September 2021 - called this dealer after noticing they had a GV70 in stock that met my wifes specs. MSRP near $65,000. This dealer tried to charge me over MSRP due to high demand.Luxury auto brands just dont do this - it kills business and ends repeat customers and customer recommendations. IMO this is very short sighted on the part of this dealership and on the part of Genesis - not to mention price gouging is historically the beginning of a death spiral for businesses. Good luck to them... Ill buy from a reputable dealer.

Quick, thorough and professional, Talia and Teresa made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door and Mr. Shone is the most engaging and helpful service director I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They took more than adequate time to address my questions and while I was waiting for my vehicle the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

We’ve purchased several Genesis from this great dealership, two coupes and two sedans. Great VIP service with small-town friendliness. My wife is a stickler for service on hers, and she loves this dealer. We wouldn’t buy a Genesis anywhere else...

While my wife was out of town in GA she had car trouble and took our Genesis to this dealer. The vehicle reqd a new engine. After 2.5 mos the car was shipped to a Genesis dealer near my home to be checked. The car was leaking oil, coolant, exhaust. It had missing parts, bent and broken bolts and a large dent in the door that was not there before and cannot be missed. On top of this they always promised to call me back and almost never did. I would not trust this dealer to do any service work on your vehicle. Best warranty in the business worst dealer experience ever.
