They gave me really good service

This place doesnt even exist in the Korean mall place.

My phone package was tracked to their DFW Airport Location when in fact the employees there helped me track it to the Carrollton location where it was scanned. No prior scans after about being processed or put on a truck for delivery. To the employees that helped me on the phone (3 different employees) all helped to try to get to the bottom of where the package was, I commend them for sticking to it & helping me in that regard. There must be some drivers there that are opening & stealing packages there & then not scanning into the system to be delivered, they know that once its not scanned theres no way for the workers to know what truck it went on & where the package went. One employee also told me some drivers have been having problems with their scanners. So it does sound like the main problem is at the drivers side. Very shady. I give the customer service at least 4/5 stars for helping but something needs to done about those drivers.
