Its awesome and me and my family love it to
We use this Kroger about once a week and take advantage of the free ClickList option. Sometimes the parking lot is very crowded but the quality of produce is great. I also like they have a deli counter and the cheese selection is awesome. I wish the ClickList allowed beer and wine to be added, it would save us a trip inside!
App is useless if it doesnt automatically give you the App deals nó points nó bonus useless App. Store signs say cheap price but you pay full price unless you did the work to find the discount. Im sure countless people have nó clue and just get charged the higher price. Win for Kroger! 🪛 the customer
Absolutely the worst over the phone customer service from “Bern”. He told me he was too busy to help. Sounds like he might be placed in the wrong job over there.
I dont have much bad to say about this Kroger. The store is very clean and the staff is a always friendly. There is also a Bistro with a wide variety of food selections, which me and my office mates visit for lunch often. This grocery is not the most convenient one, but I will go out of my way for the quality, cleanliness, and the customer service.
Neat and clean place to get your groceries
Five stars goes to the cashiers and staff at this Kroger. They are always friendly, helpful and bust their tails to keep this place stocked and moving. I wish management would figure out three things. The parking lot is crazy. It simply needs more space. The second is the aisles. They are too close together. I get they have realigned them to carry more items but it is too tight to fit when items are constantly restocked. Finally I would love less self checkout and more cashiers and baggers. Prices have not lowered and there is absolutely no incentive for me to check myself out and bag my groceries. It only saves time if I have a few items or less. I know this is a trend but one I dont like.
I was purchasing salmon to make a special dinner at home, but had never baked salmon before (Im a young adult new to cooking). I jokingly let the deli counter man know this, and he took time (20 minutes) to write down a delicious recipe for me and explained in detail the best drinks and sides to go with the meal. I wish I remembered his name - he is also a chef. This personable interaction meant so much to me. I thought it was very kind and thoughtful of him to give me pointers! The dish he suggested turned out amazing and I bragged to my mom and friends! I cant wait to go back and get more cooking advice from him :)
Brian in the seafood section rocks. Helped me assemble a crab boil for my one year anniversary. Andrew behind the deli made a killer Chicaboom sandwich. I love coming to this Kroger during lunch. It’s always a good time.
Been standing at the bakery department for the past 40 minutes with nobody able to help me out. this is just ridicoulous. people have stuff to do not be waiting on yaw. worst service ever. even Walmart is not this bad. yikes!!!
This is no hate on the store but If I see one more person without a mask I am going to start screaming
Click List pick up is terrible. I dont understand why they are out of so many things and to substitute those things with nothing close to what was ordered is mind boggling. I got hamburger buns instead of hot dog buns???? I got 1 top sirloin when I ordered 2 filets??? Just stupid
Cleanest kroger I have seen in years.
Store is very nice, but the Starbucks wouldn’t sell me a coffee 25 minutes before posted close time. Said they were shutting down early.
The store is fine. There’s nothing spectacular about it but I can get what I need there. However, it disturbs me that the Bistro workers, for the most part, have their masks on, but not all the way over there noses. This has been consistently the case, leading me to avoid going to this location.
They are limiting you to 3 cleaning products regardless of what they are I bought 1 glass cleaner, 1 Lysol wipes, 1 multi surface but then the clerk took my 1 pack of hand sanitizer wipes out of my order because I wasn’t allowed more than 3 products and the register wouldn’t ring it. Market District is so much better I am driving the extra 5 minutes for now on.
Rude customer services. I had liquor in my cart as I was shopping. Management approached me and accused me of being under 21 with a fake ID even though I’m in my mid 20s. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable being accused for something I’m not doing.
