Awful!! Called to make a car purchase over phone given I am 6 hours away. I called and asked for a quick video at 9am - the start of business before making purchase. Never heard anything. Called back at 3pm to check status and was told as was making a video for me they sold the car to a “cash” buyer. I was as well a “cash” buyer however simply needed a little customer service given I couldn’t be at location but no doubt was the first to call upon. Don’t bother with Matt or his team.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Very down to earth team that works here. They all seem genuine and dont try to nickel and dime you like some used car dealers. Good quality cars and I am happy with my purchase.

My friend went to buy a car from here. He was told the car had no issues and heard nothing but good things about the car only to find out the the transmission was awful and needed to be replaced!!! After putting the car in reverse it took a few seconds for the car to even go into gear! Would not recommend anyone to go here.
