Our 65 year old house has very heavy solid wood garage doors. The old rusty spring on one of the doors broke (the other door has a newer spring). It broke after pulling my car in and closing the door (luckily!). Steve from Garage Door Pro came and put a new spring on this old system. Then he noticed the cables on the side were almost worn through. Because of the age of the door and the style of the equipment these doors were built with, he needed to turn the direction of the cables. He first got my car out of the garage and then worked to change the direction on those cable wheels. The garage door is working and is safe. I called in the morning and all this was done the same day. Steve was great. He did excellent work and explained everything well. I talked to him about eventually replacing the doors. He gave me great information and a brochure to review - I highly recommend this company!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday evening.Response time and service was excellent. They were here within 20 minutes and the repair took about 30 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable and professional.The price however was way out of line. After the repair, I investigated the cost of the parts and was shocked. I paid $250 each for 2 springs ($500 total), $159 for labor and $29 for the service call. $688 total.I found that the springs are available for $80 - $120 total for two. They charged 4-5 times the price I could have bought the springs for.

Its never a joy when you need an unanticipated repair, but it happens. When you need garage door repair, I highly recommend this company. I had two springs break and it was a Saturday. The technician was here within an hour. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I feel this is the best company and it was reasonably affordable. A+++

We took the assistance of Garage Pro last week to get our garage door fixed. A gentleman named Noam represented them and helped us fix it wonderfully. Not only was he extremely good at his job, he was also nice and patient, polite, and even repaired parts on his own which we had never requested him to do. And all these he did at a very reasonable price. We are thankful to Garage Pro and Noam for their excellent services. Would strongly recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys, especially Nate. I had an appointment with a different company who never showed and never called. When I couldn’t get hold of them I started calling around. These guys answered right away and promised to come the same day. Within an hour they had someone at my house fixing my problem. Nate did a great job and took the time to make sure everything was balanced and working right. Cost was a little higher than I expected but not out of line, especially for same day service. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I was toying between 4 and 5 stars (as there was an issue with my coupon) but I’m going 5 Stars, solely due to my technician “Noam”.I called a couple places and Garage Door Pro was out within less than two hours. I got all my estimates upfront and the service call was very inexpensive. Noam was my service technician who was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. The repair was done in less than an hour. Here’s the amazing part: Noam called me the next day as he’d just received a better part for my door and wanted to come out and install it. In about and hour he’d arrived, replaced with NO extra cost! He’s got my business!

Technician was here about 15 minutes after the call and my garage was fixed shortly thereafter. Good service at the lowest comparable price to anything else in the area.

I accepted the service fee but to charge me $189.00 for a half hour of work to fix my garage door is highway robbery. Then to demand payment in cash only was the icing on the cake. I even called a day in advance so it wouldnt be considered an emergency call. Not a fan of this company.

A gentleman came out on a Saturday and stayed till 11 pm at night trying to get our 20 year old opener to work. By the time he left the door was opening and shutting correctly. Unfortunately the next day it messed up again, but no worries because we called him and he came back even though it was Sunday and put a brand new opener in. He was very kind and knowledgeable definitely will use this company again if needed.

Within 30 minutes of when I called, the technician was at my house, and 30 minutes after that he had replaced the spring and my garage door was fixed and working perfectly. Excellent service and response on a Saturday. Went to leave to run errands and the bracket securing the cable broke. Could not get the door to release manually so my car was trapped in the garage. When they quoted the price for the new opener, they failed to mention that it was the cheapest you could buy at Lowes. It only had 1 opener for car and NO remote opener on the house. The light for the opener will not turn off when the door is open. I called them and they made things right. Good service.
