I forgot the name of the manager of this store but he basically helped me figure out an issue I had with my phone and it was taking so long because we had to call insurance customer service and it started to become after hours when they are closed. He showed no irritation towards me even though I could tell he was ready to go home. So professional and thankfully I got my issue resolved because of him so this place is amazing when youre working with the manager himself!
Highly recommend this store! The manager Drew and his team went to great lengths to activate a new work phone while deactivating another phone we had already ordered. Long story short, it wasn’t a situation they had encountered before. They collaborated with our corporate office and with remote employees to make it all happen in a short period of time. Had a somewhat complicated issue transferring a phone from another carrier to AT&T. The representative Bill Smyser made sure it was completed correctly before letting any of the representatives disconnect with us. Bill was very helpful.
I went in to this particular AT&T store because we’ve purchased our phones there and I’ve always had incredible customer service and this past trip was no exception. My phone absolutely crashed. I went in to the store in a panic and Taylor helped me. He tried everything to get it back up, but it was done. He helped me with a new phone, was able to lower my bill a little and was so pleasant. As he was helping me I watched numerous people just like me walk in, needing help and everyone was greeted and told they’d be right with them. Kudos to the management in this store, also to Taylor, a wonderful young man who I will be sending everyone I know to! Great job!!
I came in with my roommate to upgrade phones and we were helped by Derek K. He was super nice, helpful, and friendly. Even though I didnt buy anything, he still did everything he could to help us out and ensure the phone upgrade went smoothly. 10/10 recommend.
Went to this store for some billing difficulties. Justin helped me ... I didn’t even need to tell him the problem and Boom!! He knew upon immediately looking at my account there was a big problem!! I am beyond impressed with his efficiency and proactive thinking. I saved hours of being on the phone with Customer Service. Blake was really nice and had great product knowledge. He really knew what he was doing. Had all questions taken care of easily and was willing to go above and beyond.However, depending on what issues you have, don’t go there if you are pressed for time cos attention to most issues require time.Tip: best to visit during off peak hours, like between 9am and 12noon on weekdays. I wouldn’t dare do there on a weekend 🙄🙄

We had an amazing and informative, professional experience with the family. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and Derek was very patient and helpful! He guided us through the upgrade of 5 lines (new phones) and reviewed our account to help save us money! He evaluated different scenarios and helped us make the best decision. He stayed and helped us for 1 hour past closing time and seemed more than happy to ensure we were taken care of and all questions were answered!! It was my best ATT experience in the past 15 years!!!

I had a horrible experience at this store. This service rep made me feel ashamed and foolish in the public. I think the customers could ask the same questions again if they didn’t understand at first. This person was very rude and raised his voice in the public and even showed me very nasty smile at the door when I left. I was very humiliated and offended by this person. I don’t think I can visit this store again.

We had Karressa as our helper during my experience. She was very kind and patient with us throughout the whole experience. She offered genuine advice and really took the time to learn about our situation to offer us the best phone. Overall, she made a normally long and taxing project very simple and easy!
Justin was very helpful and fast with getting me set up. Take note, customer service will be better at this location. Awaiting install but hoping speeds are faster than spectrum (he also assured me they would be faster and explained why). Off to a good start.

I had the pleasure of working with Todd! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed and when I arrived he had everything ready for me. I’m not a big fan of upgrading cell phones, but Todd made the process simple and enjoyable.
The process took longer than I expected. Justin did a fantastic job of walking us through the process. He was engaging and informative. He turned what could have been a long miserable experience into a positive one.

I had a top notch customer service experience twice today. First bill was incredibly helpful with a mixed up SIM card situation and later in the same day Corey was helpful with my husbands new phone set up. Highly recommend the store on greyhound pass in Carmel. I’ll be back when we need more att products.

I have called this store twice for questions/assistance and each time has left me wishing for better customer service. It’s unfortunate that the attitudes given over the phone are viewed as acceptable. I would not recommend anyone going to this location has they leave a lot to be desired. This helped me make a decision to not choose them as my carrier.

