Chris, who was subbing in from another store, was thorough in his explanation of the benefits of different mattresses. He gave us ample time to test them out without pressure. He secured us a terrific deal on two mattresses and two frames.Once the order was complete and it came time for delivery, there were some hiccups, but William called us and gave us straight information on the delay.Then, William, on his own initiative, went to three different stores to pick up what we needed and brought it to Cartersville, so we wouldnt have a delay in getting a bed for our daughter for college move-in, which was time sensitive. Wow!Great service and the next time we need a bed, were coming to this store!

Ok so my husband and I ordered a mattress in August, it was on back order, we were willing to wait for it.The mattress was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 24 of November. They sent a message via email to my husband saying that the mattress was delivered and to review the service. We NEVER got the mattress. I called the store, and they assured me that they are going to get in contact with the warehouse and they will call me back.. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I decided to call them back and they claimed that they never got a call back from the warehouse, then I called the warehouse and they said that they never got a call from the store and the mattress wasnt delivered, and the store NEEDED to create a ticket. SO I SPOKE WITH THE woman and she assured me that she was going to correct the issue. It DIDNT HAPPEN.TODAY, 2 WEEKS LATER, some how they scheduled a time to deliver the frame WITHOUT THE MATTRESS, BUT THEY COULDNT DELIVER IT BECAUSE IT SHOWS THAT EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED 2 WEEKS AGO.THE STORE DOESNT HAVE A NUMBER FOR CORPORATE AND THEY CAN EMAIL THE DISTRICT MANAGER BUT WE PROBABLY WONT GET A CALL BACK!??? WHAT!

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday just to look around and see what we would like to have. Ryan Van Dyke was who greeted us as soon as we walked in. He asked us what we were looking for and let us try out multiple beds and the bases. He was so knowledgeable about every bed, base, pillow and sheets they sell. It was the best experience I have ever had in a store. He wasn’t over pushy and he let us choose exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond for us to be able to have what we wanted at a decent price we could afford. I definitely recommend mattress firm and Ryan to anyone.

I ordered my be August 12. It has been on back order since then. Then I received an email that said they delivered the bed, but I have not received it. I am still waiting on my bed. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Will I ever see this expensive bed that I paid for? I guess time will tell.. Well an update as of december 3, We have been rescheduled again push back to December 15. It will soon be 2021 and nothing changed

Bentley’s store Cartersville- I am eleven years old and in my opinion I think the store is very nice! But I think they could maybe use one or two more options without a remote. Not saying the adjustable base is not cool, I honesty like them but there needs to be more soft without adjustable base! Bentley is a good person to run the store cause he is understanding person. I’m rating 5 star not to be nice but because the store deserves it, with Bentley by its side. Overall it is a great store I hope it continues!!👍

I came in for a new mattress, and saw that the Memorial Day sale was still in effect! It was very convenient for me. I was helped in a timely manner and after trying many mattresses out, we found one that was right for me. Not too firm, and not too soft. Next we discussed payment options, I didn’t know there were so many! I decided on one that would be most beneficial for me, and I can’t wait to sleep on my new mattress! Five stars for great customer service, the many options, And friendliness.

I recently bought a mattress and box springs from this store and had an issue with them. I went back to the store and spoke with Melissa, she was amazing and so willing to help me anyway possible. I got a different mattress and new box springs. It was a wonderful hassle free experience with outstanding customer service.

I spent hours at Mattress Firm trying to find a great fit for me. Working with an associate named David. My experience as far as customer service was awesome. The sale, “buy a mattress get a free adjustable base” is some bull. You only have to spend $599 to qualify for this sale but the only mattress that qualify in that price range is a brand of Mattress Firm itself. This forces you to buy a mattress double the price or more to qualify unless you buy one of their products. Which is information that is not posted anywhere in the store. This sale was very much false advertised.

Just wanted to test drive a foam mattress. Bill Couch was friendly and professional and was very helpful. I knew which one I wanted and he matched the online price. Their delivery communication was great as I got texts and emails telling me about the delivery. A very good experience! But I would add - do your homework first. Read up on various mattresses and check out Consumers Report. It makes it a lot easier.

Mr. Carious Carter who is based out of the Rome location I believe but was helping out in the Cartersville when I made a purchase went above and beyond when it comes to customer service, I had alot of questions and called several times and he was helpful and knowledgeable each time. I am very pleased with Mattress Firms great customer service. I bought two twin mattresses and box springs. They were delivered and we slept on them for about a month. As soon as we got them, I did not think that I had chosen ones with the pillow top and I had to practically climb on them to get in. So, I returned to the store and told them my issue and they worked with me to select the ones I wanted without the top and a lower box spring. They were delivered, at no cost, within the week at no additional cost, and were perfect. They refunded the difference in cost and even gave me one of their cooling pillows (about $100 each) free!!

I had an issue with the store that was escalated to the district manager. He could not help me in the way that I needed, so he then relayed the issue to the area manager, unbeknownst to me. When I received a call from the area manager, he resolved my issue in a respectful manner. This establishment actually cares about their customers. What more could you ask for?