With the exception of the self checkout guy that works in like the evening or during the day, is so beyond rude, he flipped out on some guy about a month or less because the guy was buying alcohol the self checkout guy got really agitated and if i remember it clearly he yelled at the customer who was less than 1 centimeter away all because all of the lines where cashiers ring you up, are always closed and the middle aged man wanted to buy alcohol, had it out and the guy thst works that a lot. I tru to avoid him whatever it takes. He gets angry and really passive aggressive if you him for Help. I had picked up some things, rang them up, realized I didnt have enough money, I asked him what did he want me to do with them, he got really irritated, rolled his eye balls
Recently had a need for a funeral bouquet. When I was told about the final resting arrangements it was too late for any florists to accommodate in time for the morning services. Kroger floral department came through with a beautiful arrangement in a short amount of time. The family was touched and thankful. Their customer service and communication was outstanding. They didnt have the ability to deliver the arrangement for us but they provided us accommodations to safely transport the bouquet and present it personally.
If you want a safe environment, you’re better off at Market District. Experience at Kroger today wasn’t good. Carts weren’t cleaned and there were no disinfectant wipes. Aisles are narrow and two-way. Many if not most customers weren’t wearing masks. One employee stocking the shelves was coughing persistently.
They be had what I went for
Ordered groceries online, received confirmation that my order was ready, drove to the store, and all the pickup spots were full.I parked in an unnumbered spot one over from #6, and they told me they would not give me my groceries or let me join the queue until I was able to park in a numbered spot. Sat there for ~5-10 minutes and not one person received their groceries.
They have a great salad bar, but if you dont get there at the correct time, you end up with just lettuce. They dont keep an eye on it and replenish it enough. I even finished all my shopping and went back 10 minutes later, and still no carrots, onions, radishes. Wish they would keep an eye on it, especially right during the noon hour.
Awesome store
The pharmacy was slow and no one acknowledged Id been standing there for 10 minutes, after shopping for 30 minutes while we waited. I then checked out my groceries and went to the drive-through to pick up my Rx. It still wasnt ready now an hour since I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. It would have been appropriate & good customer service for one of the 3 staff members in the pharmacy to acknowledge me & simply tell me it wasnt ready, apologize for the wait.
Beautiful store!!!Great produce dept. Love the atmosphere. I love how each dept. manager takes really good care of their department. Nice and clean deptments with a full stock of fresh foods!!!The restaurants inside are a great idea along with the live piano players up on the upper balcony. Enjoy the music while you shop is very relaxing. Definitely recommend this store!
Friendly helpful employees. Great selection of everything. You literally can get everything you might need including patio furniture. Great meat selection. Great produce selection. Baking needs, huge selection of flours. Gluten free items galore. Huge selection. Walmart has very few items on a small section of one shelf. Love Kroger. Wish there was a Kroger in Frankfort
Its a good place to get what I need.
My go to shopping center. Prices are great and made even better with the kroger app. Kroger brand items are as good as the name brand products. Shelves are always stocked and isles clean. Im knocking a star due to some of the self check out attendants acting like theyd rather be scrubbing grout with a toothbrush and not noticing when a back log of 3-4 people are waiting for their help. And when you finally get their attention so they can verify your ID, void an accidental double scan or help with a paper coupon, they act like its a massive inconvenience on their part.
The Rangeline Kroger was recently remodeled a couple of years ago and the square footage increased by knocking one end of the store out and adding about twenty feet. They added a Bistro/deli and upscale bakery. Also added were a high end cheese shop and beefed up the wine/liquor section. The salad hot foods section was enhanced and a Starbucks was added as well. The store has a lot of new sophisticated, departments and of course a sushi bar.
“Fresh” vegetable section a joke. It’s very small and most of the time the vegetable are old and rubbery, unless you just happen to be there when they are restocking. The layout of this Kroger is puzzling... I’ve been to many other Kroger’s and in comparison, this is not a good store - from layout, employee friendliness, checkout lines, and food selection. Disappointing that I can no longer have one stop place for groceries.
Always enjoy this Kroger. Great atmosphere. Great quality food. Reasonable prices. Ive saved $223 to date using my Kroger card and coupons. Love it!!!
