If I could give move that 5 stars I would! The online site for PC Richards told me I would have a drive by a certain date and then I had to call them to find out it had to be special ordered. This store, and Vince and Ryan both went out of their way to accomplish what every customer service and corporate person said was impossible. It’s a shame they aren’t running the company. Very poor customer service. Its been a month from the time order was placed but PC Richards was not able to get my gas dryer installed and working. I called multiple times and they the sales person Juan put me hold, he even said to his colleague ‘who the hell is this’. First of all good customer service is not provided and on top of that the sales person is disrespectful. We pay for the product and for service additional charges are paid which includes product, shipping, taking away the old appliance and installation. Neither the previous appliance was taken, nor new installed and still the sales person managed to misbehave with me.

Christian was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for anything from this PC Richards. He is willing to work with you and find you exactly what you’re looking for. We feel confident with our large purchase of a new refrigerator after having Christian help us.

It was my first time coming into this specific location. I’m so happy I decided to do my appliance shopping when I did. Scott definitely saved the day for me. I had to buy a electric dryer to replace the one Ida whipped out. I knew exactly which dryer I wanted and went to the PC Richards closest to me, which is in Woodbridge NJ. I walked in and looked at the displays. I didn’t see the one I wanted so saw a gentleman near the refrigerators and asked for help. He asked me if I had the model number. I told him no, then he quickly said our stock is low “I need your model number to check”. I pulled my phone out and he said it again - “ I need the model number and I want to help you.” I said “ok, I’lllook”. Then he walked away. As I left the store I advised another sales rep that the guy in the backJust lost you a sale. He offered to help and explained the guy was helping another customer.I called the Carteret location. They asked for the model number, and advised they were in stock. When I arrived I tried to look for the guy who gave me the information but, Fayia asked me if I needed help and the deal was done. He was very nice and informative. Specifically with knowing the width of the entrance to the basement.While we were wrapping up the sale another customer needed assistance. Fayia told them he was working with a customer and could send someone over to him if he needed immediate attention.If the guy at the Woodbridge store took 30 secs to explain that to me I would have waited for him. Instead his behavior came off as impatient and rude.Thank you Fayia for exceptional customer service!
