I went in today on my lunch hour to have some papers notarized. The notary was not there but I was assured he came in at noon and that he is never late, ever. It was 11:55 so I decided to wait. At 12:05 I asked the guy there if he would please call the notary and see what was going on. The notary said he was running late and would be at least 20 more minutes. This employee was severely late but never bothered to call the store to let anyone know. Meanwhile my lunch hour is half over so I had to leave. Another customer in line for the notary also left. Horrible customer service.

Reliable and fast service.I’ve sent several packages and amazon returns here and it was always fast an easy.Packaging is expensive just like every other UPS store so if you don’t want to be sorry to your wallet, get your own packaging done right before going in to the store. Keeping couple boxes from delivery and going to Walmart for supplies keeps these costs down.

Horrible Place. Will never go here again.The people who work here are so rude. I tried returning an Amazon package. The instructions clearly says that it was a package-less drop-off, but the employees refused to take the package unless it was packed. When I came back after packing it, they refused to give me receipt of my return....Terrible service!!This reply is in return to the owners response: If I have to pack it perfectly, how come other UPS stores does it for me and why on the return instructions it says that no packing and no label required?

Ive been coming to this location for a lot of years and never had any problems. I guess its been the last couple of years or so but the lady that runs this place now lets her toddler run rampant throughout the place, screaming and yelling. Service is slow and she is never in any rush to help customers. Im finding a new location.

The UPS site AND Google hours says they are open on sundays. I get there on a Sunday and see a sign that says effective May 1st, they’ll be closed on Sundays. So why not update anything? Shouldn’t have to drive all the way to the store to find out it’s closed. Ridiculous.

I have been going to this UPS location for a couple years and it is sad I will be moving my business to a new city far away soon. I have had my share of rude employees at this location that seems to no longer be there, thank goodness. But I just want to say that Mario is by far the best associate you could have hired. He is the reason I renewed my P.O. Box, due to his exceptional service. During chaotic busy times of the day I recognize his patience, positive attitude, knowledge and giving his best to customers. I would even hire him for my own business if I could! That’s the employee you should acknowledge and keep around.I have had bad days with things not going right with my business deliveries at other companies. But I love knowing that this UPS location always had it right and kept it a smooth process with picking up and sending packages.Thank you! I greatly appreciate it and all your hard work!

Tried to have a label printed to do an amazon return. Every other shipping type company will allow you to email documents, pdf, or labels to print especially when it’s from amazon. This specific UPS store doesn’t allow you to email documents to print (obviously paying to print would be expected per usual).I was told I needed to pay $3 to use the computer then pay for the copy. LolWhen I go to a UPS store we should expect consistent service so we don’t drive all the way to one store to be told we need to go do business at another. You want to use the excuse about viruses, but tell me to open the same amazon PDF on your own computer and risk my own private info on your public computer while paying for that privilege? But I can’t just send it to you for a couple cents?Thank you for wasting my time and because you’re “independently owned” you can have the rating you earned for lack of service. McDonalds are independently owned too ma’am. I can get the same thing at every location. Appreciate it.

I have received the best customer service at this store. I don’t stay in the are but I drive over 5miles to this store to ship my packages. The store manager Kathy is awesome. She has helped me with the best and cost efficient shipping options for my small business packages.Mario’s Customer service is AWESOME. This location has the best customer service! I am grateful for Mario and Kathy who always look out for us and are simply amazing people. We are always greetly warmly and treated like family. When my husband is out of town, Mario volunteers to carry my packages to my car without hesitation. Kathy is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we are taken care of. This has become our shipping location of choice because of Mario and Kathy!

Very polite staff I had an amazing experience coming into the ups store. They took care of me and even offered to tape up my box and cover up my old labels. I was in and out with no issues. I highly recommend using Ups they have great deals and great customer service! Great staff who even tell you to have a good day as soon as you start walking out. If you need to ship a package off come here you won’t regret it!

Mario is the best staff, he is always helpful and nice to customers. I am always glad to see him. I only gives 4 stars for this store because of his manner. Other staff need improvement in the way they talk to customers. The store should also not charge customers for using computer for a sec just to print. (The cellular signal is weak inside the store so it’s hard to open browser to get code)

I went to this location not too long ago to drop off a package and the girl who helped me, Beyonce, was so nice and very helpful! I’ve had a few bad experiences at other locations, but this was by far the quickest and easiest UPS visit I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend using this location for all of your UPS needs.

I highly recommend this store for any print or binded book needs! Kathy, the manager, went way out of her way to help me in an emergency for a printed book. She worked with me and helped me with the formatting and prints! Everything turned out GREAT and the staff is the best! I would drive out of the way for this store, you wont be let down.