Visited this Kroger early afternoon on a Sunday. Every staff member we encountered was so warm and welcoming! Ginger was one of the first to stop and greet us, she complimented my children and made sure they got a balloon (it was brickyard) just the sweetest lady. The butchers in the meat dept were so patient and helpful, cracked a few jokes when I asked if they needed help Id leave my boy so he could learn a thing or two. Just all around nice people. Store was clean, easy to navigate and products were actually in their places!!! New favorite location!
Very good Kroger. Employees are nice. Selection is usually good depending on what day you go... they do tend to sell out of items during the week however they are very punctual with restocking
Pickup can be jammed...or not. Pretty good for virus-times IMO. Regardless the employees hustle, always have received items ordered.
Itd be nice if there was more than one bathroom in the entire store for literally everyone there
Its your normal, everyday Kroger. Inside is clean and well-lit. Theres a sushi carousel if you like the novelty, but its still just the normal Kroger store sushi quality. One problem I have is the abundance of shopping carts left in the parking lot. They take up parking space and risk bumping into cars. Ive seen better shopping cart etiquette in college towns.
This place is massive!! Its got a huge variety of any grocery you could ever want and more! The store is also very clean and well-organized. Itll definitely be one of my go-to groceries here.
The store is nicely laid out and easy to find things. There is a good ready food area including a salad bar, hot food bar, pizza, sandwiches, and conveyor belt sushi. There is second-floor seating that often features live music. There is also outside seating. And you got to love a grocery that offers valet parking!
One of the better Krogers around. Newly remodeled and good customer service with a nice selection. Can get insanely busy though during peak hours on the weekend. Go early or go late to avoid the crowd.....
This is one of the first new concept redesigned Kroger grocery stores in the Midwest. There is a sushi train restaurant, Starbucks, salad and hot food bar, deli, grill, pizza, indoor and outdoor seating and most evenings and weekends there are live musicians - guitarists, harpists, vocalists, keyboards, you name it. Fresh baked bread and sweets, and a gourmet cheese shop, plus and extensive wine, beer
Great selection.
I moved out of the area and this Kroger and its staff are one of the things I miss most. Its an AMAZING, recently remodeled store that has nearly everything you could ask for. Its like a combo large grocery store and specialty corner market with an unbeatable, made to order hot foods counter, gourmet cheese counter, sushi bar (SUSHI TRAIN!) Starbucks, fantastic meat and deli counter, big liquor and beer selection (Peter, the liquor/beer/wine guru is AWESOME!) and some of the best, most helpful staff anywhere. I miss you Carmel Kroger. :-(
This Kroger is so nice! There is a Starbucks... they have live music sometimes... they even make burgers, pizza, etc. fresh to order! Its a fantastic Kroger and Im definitely happy its the closest one to me!
Very nice Kroger with wide selection of groceries. Its so convenient to pick up some sushi or sandwich before kids swim or tennis lessons. Also like the friendly service at the inside Starbucks. Only thing is they dont always have Lacinato kale in stock.
The store is amazing! As always the staff at this store is friendly and always helpful! I feel like everyone knows me and makes it point to speak to me! The store Manager is also so friendly and goes out of his way to speak to me EVERY time he sees me!
Very nice Kroger. The live music is a bit over the top. However, the service is good and people are friendly. There is a good selection of premium stuff.
I love all these this my store plenty of choice great selections, and its becoming a great health food store
First they stopped carrying the gluten free dough for the pizza counter.... Now they simply close the food stations during dinner time. Still okay for groceries, but no longer worth stopping at for a quality fast meal.
I am in this Kroger CONSTANTLY. They are wonderful. Fresh greens are crisp and lively, staff is polite, and they have about anything we ever need,
Jane was our lovely cashier. I have never had a bad experience at this Kroger, ever, and she definitely changed that. So rude. First of all, I was trying to help her because there were so many groceries on the belt because my boyfriend packed everything on the belt and got everything stuck. Which I know wasnt a good idea at all so I was trying to get it unstuck and she just yelled wait a minute, just wait and I told her I was just trying to help. she then rolled her eyes and threw our food. We had rosemary, and the food she was throwing around made the rosemary go all over the place. She rolled her eyes again and then looked at me and with a sarcastic attitude asked if I wanted her to go get another one for us. I said no because I just wanted to get out of there. she kept looking at me, giving me dirty looks after all that. Im sure she realized how rude she was being because at the end she seemed to lose her attitude.
