The three guys working there at the time were excellent. I purchased a new battery for my Tacoma, which was supposed to fit just as the previous one. However, on install, the new battery turned out to be a bit tall for the factory tie-down bracket, which we discovered wasn’t adjustable, because well… Toyota. But Henry took the extra time and effort to work out a solution for me, and I drove off ready to go. I like the vibe in this store. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for—just walk in and these guys will walk you through it.

My experience at batteries plus is that of flawless execution. The four associates I have encountered are textbook examples of customer service. Henry was informative and knowledgeable when making a purchase on a car battery. His quick installation was paramount to my experience. Tony, the expert repair technician, was able to diagnose my IPhone 8 issue and provided a speedy and cost efficient repair. Quintin was able to match a foreign bulb that couldn’t be found elsewhere. While they didn’t have it in stock he was able to have to bulb delivered in an effective manor. The manager Marissa has trained these boys well. A one stop shop for all your needs is almost guaranteed.

Needed to get a medical scooter running on a Saturday. All the medical equipment stores are closed on the weekend. Batteries Plus had the replacement batteries and the charger in stock. They really helped me out in a pinch! They said they fix scooter batteries all the time. I really recommend them for your scooter.

Purchased a battery from this location appx. 3 1/2 years ago for a car that doesnt get driven in the winter. Tried to start the car last week and the battery was dead so I put it on a battery charger but it would not charge - with the charger indicating that the battery had a bad cell. Took it to batteries plus to be replaced under the warranty - pro rated of course, and was told that they needed to try to charge it and run some tests. The next day I phoned them and the tests had still not been run yet, but was told they would call me when the tests were complete. I phoned them 5 hours later only to be told that the battery would not charge and would not be covered under warranty because I had neglected the battery. When I went to pick-up my dead battery, I told by the young boy behind the counter that if this was the way they do business, they just lost me as a customer. At that point, he pointed to the door and said that since I was no longer a customer, I should be leaving. Nice job Batteries Plus!!!

I have been going to Batteries Plus Bulbs for a long time for all my battery needs, long before they added bulbs to their name. The folks in the store are sincerely interested in their customers and would have to rate their customer service as excellent. Their batteries are good value. I have been paying a little extra when I replace a battery for the first time in any item by which future replacements are free - essentially a lifetime battery program. It is great. Marissa McConnel is the manager of the store that I visit, in Carmel, IN, and she does a great job.

I got my replacement battery here for cheaper than on Amazon. It was ready the next day for in store pickup. We buy all our bulbs here. We also take in our keyfobs and they replace the batteries for free!

Staff was friendly but destroyed the nuts on my car battery, used wrong sizes. Do not take your car here for batteries, unless you replace it yourself.Manager handled the situation best she could, but staff was not appropriately trained and caused damage.

Easy purchase. Never purchased a car battery from Batteries Plus but the price was very competitive, the cold cranking amps was good and the warranty was good. They installed for free with no problem, even hooked up a device so I didnt lose my automatic presets on the radio when the battery was disconnected. Would recommend.

I will never use Batteries Plus Bulbs again. I broke my iPhone screen for the first time in 8 years a month ago. I took it in to get replaced and they said it would take 45 minutes. I returned an hour later and they said it would be 5 more minutes. Twenty minutes later that asked if I wanted to go run some errands and they could call me when it was ready. Well,.... you have my phone so how are you going to call me?I said I would just come back in an hour or so.The replacement of my screen took 4 hours.Then, two weeks later my screen cracked. Again, Ive had an iPhone for YEARS and never cracked a screen until a month ago. But yet this one cracked in 2 weeks.SO, I took it back in since it has a 180 day warranty.They said the warranty doesnt cover a cracked screen. Well your warranty says damage under normal use. Why wouldnt this be covered? Maybe the screen wasnt installed 100% correctly. Maybe your screen isnt the best quality like you advertise.Anyways, I think the screen should have been covered under warranty. I have a case on my phone and Im very careful with it, THAT is NORMAL USE.I had two BAD experiences with this store and will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Purchased a new Duracell battery on-line. Got a 10% discount by placing my purchase that way. The purchase was easy and a few minutes later I received an e- mail that the battery was ready to pickup at the store. When I got to the store I was offered a battery that was not the one I had purchased. There was remnants of white corrosion that usually appears on the battery terminal post when a battery is a used battery.The clerk started to offer an explaination of why I was wrong. I said that this was not acceptable and I wanted what I paid for. She then took the first battery away and within a minute or less brought out the exact “new” battery that I had purchased.I was told that the battery was fully charged. I gave the clerk my old battery and was given a $10.00 core charge credit. So while my initial experience with this purchase was good, by having to demand anew battery instead of the battery I was initially offered was not what I expected from Batteries Plus.

I went this place to buy a battery for my Lexus, I had to pay $143.xx. It is bit higher than competitors’s. But it is Duracell with 2 years warranty. And the salesperson was very informative. I think I bought a good battery.

I purchased a car battery. Ordering on the web was easy and convenient. I received a notice via email that the battery was ready to be picked up. The technician was courteous, very helpful, and installed the battery properly, but after driving out of the parking lot, I realized the battery was not charged up before it was installed. I started receiving error messages advising me to check my charging system. Fortunately, I was able to drive home before the battery conked out. I then did a trickle charge on the battery for 24 hours. Following that charge, the battery has worked properly, and I am no longer receiving error messages about the charging system. In summary, everything was great except that the battery wasnt charged-up before the email notification was sent to me from battery plus. Thats the reason for the three star rating. Everything else was perfect, and I think I have a good quality battery.

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you with any of your battery needs. They even carried a heavy car battery out to my car. When I brought the old one back to get it recycled, they even came out of the store to carry it into the store for me.

Ordered online my specialty battery for a glucose meter at 7:30 AM went to breakfast and drove to store order had just come through. Clerk was very helpful and friendly. While I was there picked up some AA and AAA on sale at a good price. They had 10% off for online orders picked up ar store. Faster than Amazon a Prime plus I really don’t need the qty of 5 or 6 sold there.

I ordered a car battery online 11pm. It was ready for pick up by noon the following day.I took in my old battery, was refunded for the core deposit, and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Thats about as good as it gets.

Got a watch battery installed and picked up two 4 foot LED bulbs for a shop light. Went online first and got $3 off the battery and $2 off the bulbs. In and out . Parking lot was crowded with pretty young women running about, so be careful.

The service folks were friendly and helpful, including with the return of the batteries. The problem was the CR2354 batteries I purchased were some kind of non-branded chinese knock off and they were not exactly the same dimensions as the OEM Panasonic batteries that came with the automobile remote key. The knockoffs did not fit into the old batterys slot so were unusable.

The store handled my transaction professionally and I would highly recommend doing business with them.
