My 75 year old mom was sent all the way down to the hardware section for wood, then back to the front to pay then back down to the hardware section for pick up. She got what she went for, but too much walking for 75!!😂

This lumberyard is amazing. Theyre professional, helpful and well stocked. Ive ordered from them many times now and always have had excellent service. If something isnt correct they seem to go out of their way to make things right, at least the salesman I use, Carlos Ramos, does.Sr. Ramos always answers his phone and never makes you feel that youre bothering him, in fact, he acts as though your question/ problem is his priority and addresses your concerns immediately.The quality of the lumber is excellent as well. 95% of it is better than any other lumberyard, including that big orange chain store, and they seem to have everything from construction material to furniture grade lumber.
