We had a pretty difficult situation to handle and had to decide multiple lines and port multiple numbers. Edi and her coworker were both amazing. Soooo helpful and knew exactly the best options for me and my family. So glad to switch to boost and have this as my neighborhood store. thank yall soooo much 10/10 100% recommend

I gave them my address to check for service availability, I was told that the coverage in my area was excellent. It was a big lie. I have wasted over $100 over services that did not work. I cant even get a single bar on my data. Waiting for the month to end to find another provider.

The lady that works there is the rudest, most hateful person I have ever met. And knows absolutely nothing about phones. Too bad there is no other Boost Mobile place in Cartersville. Youre better off going to a pet shop to get help in here

Worse customer service experience ive ever had in my life!! Very rude and unprofessional! After 5 plus years of service with them, im glad to say...we switched to T mobile. Hire dependable people that actually care and this store might make it.

NEVER OPEN! NO MATTER THE DAY OR TIME. IV SEE THEM OPEN MAYBE 2 TIMES IN 3 YEARS OF HAVING BOOST. LITERALLY HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY TO WOODSTOCK.

The lovely young lady helped me so much to find the right phone for me. She had to deal with an upset gentleman while helping me but kept her cool the whole time. I was so impressed by her kindness and caring for me as we followed all social distancing guidelines. She was professional in every way and i LOVE my new phone! Thank you so much!

Came to the store with hopes of getting a new phone since mine is currently broken but unfortunately only Apple phones were in stock. Thats really my only complaint.

Worst service ever. Went in today and the staff guy was beyond rude. Didn’t help at all, told me his computer was down 1 minute after he took another patrons payment. Then said “go call customer service”, like that’s the reason I’m here paying you. I will never go their again!

Awesome experience!! These guys were very helpful and answered all my questions. Was here at 8:50am and they actually opened the door (they dont open till 9 am) and let me come in early!!

People why boost? You cant talk and use the internet at the same. if you go out of state you immediately lose your internet and data. Subpar service for the same price as everywhere else.

Great experience. Worked with Adilene and Zach. They switched me from AT&T to Boost and saved me $75 a month!! I even saved an additional $5 month by signing up for some kind of dealz app. Thanks guys!
