What can I say I love Hobby Lobby. I got a good sale too.

Found everything we need to make a present for my mother from her grandson. Asked one employee for help finding something, he was slightly unsure so he immediately located the department employee. She took us directly to what we needed and even helped with some suggestions to enhance our project. Excellent customer service!

Never any help. Workers ignore you. Cashiers are hardly forcing friendliness. No rewards system. I spend thousands on crafts and will be doing all of my business at an awesome store called Michaels.

Excellent, great Selection and Christmas in half price. The start of decorating. Lights and fake fur will be added to our display.

Always a pleasure to shop at a hobby lobby. We were visiting friends and choosing a house warming gift. Staff helpful, store clean. So glad our friends have this store close to their new home.

I always find amazing home decor here and they are always having a great sale. I bought this organizer and use it as a snack tower for the kids. I wouldve added fruit but I have that in a fruit bowl on the counter

50% off sales like every other week. A great all-around spot for decent art supplies, fabric, decor, frames, etc...

As a foreigner shopping in this decor jungle, I must admit this is above my expectations for the varieties of the products they offer. I have never been to such a big decor store and the shopping experience was pleasant!

Cool stuff, nicer employees, nicer customers and prices are better than some of the other Hobby Lobby stores. Great sales when they have the 75-90% off. In general Hobby Lobby is just like every other elite owned store. They cheat you. How? They mark up the prices crazy high then when they have the 50% off you think its a great price but its actually close to the current fair market price. The only time to get a real deal is when they have the 75=-90% off price. Thats a real sale. Patio Pillows for $30? Really? Walmart had better ones for $5. and still have some. I am appalled at the prices. Now they have 40-50% off regularly on tons of items because they know majority will not pay the full price they mark. This says to me prices are misleading. Granted some items, and very few items, are priced pretty good, but, its FEW. Be sure to price compare every item you purchase. When a retailer misleads its a flat out lie. We all know who the father of all lies is.... And I have price compared with all other retailers to learn this. Micheals does it and so does joanns just not as brash as Hobby Lobby. I dont call this blessed, I call this a con. Remember, retailers are just glorified peddlers that peddled their way up.

This store is amazing! If you are an artist or love doing crafts, it blows the competition away. I can’t recommend it enough!

Farmhouse decor galore! Pottery for your green thumb is reasonably priced. They also have some furniture options like desks, chairs, and storage. Some may be a bit overpriced yet if you need it in a hurry then this is your place. I will warn you to be aware of the Karens and Kens. They are there lurking and giving side eye 👀😒

The store is huge, but not very well marked. I dont recall seeing much signage in terms of departments or aisle contents. It was very difficult to tell where I needed to go, but I was able to find an employee in a reasonable amount of time who showed me exactly what I was looking for. (Model kits, selection could be better)

Its the biggest Hobby Lobby Ive ever been too. The selection is very large. Its one of those stores where its very hard to walk out empty handed! Cashier was very nice. The store was very clean and organized too.

Great place for craft supplies.It was significantly busier than usual but they were trying to accommodate by opening up additional registers.

Framing staff very helpful. Love the selection of merchandise. However, the lines are long, especially on Saturday. The restrooms are downright dirty and need major remodeling.

This is always a good time in this location. I could spent a lot of time here. Its always clean and kept nice. The staff is helpful and kind. And before you check out pull up their website and have them scan a coupon. There is always one there. And it is right on the website you dont the to go hunting for it.

Went to Hobby Lobby in Westfield, Ive always had a good experience, pleasant associates that are always helpful, not this trip! I came to buy some burlap for display Im making it work.Came across two associates one dressed in the normal blue they wear, the other one in more of dress clothes, like management might wear. They were doing some top stocking. I stopped and said hello, Liz the manager dress one ask me if I had a question. I told them both that I was looking for something to cover a display, possibly burlap. The associate started telling me about the burlap that they had in floral. Immediately I got the impression that Liz was annoyed, either annoyed because I stopped and bothered to ask a question or annoyed at her associate for trying to give me good customer service. The associate, sorry I didnt get her name, was very helpful describing what floral could provide and when I said I think I need wider than that she said well go on down to the fabric area. And Liz chimed in with the same thing again with a very annoyed tone to her voice. I started to walk away and I stopped because her attitude sucked. I said Liz what do you do here first response was Im stocking.No Liz, what is your job title? She replied Im management. Then I said Your attitude sucks. Im trying to get the stock up was her response. Then she apologized, of course with the same tone as before. She said Im sorry if I offended you I didnt believe her in the least.So I made it to the fabric section of the store and asked the associate there about burlap and she just pointed at the wall and said its over there and went back to doing her paperwork no help at all. I thought Hobby lobby was big on Customer Service, but definitely not this time.Greg44 year in retail, 40 of it in management.First time Ive ever left a negative review.

I can always find my craft supplies at a good price. There hasnt been much ribbon in stock for awhile though.

So many crafts...so little time :) Love the variety of items. The check out process is slow and you should always watch the items as the cashier rings them up. Since the items are not scanned the cashiers can easily ring them up incorrectly.

I love Hobby Lobby! While their prices are a little high, they have awesome stuff for art. and decoration. I get a lot of art supplies from there, and they have a lot of stuff to use in a bunch of different forms. Great place to shop at.

Hobby Lobby is our go to place for craft supplies and specialized decor. Plus you can always count on something being 50% off. And their website always has a half off coupon on any one item. Greatness. Plus they are closed on Sundays, which I personally appreciate.

This is the first time I have ever been to a hobby lobby store. It is soooooo cool. You have arts and crafts and decor for your house. I am so in love with this place. I live in Florida so Ill be going to the hobby lobby down here but this one was quite nice. We t here when they were having the sale after Christmas. So much Christmas stuff they had for sale. I do love their scented candles and essential oils though.

Had a wonderful experience with the framing dept. The custom mat turned out even better than I imagined.

Could visit this store every day! Its entry level for some of the things I enjoy doing such as leather working but its definitely enough to get you started.

Oh what a treat. Needed simple glue, okay glue to fix a broken frame! Somehow it took me 30 minutes to find the glue section of the store. Simple signage would be beneficial or is that part of the Hobby Lobby marketing genius, get them into the store and have them wonder around aimlessly and spend their money. The staff was somewhat helpful, they directed me to the area after I was found near some arts and craft section. Ill admit I was 100% out of my comfort zone.

Store was clean. Some counters had confusing sale prices. Checkout process was bad. 7 people in line, one register open, and customers were complaining on the long wait time. Otherwise nice selection of good merchandise.

No signs telling you where anything is

The store is clean and they have a multitude of craft items that you can only get at a crafts store. Organization of the store could be a little better. There have been multiple times I had to look in a variety of departments before finding what I was looking. They are a great place to find learning toys for children though.

Very large store, but a lot of the time the items that Im in the need for are gone. They also seem to not have enough people up front because I have almost always waited in a line thats over 4+ people and I have gone during all times of the week and day.

They have the entire collection of DMC embroidery floss both available and in stock. Excellent selection of cross stitching supplies. It is an overtly Christian establishment, though, and as an LGBT person I always feel mildly uncomfortable there.

I havent been to a Hobby Lobby in years, but upon going there with my mother, I quickly discovered that I liked a lot of the things they were selling. The employees were kind and helpful towards helping me trying to figure out what I was looking for.

Perfect balance of home and holiday. I love the wide variety of Christmas decor of all styles. You definitely find that unique piece of furniture or decor to accent a room. At the same time you there is tons of supplies to DIY.