Went to this AT&T after talking to costumer service on the phone the day before when trying to set up a new phone and switching from Verizon. Costumer service told us it would take 3 days and that they had to send a SIM card first and got disconnected in the process. Going into the store Taylor M helped us and he was AMAZING!! He was able to fix all the complications that were made when talking to costumer service and able to get my phone up and running the same day we went in. Taylor and AT&T at this Westfield/Carmel location were great, I will come back again!
If I could give this store negative 10 I would !!! Called talked with a nice gentleman and explained the problem said yes we can fix. I made a appointment for the next day and when I arrived he wasnt working, tried to explain to the the gentleman said he said sorry cant do it, turned walked away.Call apple support 9 hrs later my phone is wiped clean.So once again I call to see if I bring in my old if they could transfer the information to my phone once more. The guy said Ill save you a trip blah blah blah told him it wasnt the same brand. Said have a good day hung up.At&t screws you into contracts for two years then after that dont care after that !!Attitudes are POOR.
Terrible experience had to drive back and forth twice and still didn’t get my issue resolved. Called before making the second trip to make sure they could take care of my issue and that still didn’t happen. Wasted an entire day and caused me a lot of stress. ATT has done a horrible job

Horrible service by manager. I purchased 5 lines from this store in the past couple of years. I go in for service help after the att people on the phone are useless and the manager won’t even attempt to assist after I tell how bad of an experience I have had. I asked him to assist with the call center and he would not. Never again att.... and stay out of this store as they will talk you into transferring phones to different lines and that is what caused the entire screw up which is 100 percent ATT rrsponibility but good luck getting anyone to be accountable! They just want to sell and they will sell you a bunch of lies! Do not trust a word that comes out of their mouth. ATT would rather you cancel all of your services (DirecTv, 5 lines) then to step up to the plate and actually provide the excellent service their customers deserve if they want to retain their customers. It almost seemed they enjoyed not doing so.

NEVER do in-store pickup. Thought it would save me time waiting to get the phone because places like Best Buy actually have the order ready within 2 hours. They canceled my order after 3 days and said hey couldnt verify it was me that placed the order. They have you verify your identity via code sent to one of the phones on your account. Very poor customer service saying that they couldnt verify the identity even when there is two-step verification. Will never do in-store pickup again, wasted 3 days that could have been spent shipping the phone to my house instead.
The visit with AT&T was amazing because the representative was very helpful and they were able to help me get a new phone. We had to pay for all of it and I got the phone the same day.
Low stock but service was quick.
I went in to get on my own plan and was advised it was “not possible” due to my family’s plan being bundled. Less than a week ago, another family member of mine was put on his own plan and it was a quick and easy process. Not only was I told “...there is nothing that can be done...” but two customer service representatives were extremely rude. I understand customer service can be difficult at times, but it is common practice to focus on what CAN be done for the customer, rather than what cannot. Anyways, directly after leaving the store, I called to speak to an agent and was able to put on my own plan without any issues. I would strongly suggest going to another location because not all AT&T locations leave you with “nothing.”

Store gives wrong information and doesn’t answer their phone. Disconnect between information given from online representatives and in store. Online was correct. A 4-year employee (Michael) - who knows all - was rude and wrong. Treated us like trash and I’m an 18 year AT&T customer. Based on this store I’m a soon to be Sprint customer. Don’t judge a book, calls are recorded. Have new phones charged/working that have promos and are the newest hype - it’s just tacky to have them out, uncharged and unable to charge, but plugged in. People want to see what they are buying!

Went in to get help with a defective phone today, and was told by the manager that my only recourse was to work with the manufacturer, despite the phone being in warranty and my faithful payment into a Device Protection Plan. No empathy, no solutions for how I might even be able to get a temporary solution. Nothing... Left, went to Verizon fully intending to move all 7 devices based on this interaction. Got all the details, however before subjecting all users on the account to the disruption, I tried AT&T chat, explained the situation to Linda, and will have a phone tomorrow. I will not step foot back into this store, and quite honestly would expect the CHAT function to replace them soon if they do not change their ways.
Worst service ever! They just lie and don’t help. Never ever go to this store. They told me you should call AT&T and solve your problem; however, the customer service told me that I should go to store. I am so disappointed with them and will never go there again. They just liars!!!

