Incompetent and rude. It took over 30 minutes to ship two packages. The gentlemen that checked me out couldn’t spell and had to redo a shipping twice. He forgot to put the apartment number on the address and I had to get back in a long line to correct the error. They asked me what the box looked like when I came back in line. It was one of their boxes. Will not return.

Hours on door say 6pm. Myself and 3 other cars in lot at 4:01 and they locked the doors and closed. I did call corporate office to inform them to call the Carmel UPS to update the website and signage to reflect the correct time.

The management and customer service here is awful. Granted, I had an oversized package I was trying to mail. The young woman (dark curly hair) who initially helped me was very polite. She is the entire reason I put two stars here. Adam was also polite, but his shift must have ended right as I needed help because he told everyone goodbye and left. Another gentleman was busily helping other customers. Two other men, one of whom I assume was a manager, were involved in something at the copy machine. I waited for about 20 minutes for one of them to get free and come look at what they could do about my oversized package. He never once apologized for my wait. In fact, he looked completely put out by my needs. He measured and typed and measured and typed, until finally my son pointed to the total on the computer. $134 for three boxes to be fashioned together, and that didn’t include packing materials or shopping. I clarified the cost. Again, he didn’t even try to apologize for or explain the cost of the custom boxing. I took my business across the parking lot to Fed Ex where the workers have actually learned the skill of customer service. They were extremely helpful. I won’t be back to this store. And I hope the sweet young woman finds a job with some nicer coworkers.

Excellent customer service. Gale assisted me with a large unusual and fragile item. He was patient and provided multiple options until we found what would work best. Will definitely return for any further shipping needs. Thank you!!!

Stopped in to return an item and was waited on by Jeff. He waved at the person behind me to come to his counter. However the person behind me was just grabbing something. Jeff wasnt polite and acted as though he didnt want to be there.I wouldnt recommend this location because of Jeff.

Well I had to return 4 different packages and when I got the counter this weird guy was extremely rude. Obviously each return requires a different code and between each time I’m switching the codes he would hold up the scanner and immediately slam it back down because I didn’t have it pulled up right away. I’m not sure what was going on but what a weird experience

Beware! The clerks will lie about the date a package will arrive to get you to pay more money!!! I asked the clerk (Quentin) how much it would cost to ensure a package got to its destination by Christmas. He said $34. I asked about delivery after Christmas and he said $18. I went with $18 for a delivery he said would be there on Dec 26. I look at my receipt later in the day, and it says the package will get to its destination by Dec 21. And Dec 21 is consistent with what Im seeing on the online tracking. Ill never go back that that UPS store.

The Carmel Drive UPS Store Team is EXCEPTIONAL! They provide the most optimal care and service which has resulted in a customer centric and service excellence experience. In recently relocating to the area, this was my first stop to set up an address. Every week since, the Team provides expedient notifications that a package has arrived. When pulling up to the Store, the Team greets me walking in the door and generally has my package(s) pulled and ready for me to sign; in addition, if the package is of size, they help bring and load it into my vehicle. Now is that service or what!!! I have acquired a permanent residence in Fishers and will not contemplate transferring UPS Store locations...why would I give up this type of EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Keep up the great service Carmel Drive Team...see you soon!

I often have print jobs and scanning done at The UPS Store because they are much cheaper than FedEx Office. Like with anything else you have to do your research in order to find the best prices. It is a higher cost to ship via UPS which is why I usually use the USPS however for office needs, their prices are usually the best. They have a friendly staff that is very knowledgeable.

Crazy expensive! The folks there were nice enough, the area is nice, plenty of parking. But the shipping cost was just crazy. I dont do a lot of shipping so maybe $45 for 2 boxes @ 13 lbs each going 2000 miles away is normal for all shipping companies to charge. Ill look elsewhere for my future shipping needs but perhaps the other services they offer are superior.

Pretty good experience but way over-priced for normal accessories you need to package your item in order to send. If you need to send something, be sure its good to go prior to going. I let the man guide me as to what was necessary to send a 3x5 picture frame and the cost more than doubled for a small box and bit of bubble wrap.

Terrible customer service... Chip made us carrier 2 large items all around the store while he desperately made excuses as to why they could not accept the items... after wasting 20 minutes of our Saturday while he googled answers and waiting for someone more knowledgeable to help him, Chip told us we had to take the items elsewhere... after consulting with both UPS and Amazon the items were valid to be shipped and accepted...The lack of customer service by Chip is truly disturbing, even trying to argue and be condescending as we attempted to man handle our large packages out the door.. management at this location needs to step up the training and customer service. People like Chip need to realize that some level of pleasantries gets you a lot farther then trying to act as though you are the king of shipping logistics and trying to manage customers experiences with condescending comments and a general unwillingness to help doesn’t boad well for a successful organization.

Person who does notary as least knowledge of process and procedures, according to him he is the only person who is perfect and other ups notaries are working improperly. If I had a chance I would have given a negative star to this notary guy.

I have dropped-off packages at this store many times and have never had a problem with them being promptly shipped. Ive also picked-up packages and the staff has always been courteous.

Pretty horrible experience. The associate tried to charge me $10 for a box to ship an amazon return. I asked him if I could use a bag, and he was very unprofessional. Not returning to this store.

Absolutely awful customer service. Employees are not just rude and unhelpful, but actively trying to make working with them a frustrating experience. I give UPS tens of thousands of dollars in business every year and have been treated abysmally in this store twice. I can only imagine how they treat other customers. I would rate them negative stars if possible.

If I have a prepaid label, Ill drop it off here. But they cant use UPS accounts, so I cant send packages for my business. They also couldnt tell me a nearby location that *did* use accounts. Their door is also a pain when you have large packages, and they dont help.Theres a FedEx across the parking lot that does accounts and has automatic doors. I go there. In fact, on my last trip here (where they told me I couldnt use a UPS account at a UPS store), I loaded four boxes back into my car and drove them to FedEx.

Ive only used this location once. But seems ok. Walked in and all 3 employees stared at me blankly with not one word tho. Looked like the lobby had just about anything you could possibly need to ship an item.
