Today, after browsing the store, I was told by the store manager that they would not help me in the store me unless I provided them with my telephone number. My name apparently was not good enough to identify myself.He insisted that their system would not allow him to complete the registration, which was necessary in order in order for someone in the store to see me. I was told that I could browse the store without a sales reps help if I wanted. He apparently was too busy to help me himself, as was the other representative tagging along with him.It is a sad day when a customer is required to be registered in order to have a sales person provide a customer service.10 minutes later I was in a competitors store where I was treated with respect, without needing to provide my phone number, just an introduction with my name.

Our sales rep Denny was amazing! He helped walk us through switching carriers and was very patient while we dealt with getting our account info from our previous carrier. He also answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend this location.

I bought a phone on a promo. I want to pay phone off early to change phones not providers. If I do I lose the promotion... hmm the promotion was buy one get one not finance one get one. Very misleading. Spoke to Karly the store Manger and she said she didnt care if I switch providers the promo is the promo and she wont do anything to help or even try to make me feel better about Verizon misleading customers. Going back to T-Mobile, their customer service is the best and not as expensive as Verizon.

Try calling the phone number. Try it. You cant get to an actual person. Its nothing but menus after menus. Whats the purpose of having a phone number if there is no way to get to an actual person?

Went in today to get our daughter a new Gizmo/Apple Watch. Unfortunately Rob was extremely unfriendly and very unhelpful. Not sure if we inconvenienced him with our questions but he just seemed so irritated with us so we ended up leaving and won’t go back.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. All 4 of the items purchased were faulty. The sales associates refuse to do anything to fix the issues. Would highly recommend visiting another location since this location clearly has no authority to fix problems.

Worst Verizon location I have ever dealt with! I thought Castleton was bad, but man.. this TOPS it. I ordered something online (since you know.. this virus you have to order pick up for everything) and when I went to pick it up, she refused to give me my order. She told me she thinks it was cancelled, but not sure. I told her that isnt possible because those 2 days you have was not up yet. I told her she needed to figure out what was going on because the email on my phone says its here and ready. She just kept telling me there was nothing she could do. I asked her to just get it off the shelf and let me purchase it since clearly, she saw I had the order and it was there and ready she just didnt have it. She refused that as well. She said everything is online now only because of the virus and she would not make an exception. I immediately called customer support when I left. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes (greatest experience Ive had with someone on the phone, by far). He told me he has no idea why they would refuse to give me an order because he saw it right there in the system, ready and at that location. He tried to call them 2 times, they didnt answer. He tried to email/text several times, they didnt answer. So finally he called another person who deals with online orders and they said the same thing.. it was ridiculous that they wouldnt give me this order as it is right there in the system and they both can see it. He too apologized and the previous support person offered to overnight it to me for free because of all of this. The managers name was Carly that I worked with.

This is a very nice Verizon store. The best part of this particular store are the people that work here. I picked up a new phone and started a new service on my visit, and the person helping me couldnt have been nicer. He also wasnt pushy with accessories and other things I didnt need, which can be an issue when visiting other Verizon stores.

Had to go back twice to the carmel at greyhound pass location for broken mophie battery pack. Second time was told by employee and then manager that i had to go through mophie. no apology or acknowledgement that THEY sold me this broken device two times for $100. The manager was completely dismissive and referred me to mophie only. After 20Yrs with verizon you’d think customer service would matter. Im now reconsidering doing business with them.

Worst phone upgrade I have ever experienced. No one cared to help with making sure I didn’t lose any of my storage or data, they cared more about the sale and getting us out of the door regardless if we were satisfied or not. Didn’t even get to take my fully paid for brand new iPhone home until a week later because their lack of help. Will definitely not be coming back to this store.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable and really helpful and actually do try and save you money.. I just went in there with a virus issue and the gentlemen that helped me talked to me like a person and not like a toddler or like a rocket engineer.. Ill go back here

Two stars - instead of one - because of wonderful customer service by Art. There were two others that ignored us the first twenty minutes while Art made sales with other customers. Actually, once we told one of the others we hadnt been helped yet, she told us someone would be with us in a minute. Ten later, Art showed up and it was wonderful. But the two made us feel ignored and unappreciated while we waited for the caring employee.

Went to this store because of a contridicting insurance issue on my account. I havent accomplished anything but waste gas, time, and energy to walk into their door for so called service. Giving the rep credit that he opened the tablet to show me the lines and devices on my account, and tell me things i already know. He didnt try to go further and clarify why these things were happening. I felt worse than I did before waking in, because I didnt get anything solved or clarified about my Verizon account. My theories of better service in a brick and mortar failed here. Would have done better just calling Customer Support. The reps here need compassion and/or training in other areas of service, other than selling devices!!

The associate took my issue seriously and provided solutions the help alleviate the issue with my corporate Verizon branded device. Albeit far from an equitable soultion, the associate took my concerns seriously while recognizing his own companies inability to resolve a larger with a device partner. Google and Verizon have little respect for customers safety.