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING OF VALUE THROUGH THIS STORE:On February 26, 2015, I went to this UPS store and paid 32.00 to overnight a prescription to my daughter who is a student at the University of Oklahoma. The package never arrived. UPS did not attempt to contact me but when I contacted them, they acknowledged they had an empty package at their Oklahoma City Facility. The prescription was gone and they acknowledged (in a letter) that it was their responsibility. My daughter had to drive back to Dallas and see her doctor to get the prescription rewritten. The new prescription cost 225.00 and the doctor visit was 124.00. I heard nothing further until I called again and was told the investigation was ongoing. After 10 days, I called again and was told to submit a claim, which I immediately did. Two days later I was told that UPS would only pay 100.00 since I did not buy insurance. I told them insurance was for damage, not someone taking a prescription while under UPS control. I asked for a status on the criminal investigation since this was a prescription that clearly appears to have been stolen. I made several attempts to contact UPS Corporate and was told that they accept no responsibility since the shipment originated from a FRANCHISE STORE. On May 9, I received a check for 130.75.

2015: ☆☆☆☆☆This UPS Store is fantastic - the staff a very helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and I have been happy with the service I have received every time I stop in.!! Thanks for everything you do Cathy!!Update2017-07-26 ☆Im so frustrated with this store now that Cathy isnt here. I get planners made roughly every month or so. The last 4 times I have gone I they have never done it correctly. I prob everything myself and they just bind it.The first time they used the plastic instead of the wire, so I had reprint everything. Then they did it correctly.The second time same problem.The third time there machine broke. As I needed the planet, I only had part of my planner because it would take several days to fix the machine.Today! Took the papers in to get the planner bound and picked it up today. They used the machine for the plastic combs and then twisted the wire combs through the wider holes.The pictures that shows 2 planners - this is what it should look like (on the left) and what it does look like (on the right). Plus their pricing went up 30%! Not happy at all.At this point Im buying my own machine!

I had to get something notarized for the first time and this was the closest location to me. I was shocked that two pages of two notary stamps cost me $18 😱😱 Ive been too two other ups locations and they both charged me $7 for the same amount of pages. Also this location charged me 11$ to mail a single letter that had a gift card in it! I feel completely ripped off and will never go here again.Also I never write reviews so this means something.

Despite any previous bad reviews, the staff is awesome at the Carrollton, 3044 Old Denton rd. UPS store. I have had my business acct / box there since 2011 and I cannot say enough about the care and service that I have had with the staff since opening my acct there. They can get busy and we all know how the public can be when someone doesnt like the service they are receiving, so people just need to lighten up and understand that the staff are not the UPS policy makers and are only following the UPS store rules/policies. I have seen many customers in the UPS store lose their minds and have terrible attitudes towards the staff for truly unjustified reasons...seriously, the sense of entitlement that some people feel is amazing...they are NOT ENTITLED!!!! So, lighten up on the staff. Anyway, this UPS store is good to go. Thank you for many years of great service...and many more to go!

UPS will screw you over. I shipped a camera, paid for insurance, and now, nearly four months after they never came through on delivery, they still won’t compensate – not even the insurance value I had paid for. They toyed me around for the first month after I went through the process of trying to do everything through their website, phone, and email. Eventually they told me I had to go into the shipping location and deal with more bureaucratic hurdles. The manager of the location told me “all was okay and approved”, they were going to send a check, and they’d inform me when I could pick it up.Now, after about two months of waiting, I’ve badgered them enough for them to tell me that there isn’t a check coming and they need more documentations and a police report (which I was never told to do before and now is four months late). Don’t bother paying for insurance (or shipping anything high value) with these guys. I just had to take a fifteen hundred dollar loss – glad I paid extra for insurance!

Kathy is awesome. I had an unusual shipment of glass vases...she packed them all up and figured out the cost to ship was going to be too expensive and notified me before shipping them off. Then she unpacked all of them and didnt charge me a dime. If you have something fragile to send, you can bet shell pack it right and it will get there in one piece!

Thanks to this UPS store on old Denton, I lost 400 bucks for not returning my package to the correct address, Mr. I-got-it-all did the label wrong, I highly recommend you staring at your packages and make sure they label them, tape them, and double triple check them before you leave the store, they do it fast only few hours.

Paid for insurance and had a few items stolen from the box - must have been at one of their check points from one of their employees. When asked to redeem the insurance on the stolen items, they said insurance can’t be redeemed if you don’t also pay for a required signature. No where was that information relayed to us.
