Terrible service, would never step in that store again!!!!!!! Had to add a star just to be able to post this. But imagine there are none!!!!

They need to be faster attending the clients or put a television or something to entertain while you wait 1 hour in line.

Today I went to the #600 of Barbosa Avenue store to buy an 2005 Mitsubishi Outlander radiator (part # A2617) and the technician dispatched (part # A2676) when I noticed that I went to the 9997 Campo Rico store to get the correct item that I purchased the associate doesnt want to change the item. He said that I have to go back to the #600 of Barbosa Avenue store to get the correct item. When I buy a replacement part on Auto Zone is because they have many stores around but if I cant get a change for the correct item on any store they just dont work for me.

Went in to get a relay, which they didnt have, and ended up with a brand new battery, under warranty so no charge, by just asking them to check it. All under 20 minutes. And they are open 24 hours! 👍

If the call volume at noon is high… common sense says they need MORE staff to answer calls and / or more lines in the box. I was on hold for 21+ minutes and tried calling on another phone and it sounded busy. Fatal customer service

I arrived to buy some pieces and they attended me very quickly. There should be more employees like Lopez de Victoria because he got me everything I was looking for and did me the favor of taking me to the mechanic.
