Prices are fair. Gentlemen behind the counter are very helpful. The guy who makes the orders even offered to add some items to their inventory for me. Definitely a place Ill come back to.

I agree with most of the other reviews - the customer service here is among the absolute best. Ask for Don or Mason. Don is incredibly helpful and attentive. Hes helped me pickup online orders and also ship an item to another FFL. Hes welcoming and professional & this is why Ill be returning for future purchases. Additionally, the prices here for firearms and accessories are very reasonable (for the pandemic situation). Trust me and come see for yourself.

Hands down the best customer experience at a gun store. As with anything there are pros and cons between different guns. Samuel was super friendly and explained the pros/cons of each gun (including aftermarket support, etc.) and asked about my intended use to help narrow it down to a final few. For the avoidance of doubt, I want to make it clear that Samuels demeanor was friendly first, polite, and he truly/genuinely did everything he could to help me pick the best gun for me. No sales pressure at all and I had been in there several times and he said Hey go home and do your research. I really appreciated that. Ended up pulling the trigger and no regrets. I am confident I made a good purchase at a good price.There are bigger stores but IMO there isnt better as far as customer experience and to me thats the most important thing when deciding on a big purchase. Samuel exceeded all my expectations walking me through a maze of options but clearly communicated what I needed to know about each option.NOTE: I never write reviews (second one in 5 years and the first one was on a vet that messed up my dogs eye and it was not positive) and they didnt ask me to write a review. DGS earned it.If you are looking for a gun (and especially if your not sure what to get because there are so many good options) do yourself a favor and give Dallas Gun Source a shot.03/03/2021

Absolutely incredible experience and store. Dakota helped answer every question I had about the firearms and what accessories I could and couldn’t add to what I wanted. He was very patient, extremely kind and respectful. Dakota also treated me the same as he treated the other guests in the store and as a women that speaks volumes. I will most certainly continue coming to this location for all my firearm and protection needs and highly recommended it to any and every firearm carrying Texan.

Ive made a few in store purchases and just did a firearm transfer on a stripped lower receiver from Palmetto State Armory. The customer service is always great. Theyre professional and welcoming. Ive been to quite a few gun stores over the last few years and the service has been horrible. This is now my local gun store.

Dallas Gun Source is, by far, the best gun shop in town. All of the guys who work here are knowledgeable, professional, and go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. I was interested in a CZ Scorpion right when it was cleared to be shipped to the U.S. and no one could get them in stock. The guys here hooked me up, they got it in and at a very fair price. I love the selection of used guns as well, really cant say enough good things. I need to trust who Im purchasing firearms from, and these guys are in a class all their own.

Great experience as usual every single time I go in. Wide selection of holsters and accessories and even had ammo when other big box stores don’t. Plenty of options for handguns and rifles. Only place I will deal with!

Knowledgeable and great guys. Not pushy and will help you select what gun fits your needs not what they need to sell. Also had them fix one of my guns fast. Have recommended them to several of my hunting and shooting friends who experienced similar results.

The guys were nice and seemed to be really knowledgeable. The selection wasnt enormous, but it was more than enough and I was easily able to find what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. They had to ship it so I had to wait a few days to pick it up. That wasnt a big deal at all. Overall a great experience and I really appreciate the extra customer service they extended.

A little hard to find but 100% worth it. Go to the front entrance of the building with the Digital sign on it.Jessica was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. For a first time gun buyer the process was simple. Just a little paperwork and I was out the door with my new gun in less than 45 min. I am now the proud owner of a quality firearm.The selection was good and the prices were very reasonable, I paid far less than what I was expecting. I was able to get extra ammo and some nice accessories and stay under budget!I will definitely be back for more!

Dallas Gun Source my go to firearms store. It’s a little hard to find, but it has a good selection of guns, ammo, magazines and AR parts. They always seem to have things in stock (AR lowers) even when other stores are sold out. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Yes one can head to a massive sports equipment store and find thousands of choices for guns, ammo, holsters, gadgets, etc. But for those more discerning shoppers who want a personalized experience with a staff of unparalleled experience and professionalism, this is THE place to come. For a small space, they have a ton of choices, but only the better quality choices (revolvers, long rifles, pistols, shotguns, etc.). They wont try to sell you something you dont need just because there is some sales spiff on it. They will educate you on the individual piece to such an extent that you will come out feeling confident about your purchase. And if they dont have what youre looking for, they are ready and able to get it for you. To top it off, I bought a very hard to find gun and it was on sale! Yep, it was 15% cheaper than any of the big stores (which they were all out of stock). Friendly, informative, and well educated. What more could I ask for! I encourage any novice to expert to visit this place.

I purchased a gun from their online website and they had the gun ready to pick up the next day. The overall process for pick up and payment was quick and easy. I will definitely buy a gun there again.

The staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. They have a great selection of firearms, as well. I primarily go here for FFL transfers of firearms and serialized receivers, but will purchase from their stock at some point.

Its a bit tricky finding the spot, but just walk in the door & ask for suite B. The receptionist will take you back. Actually, it was kind of cool. It made me feel like I was in a movie or something.Its not a very large store, however the selection that they had was very good. The prices were also excellent. I picked up four magazines for a Ruger 10/22, and my 300 blk build. The BX 25 mags were literally half the price at some of the big box retailers. The two Magpul P mags that I picked up were used, and the price was unbeatable.The customer service was also excellent. When I walked in I was not only greeted but he gave me his name and stuck out his hand to shake mine. I definitely found an awesome little gem of a gun shop.