I recently upgraded my iPhone 8 Plus to an iPhone XR, everything went off without a hitch except for the salesperson who put me on combined billing without my consent! Thanks a lot! I dunno why he thought that I needed that, but either way I’m absolutely livid with him and this entire store, and will not be returning under any circumstances. Not everyone can afford to pay their $100+ phone bill and $50 internet bill at the same time, jackass. Now I’ve had to screw around with customer service for DAYS now, just to get the bills back to where they were before the upgrade!
Terrible Customer Service. I cant begin to tell you the hell Ive went through the last 5 days. They sold me a NewPhone that was defective within a few hrs. I took it back and they basically told me tough luck... They said the company that made it (Samsung) was responsible not AT&T. Then they tried to sell me a Protect service for an extra 3 bucks a month that would fix it.... while refusing to fix it themselves. Thieves at the very least

Terrible customer service. After hours on the phone with customer service I was told my only choice was to go to a store for assistance. While waiting I was told by one staff member that they were short handed and only had themself and one other person helping customers, but I counted 4 employees in the store. As I explained my situation to the employee she told me she could not help and I would need to call. I tried to explain to her that I had called and why they directed me to the store, but she rudely interrupted me and exclaimed if you would just let me talk! So much for listening to the customer. On top of it all, I was there to disconnect my grandmothers account after she passed. Thanks for the compassion and sympathy AT&T.
I rarely give out one star reviews. I’ll save you time of reading through reviews. This is the worst ATT location in North Indy. Go to the one in central Carmel.This store sold me a phone plan and added “first responders discount”. I told them I wasn’t a first responder. Salesperson said “I’m sure you will get the discount” after signing up, I get a call from ATT saying I don’t qualify, so they won’t honor the discount. I return to the store where the manager apologizes and says he will take everything back (I canceled my old plan and sold the old phone). So that wasn’t a possibility. He gave me a much cheaper plan (less data) and a tiny account credit. I really hope this wasn’t a scam to lock you in. Sure seems like it.Fast forward ten months later. I come in because I had a charge on my account that I didn’t think should be there. I was told “I can’t access that, call billing” I happened to be at another att store later that day. They fixed my billing in 5 minutes.Avoid this store at all costs. 0 integrity.

Walked in to ask why my iPhone 6 was so slow, told that I had used my 3g of data but could upgrade to unlimited. I asked what my monthly cost would be he checked my plan, said it was $91 and would go to $100, I agreed to the plan change. Today I received my first new bill and its increased not $9 but $39 a month. I will be waiting for them to open tomorrow morning to either go back to my original or change to Verizon, shady deal to say the least AT&T. Shame I have to choose minimum one star.
What is it with the help at this store that they have one answer to questions?I dont know...we havent been made aware of that informationThey claim to be connected to the most recent info from AT&T and yet never know what is even on AT&Ts website...Case and point...the Note 7 Recall.The people at this store are completely clueless as to what is going on and make no attempt to get the information the customer requests.They just say, I dont know and then look at you with a dumb dear in the headlight look hoping youll leave..
Today I went to the store which is in the plaza near Marsh, Kohls in 146th street to purchase an IPhone 6 Plus, already made up my mind and just need to get it and get out. There were 4 customers in the store and 4 Customer support people. I gave my details and looked at the monitor and I was 2nd in line, looked around the same customer who was there when I walked in was still with a Rep and after 15 min. same thing. 2 of the customer reps were making sure that their desk doesnt fall down or something, they were standing behind that counter holding it. Then I realized this freaking phone is sold by so many and they are not selling me a freaking water from a fountain of youth then why the f I need to wait. I walked out.. AT&T you have to thank my wife because she does not want to change the contract otherwise I would have been an ex AT&T user.One star is too much but it enables to publish button.
Waited for an hour and a half and yet still did not get to talk with a representative. It was a complete waste of time as the sales representatives were still talking with others who were already done instead of attending to the many people in line.
Internet speed 2 mbit/s, and its awful!!! AT&T says that they deliver 12mbit/s