My phone died after 3 years and I stopped in here to buy a new one. After getting the phone, I get a notification that the insurance on the phone was added to my Verizon plan. I was not asked if I wanted this feature added to my account (I don’t), yet they added a $13/month charge, which I was not happy about. I called Verizon and had them remove the charge but I’d recommend checking your plan to make sure nothing was added that you didn’t want after purchasing anything at this store.

This is an awful store with awful customer service (Sam Jones). For a simple task like moving from one carrier to V, they couldnt do it and that was discovered after waiting 2.5 hours. They messed up on every front and I left the store without a carrier. If I could file a corporate complaint (cant find it on their lovely site), I would. Absolutely the worst! I like verizon but I will never go to this store again and I will tell all my friends about it.

If you would like assistance from an associate who truly wants to put the customer first, DO NOT go to this store!! Go to one of the smaller stores where you will be assisted by an actual manager who wants to build a relationship and earn future business. Miserable experience this weekend when a lady tried to void the warranty on my daughters phone for a barely visible 1mm long hair line crack in the bottom left hand corner of the phone.

Moreover, the associates are knowledgeable, pleasant and have offered multiple solutions to my issue.Normally I wouldnt bother writing a review on a mobile store but Ive been too satisfied to not write a review.

We had an appointment for 7:00 PM on a Thursday evening. After arriving just before 7, we waited for over an hour while staff chatted and walked around the store. We were desperate for new phones as our old phones were on their last legs. We didn’t leave until we received our phones, well after 8, which was when they closed. The only helpful person was a younger woman that ensured we left with our phones that night.

The sales associates here are incompetent and lazy. Initially, theyre helpful, but if you have any complicated billing problems, they are unable to correct issues and have, in my experience, created more problems. Youre better off calling Verizons Customer Support than going to this brick and mortar shop.

Our initial person who greeted us, Ashley, was not helpful at all an was very short with us and told us that the recall had been extended until Thanksgiving so we had plenty of time. We had not received this notification so asked for it in writing and she said we were not getting anything from her. We then changed our strategy asked to simply order a new phone and she said ok and then turned and ignored us and talked to the next customer. When she was done she turned and looked at us and said what?We asked her if we were going to get any help and she said, I told you you would have to wait....The good news is that when we were finally waited on, Rob was very helpful and did an excellent job helping us with the replacement phone.

I would love to call the local number and simply speak to someone at the local store. But thats not how Verizon works. You call the local number, go through about a dozen menu prompts, then stay on hold for 30+ minutes, while you wait for someone in another state.

I thought AT&T is bad already. Turned out Verizon is even worse. The sales here put me on a insurance/warranty plan without my permission. The solution specialist helped me to order a replacement phone was not helpful. He took me completely off the service.The certified like new phone I should have gotten from the warranty play I didnt even want sent me an ad is phone. The warrant thing is completely a scam!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been going to this store for years.. it used to be great. Now not so much. A little while ago I upgraded to the S9+, bought the glass protector. It was not installed right and never lost its bubbles - I didnt make it back in 14 days. In about 20+ days my the glass protector cracked.Went in and a girl looked at my phone (not at my purchases) and said ahh - this is a Zagg - go online and theyll send you a new one. Well it wasnt the Zagg it was a Verizon. Had to go back into the store today - where I waited for over an HOUR for someone to wait on me.They had 2 sales people working - who were both upgrading lines. I was first in line and people just kept coming in after me. Finally after about 20 min a manager walks out. He just starts checking people in. Never helps a customer. Then he talks to a sales rep from Google /Pixel - instead of waiting on customers. UNBELIEVABLE.Apparently - they take appointments so I got trumped as next in line with the only two people working - when the appointments showed up.All this to fix the glass protector they werent competent enough to install in the first place. After an hour I walked out, screen protector still cracked.Clearly the management, scheduling and training of workers needs a serious adjustment.Go to another store.

Lousy customer service. I have 4 phones plus a tablet on my plan. When talking with Verizon customer service, I was told I could upgrade one phone a couple of weeks early, as it was not working well. They said a store manager would be able to do this for me. The manager of this store flatly refused to even try to do anything, insisting that You have a contract. Not quite rude, but the most unhelpful stonewaller Ive met in a long time.

The walmart greeter type lady at the door was rude and condensing. The guy who helped us was not helpful at all on the warranty work. Stating that we had to go to the Verizon website to issue a warranty. He would not help out anymore. The salespeople there are not knowledgeable and are unwilling to listen to your concerns. Everytime i go in there it is someone new and the guy i speak with before and makes all the promises and then quits. The replacement person says no he shouldnt have said that and leaves it at that. There is no honoring previous sales persons promises......update went to another store and they pulled a phone of the shelf with no questions asked.

Atrocious service. Apparently if inventory is taking place that excludes the workers from having to help customers.
