ‘cute blonde’. Definitely do not appreciate the snobby, selective service.

My battery died; it was under warranty, and AutoZone honored the warranty and gave me a new battery. George installed it for no extra charge. Great customer service!

I was having issues starting my car, so I took it to autozone convinced that I was going to buy a new starter. Scott Oaks did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, and I learned that I needed a new battery. My battery was still under warranty, so Scott was able to save me a lot of money. I would highly recommend this business.

I always have a positive experience with AutoZone, no matter the location. Today I went to the West Carmel store to pick up wiper blades for 2 cars and a light bulb for my brake light. The young man who greeted me as I walked in was very helpful and efficient. He helped me find exactly what I needed and I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. Both workers that I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. They really seem to enjoy working there.

Every one was very helpful

William was incredibly kind and knowledgable when I came in looking for a headlight. He checked my vehicle to see if he could replace it himself, helped me look up the correct bulb needed, and installed it for me in a timely manner. This was super helpful, and I’m sure it saved me time and money from finding an auto shop nearby on short notice.

Not a good place to buy Chevrolet parts

Usually this place rocks bit they must hBe gotten some new people. They were curt to me and I even went back the next day for more of the same treatment. At least there was a NAPA nearby so I could get what I needed.

The easiest way to change the battery in your car. They do it for you right there. Their prices are good too

Went there about a week ago and had the best customer service ever! I believe the young mans name was Shane.... he was so helpful, kind and went out of his way to pour the oil for me as well as giving me helpful tips on my car and what oil to buy! Dont be fooled by the free battery charging service they advertise. Customer has to remove the battery on their own (which on my SUV is very difficult to do), take it into the store to charge it, then go back and re-install in the vehicle. No help whatsoever from the Auto Zone team. No desire to help me with my battery issue. Just lost a customer for good. Waste of time.

Young sister in the commercial area was extremely helpful. Store didnt have the exact product I wanted and she went the extra mile to find an alternative that would fix the problem. Will be back just for her service alone.

I’ve never received such OUTSTANDING service from an auto parts store! Ask for Scott! He could write a book on quality customer service! I think I might even contact corporate office so that they can know what a valuable employee he is.

Waited 10 minutes to buy some fuses. One person in behind me was waited on first. OK no worries, someone finally helped me. He walked to three different registers then told me he needed to get someone’s password. He went in the back and came back 3 min later with someone else’s parts and started checking them out. I left without the fuses. Come on guys... customer service.

Paul literally saved the day. My boyfriend recently bought an old police car that still had the spotlight on it and without hesitation he helped remove it. What seemed like an easy job, easily took over half an hour. He never complained one time and kept going in the store and getting the tools that would help. I’ve never experienced such great customer service.

Good encounter with the Auto Zone team. They knew the parts and best price available. All told they helped me save $175 on my brake job.

Very terrible experience here. Was told the week before they could change my battery and I came back and they no longer stated they could do. My battery clearly is under my hood. The manager, Russ was very rude to me and refused to help. Told another worker to change it and refused to even speak with me like he was above me and was very pretentious. I was completely shocked by how rude he was. Very horrible customer service and wasted my afternoon here. I will never go again and recommend any other store.

I know nothing about cars except the absolute basics, like the fact that my car needs oil changes and gas to run. The person who helped me (Terrence? I believe that was his name) stopped what he was doing to take the time to assist me, answer my questions, and even poured oil into my car for me. Id definitely go back to this location if I had any questions!

Love this store. They usually have anything I need, or can at least get with there by the next day. Great prices (for retail) and rewards members get $20 back after spending $20 five times. Plus the staff is usually knowledgeable and willing to help with a multitude of issues

This review is for a specific situation and should not be taken as a review of the entire operation. My SUV would not start, so jumped it and drove there. Told them the battery was pretty old and may be dead, but asked them to check it with their diagnostic gear. So they did and said the battery was fine but that it was showing that there was a short in my starter. Great... So I took vehicle to my regular repair shop and told them what AutoZone said. They took it in overnight, but I got a call next day saying starter was fine but battery was DOA. What? So they replaced the battery which cost me about 50% more (with labor)... plus the inconvenience of losing my SUV for a day and having to make arrangements for drop off... what a pain in the arse because AutoZones diagnostic equipment sux. My advice?... go there for parts, but never, ever, trust their diagnostic capabilities.

Walked in, was greeted by Shane R... he was preparing for closing mopping the floor. Immediately turned his attention to my mother in-law & I. Answered all of my questions, found what I needed. Helped my mother in-law with what she needed. Even helped me outside. His customer service was a 10... Then found out we were both Military Veterans with the same MOS.. I knew I liked him... first time going to this store location, they will now receive all of my business. Thanks Shane!!

The absolute best service I have ever received at any AutoZone. I regret not being able to post the name of the young lady that helped when I visited but I simply cant remember. However, the next time I need wiper blades, motor oil, or anything else auto related, I will drive the extra 4.5 miles to this store.

Don’t know what happened to this store. Everytime I come in, I stand and wait for what seems like hours. The staff seems pretty useless. I have not be able to walk in, grab what I need and go. Can’t ever get an employee to work the checkout register.

Ordered a part and I was told it would be there at 1 pmI stopped there at 1:30 to pickup my part and was told it didnt get on the order in time, but nobody bothered to call me and tell me that! They said it would be a couple more hours before it would be there. So I have to make another 30 mile round trip to pickup this part, terrible customer service!

Helpful employees that were able to answer all of my questions and they also were able to assist me with great efficiency.

Didnt need a special part or anything so i cant speak on that. However the 2 employees I saw working were very competent as I watched other customers get helped.

Always have what I need. Willing to help figure out what that is.

I find AutoZone lacks most of the parts that I need, especially when it comes to diesel engine parts. This is where NAPA seems to take the lead.I do find that AutoZone generally has better prices on fluids and filters when compared to other auto part stores.

Not as good as Napa but Scott is always great to work with. Be hesitant to order a part if it has to come from VDP because it often gets overlooked. Gary really tries his best to get customers what they need. Without Scott and Gary I’d avoid this autozone.

The people are nice but they dony really know what they are talking aboutm the couldnt even pull the engine codes on my audi or my friends pontiac. But if you know what you need and just need them to shut up and supply you parts then it works out pretty well.
