I was referred to Clark Tire from a coworker. Ron was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Replaced my steering rack, front struts and performed an alignment. Job was done under budget and before the promised date. Extremely happy with the work and the way my vehicle drives. I can say I found my new mechanic for life. In a huge area like Indy I feel great knowing that I have a trusted source for my vehicle repairs. Thanks to Ron and his Staff, keep up the great work!

Ordered some rear tires for my Camaro; really wanted to do something a bit different than stock. Super knowledgeable and patient staff. Corresponded with them for 9 DAYS before finalizing my order. Everyone I spoke with helped greatly. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment for new tires, they asked if I would be waiting while they were done. I said yes. Arrived at appointment time and the only bay that fit my vehicle was occupied. Rescheduled for this morning. Arrived this morning at appointed time to find the one bay occupied again. Employee suggested I park vehicle on side of building and they would do it there. Another employee came out who I assume was in charge today and asked if I was leaving it. Previous employee indicated I was waiting for it to be complete. The employee in charge said it would be five hours before they could get to it. I said it shouldnt take 5 hours as I had an appointment. Employee began yelling and cursing about how hes 70 years old and cant do anything about it. Said he was the only employee working (nevermind the guy standing next to him). Blamed it on another employee being sick. A simple call to Reschedule again would have been fine. Wasting another two hours of my time to go get the vehicle drive it there, then back with no work being done a second time is not acceptable. Yelling at me is not acceptable when I was being polite to him. Cursing is unprofessional.

Super fast service pulled up and got my tire fixed ASAP with out asking for fast service. Couldn’t recommend a better place Clark Tire good job!Thanks

I had tires installed here several months ago. Recently, I started having vibration in my front wheel and took it to my regular mechanic in Carmel thinking it might be a suspension issue. My mechanic determined that my problem was due to a TPS monitor in the front wheel that had come loose because it was duct taped to the rim. The last person to have touched my tire prior to the duct tape failing was Clark Tire. I called Ron at Clark Tire to inform him of the issue. Ron not only called me liar stating that there is no way to prove that his employee used duct tape, but he also said that it if my vehicle had come in with duct tape, he would have let it leave with duct tape instead of notifying me of the problem and trying to fix it. Ron stated that there was a note in the service records about the install but instead of looking it up to verify my claim, he called me a complainer and hung up on me. Poor service, poor professionalism and disrespectful customer service.

0/10 would never recommendWe were quoted $38 to fit and balance two new tires to the wheels of our car.Upon arriving at the appointment, it was made clear that a new employee had misquoted us and the price was now nearly DOUBLE the original quote.Management refused to honor the original quote or to offer any kind of service to make up for the mistake. If I had known this establishment was so poorly run, I would never have trusted the care of my vehicle to them.This place is only suitable if you are in absolute desperate need and are willing or able to pay twice what you expect to.

This is the only place I will take my car for any repairs. They are a full mechanic, not just a tire place. When I first moved to Indiana in 2010, I asked for a recommendation from someone who grew up in the area. She highly recommended Clark Tire in Carmel on Rangeline Road. They are very honest and will not spend your money if you do not need to. I have recommended them to several family members and anyone that I run into. If you want a mechanic who is honest and has been in business for many years, Clark Tire in Carmel is the only place I know of.

Good work SHOULD take time, I think some reviewers are missing the point! Im a 68yo woman and I had an SUV to drive from IN down to FL and I wouldnt have done it without Ron and his guys at Clark Tire checking the vehicle over completely before I did it. Ron assured me it was in good shape and he was right, on the drive down I didnt have even one minor concern to take care of, Just sat back and enjoyed the drive!!

Ron and Mike are great. They managed my fleet for years. They can usually get patches and single replacements in same day if you drop it off in the morning. Always been satisfied with their quality and prices. Great people to work with as well.

A simple oil change shouldn’t take an hour and forty minutes. I called ahead and made a 1 o’clock afternoon appointment. I arrived ten minutes early at 12:50pm. Didn’t leave until 2:30pm. The establishment was not busy. One other guy in the waiting room with me. I saw plenty of employees in and out of the back room and two guys just hanging out at the front desk. Really disappointed in the service here.

I paid for a front end inspection because I felt there was something wrong with my front left wheel. They told me there was nothing wrong. Took my car to a different shop and within 15 was told my wheel bearing was going. This information being told to me after Clark had looked at it, makes me never want to return to them again. Far as Im concerned they ripped me off.

Top of the line care for your auto!

Had my brakes replaced here a few months ago. The caliper is HANGING off the rear brake. I had to drive off the highway onto the median b/c I had NO brakes.

They don’t know how to change the engine oil causing damage to my engine. Bad service attitude.
