My wife and I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting a remarkable person named John who is a sales expert at Bedzzz Express. John treated us as if we were family from the moment we walked through the door. From there he preceeded to lead us on a journey that would lead to great rest and relief. We were amazed by how much we didnt know and by what John was able teach us in 2-3 hours about our sleep stories, and lack of rest. All in all our experience was more than wonderful and we truly appreciate John for his expertise and helping us purchase a wonderful addition to our bedroom as well as a future that will at the very least be RESTFUL..... I have never had such a helpful and informative sales experience. The store was clean inviting and comfortable. The salesman John was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got the bed that was right in price and best of all... Most suited to our own personal needs. We did price comparing and shopping before going to this store and found the best price with the best salesman.

John, the store manger, helped us try out mattresses and adjustable bed bases.He even moved the mattress we liked to the adjustable base we wanted to try.It was a relaxed atmosphere.No pushy sales tactics.He gave us some space to discuss what we really were looking for and how much we wanted to spend.The prices were clearly marked on each set.We bought out last mattress and box springs from the same location about 8 years ago.We went back for the same great service.He was upfront about delivery delays due to COVID backorder problems.Free set up and a reasonable price to haul off the old mattress and box springs.

He then went into detective mode as with everything supply chain being affected by COVID, he found and shipped our mattress from another store and offered to hold it until our furniture arrives in 3-4 weeks. What an awesome experience! The gentleman who helped us (can’t recall his name but only there on Monday’s), he was unbelievable! He allowed my son to jump on his bed, play around, see what he liked basically. After we made the purchase, the same guy carried my mattress all the way out to my truck and was friendly the entire time. Highly recommend this place!

John was very good at his job, how ever i was looking for a firm mattress, returned the first one and asked for the firmness one you have, paid the extra money and still very disappointed,, you cant roll out of bed you have to crawl out

Jonathon was very helpful and informative. It was NOT a sales pitch but rather an education in the different options. We had gone way past the point of needing a new mattress due to the perceived headache of choosing the right one. However he made it effortless and very simple. As well we needed up changing our mind after a trial period and I was extremely pleased at how easy the exchange was. Zero headache or punch back. If only all purchases were this easy and provided as much genuine customer service.We will be back the next time we are in the market.

We were very impressed with the level of quality customer service that we experienced at Bedzzz Express. We were warmly greeted by Johnathan and he assisted us throughout the whole process. He was patient (as we were clueless about what exactly we were looking for), very knowledgeable, and friendly. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new mattress set (they also have a variety of amazing pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets) to start here for the best!

I was unable to get a Nectar Mattress delivered to my son after an online purchase. First understandable COVID 19 delays, but then the mattress actually returned undelivered. I was unable to reach them by phone or email.I was quickly able to find Bedzzz Express as the closest local provider. John Mooney was prompt, extremely helpful and polite. He got my order, arranged a pickup, emailed my receipt all over the phone in short order I will never order through Nectar online again but I will drive the 40+ miles to Cartersville to shop at this store for any further needs I might have. Now let’s hope I can get my money back from Nectar online just as easily. They should let this store handle their sales at Nectar.

We came in having ordered a Temper Pedic mattress from another retailer but had not yet received. Questions about canceling that order and shopping local was being considered. John was friendly, honest and helpful in every way possible. After consuming an hour of his time, we went to another store, but it only took 5 minutes to figure out that they were only about the sale and not about the honesty. 20 minutes later, we were back in front of John and making a purchase. Mattresses are an investment... but it feels better when you’re making that investment from someone you feel is honest and trustworthy.

I called ahead of time and asked if they had the nectar adjustable frame and mattress, I explained that I didn’t want to waste my time driving 40 minutes ONE WAY if he didn’t have what I was looking for.He wasted my time, trying to make a sell on a product that isn’t made by nectar. “This is a bit more expensive.”In response to the owners comment below: no you did not have everything that I was looking for because i specifically asked for a NECTAR adjustable base. After speaking with nectar I found out that you only carry their mattresses. This is something you should have disclosed before having me waste my time driving there.The rep is a two bit hustler, don’t waste your time shopping at this place!

Very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the different types of mattresses and bedding products in this store. When asked a question concerning a product not sold in this store, the manager said he would not say anything about a product he didn’t sell except that there have been people who had that type of bed come in and purchase a bed that he carried.