Love this Kroger. When its busy it can be hard to find a parking spot. However, the food is fresh, there are great deals, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful
Great food, friendly staff. Soda machine out of all diet syrup, employee next to it just standing around. Tables upstairs are all filthy too. Used to be very nice, but it’s going downhill. Not very busy either, so no excuse.
2 or 3 employees asked if I found everything okay. I told one they didnt carry something I use regularly and she diligently took the information on it! Also there was a quick checkout with a real cashier. There was probably 4 real cashier lanes open.
Visited for quick drink. Let me say #dirty does not begin to describe this place. #Kroger should be ashamed. Not only was it very dirty, but God forbid if you use the restroom which is worse than a gas station. #facepalm Avoid at all costs until they figure out how to maintain and clean their facility. Makes me really wonder about their food prep as well as cleanliness training of employees. Come on Kroger, get it together! Carmel deserves better.
I like Kroger but the parking really needs improvement. Plus they were out of a lot of the sale items. The customer service is always great. Very nice & friendly work group.
The new Deli bistro thing is pretty good.Old chicken meal is still best value lunch. But burgers are solid aswell. I hear good thing about the sushi. Also have live music at lunch.
This store is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have the carts with cars attached-- which is a huge deal to a 2 year old and super helpful for a mom while grocery shopping. Starbucks is also a big plus.
Unbelievable. An inattentive employee in the ClickList left the brake off her cart and walked away, causing the cart to roll off the curb into my car. A manager came out and filled out paperwork. Now Im dealing with their ridiculous claims management company, Sedgwick, who two weeks later still wont respond to my repeated calls and voicemails. Disgusting customer service causing damage that was 100% THEIR FAULT. I cant believe that Kroger allows this company to represent them.
The recent renovations have really made me love this place. The live music, Starbucks, and cheese shop are really great. There are plenty of helpful and friendly staff members should you need help and the labeling is clear.
A very nice Krogers, part of the huge chain that put our more local chain Marsh out of business. They were both 24 hours. Now the nearest 24 hour grocery store is Meiers near Carmel Drive and Meridian (that I know of).
Such a nice and clean Kroger! Valet parking is an option. On occasion, they have live music. The bistro is an excellent place to grab some quick lunch! Great place to grab some groceries!
Very nice grocery store. Wide selection of all types of product and very convenient foodservice area... you can get whatever you want for dinner and then do your grocery shopping. The Asian foods on the bar are good and they have great pizzas and burgers. All for the low prices you would expect from Kroger. I live in Nora and go out of my way just to get groceries at this Kroger.
Love when they play live music. Samples when you walk through the door. Great produce. Peter in the wine aisle is very knowledgeable.
Great beer selection. Decent people. And, they have pomade. 😁
Beautiful store. Everyone is friendly. Full disclosure: my husband works there. No one knows that when I first go in and they are still nice
Very well stocked, clean store. Employees are very helpful! 😊
Good store. Clean. Food bars could have been a little more interesting. Other than that it was a good experience.
The Kroger App Stinks. I would be OK with using digital coupons but this tool fails to provide the ability to sort and organize them. GIVE ME SOMETHING I CAN WORK WITH!!!! Also, this Kroger has been going downhill in terms of service. Ive been heading in a different direction for groceries. Im giving 3 stars because there are still some shining stars on their team....
Very clean store and helpful staff. Ive used curbside pickup here many times. The curbsode employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Our orders have always been correct, and the produce is always top shelf.
As long as they never stop carrying these red hot blue tortilla chips, this will re.ai. the best store ever! Great staff, great selection.
Positives: clean and fairly friendly. Kroger brand is decent. Fresh.Negatives: non sale brand names are about 1.5x the price of competitors. Not enough naggers. ALWAYS out of stock of sale items. Baggers not well trained
I love this Kroger. Especially the deli, bakery, cheese, and butcher section. Only one thing kept it from getting five stars. Every time Im there, they have employees with massive carts blocking aisles while they restock. The employees are friendly for the most part, but its still rather inconvenient. Couldnt this be done before opening or at times when they know the store wont be very busy?
Love this place. On a fairly strict diet and Kroger has everything I need. Excellent prices!!
Kroger on rangeline is one of the better Krogers Ive shopped at. Great selection of produce. Floral department is amazing. Really enjoy going to this Kroger
A pleasure of shopping experience, the people are exceptional and the store is first rate. The local filling station attached is a bonus and keeps fresh drinks and snacks available.
Great variety at reasonable prices, indoor & outdoor seating for meals.. With live music.. Available! Wide variety of carry out meals.. Truly a one stop shopping experience.
Beautiful produce! The butchers are super helpful. They even send recipes to your phone! Excellent selection and variety of products.
Best grocery store around. Kroger is always a great store, but this one goes above and beyond! Its fantastic!
Love going to this Kroger. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Kroger to anyone.
Love that its always clean; Starbucks, sushi train, delicious taco bowls made to order for $7, delicious mac n cheese made to order; all employees will help and show you exactly what you are looking or get someone who can; super deals mailed to my email ex. 50% off selected Halloween Candy 1 day Flash sale!!
I just recently move here to Carmel, and I must admit I love the gas station. It is my absolute favorite gas station! I enjoy going at night when Noah and Samuel are working. They give the best customer service Everytime I am in there and I stress the fact that I am an every night regular. They usually know what I want at the counter and chit chat often. I enjoy walking in to such friendly vibes Everytime i go in there. I am quite surprised that Noah is not a manager yet, he is wonderful at his job. I would give this place a five star rating again and again.
The nicest kroger I have ever been to. Everything is so clean and the people are so helpful! Also live music while shopping and free iced tea as Well!
Everytime we use Kroger pick-up for groceries we wait 45 minutes to an hour. Everytime we come during the window we are supposed too. I might as well go inside and shop and save some time. Very unsatisfied :(
My Favorite Kroger ever! Management is great - especially the constant sales. I am a member of the WAHOO! sale club section - if your a regular there you can figure out what that is. lol. But great selection of everything, great staff, and even excellent kids clinic. The rotating sushi bar is cool. We really dont have to grocery shop anyplace else and never have long lines or missing stocked items. So five stars from us.
Good layout which makes it easy to get what you need. Also has lots of cafeteria options including a sushi counter.
Great place to shop. I was expecting a store much larger but that wasnt what I seen. The workers were helpful
One of my favorite grocery store. The Deli has fresh food and nice dining area.
A large, helpful place. The staff is friendly and the store is monstrous. Its the place down the road from my job, so its convenient.
The cashier Gary older gentleman is always very courteous and knows how to properly take care of a customer from good customer service to bagging your groceries properly I always select hos line when at this store
This Kroger is recently renovated. Its very fancy and modern. It has a good food court with prepared food making it very popular for lunch.
Very nice Kroger. Lots of neat items you dont find in other Krogers.
I was very impressed by this grocery store. We especially liked the prepared food area and sushi selection, as well as a nice indoor seating area.
I like this Kroger. Theyve got a nice selection of prepared foods. Produce seems to be good, and the deli is good.
Ive been shopping at this Kroger for years. Some of the employees are very rude. My last trip I had Gary as my cashier and he was rude and very unpleasant (not the first time either) he also neglected to give me a bag of grocerys that I purchased. When I returned to pick up my bag of groceries 10 minutes after I left the store. Gary didnt have it. I then had to shop for those items again. I was very dissatisfied with that visit. Customer service is terrible everything! Probably will go out of my way to a different location from now on. Shame on you!!
Love the new Kroger after the remodel. Their always seems to be enough lanes open and the staff has always been friendly. Was able to try the online ordering and pickup which was great time saver.
