On 7/19, I upgraded my device online. Upon check out, I was informed the phone I ordered would not ship until 8/1, no big deal. August 10 rolls around, still no phone, no update from Verizon. In the past three weeks, I have spoken with Customer Service on two occasions, and a representative via chat on three different occasions, trying to get an update on when I could expect the phone to ship. The chat representative yesterday was the most helpful. She was not able to provide me a shipping update, however she suggested I go to my local Verizon store to process an exchange for a similar device that is not on back order. That seems to be the best option as I am already being billed for this device I have yet to receive. I walked into Verizon at 5:10 yesterday, there were three associates working, assisting two other customers. A representative told me someone would be with me shortly. At 6:05, I was still sitting there with no assistance or acknowledgement from any of their staff, eventually I left. Verizon Customer service has become a joke. Apparently trying to get answers or a solution to something you paid for is too much to ask for. Order placed 7/19, 8/31 no device, no updates and no help from Verizon.
I went in to set up my business account and Zack was very helpful and understanding of what I needed. When I got my new business phone and activated it I had to combine my personal and business accounts. After 2 hours on the phone at home getting no where I went in and the whole staff was trying to help me. Kimmie was very patient with me after seeing my frustration from the day before. She got with Lucy and they began to try everything they could to ensure I would have 1 service line when I left. Zack and Haley both helped as well in getting everything combined. The sales team was amazing. The people we had to deal with on the phone not so much! All in all I highly recommend dealing with anyone at this store for your phone service needs!
Ive been with Verizon for over 6yrs. Kimmie &the manager, I believe her name was Shay, we a huge help. They helped me pick a great upgrade and we honest about pricing and what phone to get!

Went in to talk about trading in my phone. The place was empty but the rep had attitude and was not helpful. It was like she was doing me a favor to help me. Plus all of the phone samples are secured to the display and there is no way to hold or use them.

Just the worst. We will drive 30 mins to Rome or Kennesaw to avoid dealing with the arrogant employees. They talk down to you, ignore you and act like your disturbing genius as work. Verizon Cartersville should be purged from management down

My husband went into the store to look at a phone and the lady wouldn’t let him touch the phone. Really ? He walked out and we traveled to Xfinity in Acworth and purchased an IPhone 12 Pro Max.
Not the least bit helpful. Mostly insulting. Got a phone off Verizon site (Moto-G - its a POS. Reboots randomly). FINALLY got appointment to get help at this store. Zero interest in helping. They were actually annoyed I got appointment with them. Proceeded to try to phone shame me for buying entry level phone and then of course up sell me to newer one. Had the current phone for 45 days (of course out of warranty). What an absolute waste of my time and money all the way around.
The service here since COVID is pathetic. If I wasnt already in a 2 year agreement making payments on my phone I would swap carriers. I hope your store stays open based on sales because I will no longer even attempt to go there to buy anything. I wanted to go in and spend money on a new phone for my son and you wouldnt let me in because I needed an appointment, I had already been on hold with someone for over 15 minutes with no answer trying to make one before I went up there. Then I get online to look at appointment times and you had one 4 minutes from the time I was there, use some common sense and let me in knowing you had an open slot so you can sell me something that will create more income for your company. Extremely disappointed.

Easy transaction in getting phone replaced tjat failed under warranty.
We had go to upgrade our phones and were not able to come inside the store (covid) they were unable to set us up and we ended up going to a different VZW location. The gentleman that tried to help us was very nice and did the best he could but since we werent allowed to handle our transaction inside the store, the trip there was a bust.

No one was able to figure out why my emails werent loading on my phone. After an hour someone helped me figure out what was wrong. I left the store twice and kept going back until my phone was working. The issue was I had used up all storage space and had to purchase more storage space.
Zack is great! We came in and upgraded 2 phones and a tablet. I bought my wife a new Galaxy Watch. Zack answered all our questions and went above and beyond. He is very professional and friendly. Thank you!
So, had a bad experience at another location. But this store went over and beyond to fix the issues with my phone. Shout out Tj,Joey, Tuck and the assistant manager. They are truly a good help with everything. If u want fast and friendly service this is the place to go. Thank u all for everything. I will continue to shop there.
Verizon may be a little higher but at my home they give me the best cellular reception than the others. I use Motorola Android phones and they do pretty much everything I need, I dont get fancy, I just dont have time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Back in July my boyfriend and I came in and our sales rep, Jeffrey told us that Verizon would buy us out of our Sprint contract. They gave us the phones and activated them then a few days later we get a call saying that they made a mistake and that we wouldnt be bought out of our contract for whatever reason. So we came back and returned the phones and were told that theyd close the account at no charge to us because the mistake was made on their end. Gary (easily the rudest sales rep Ive encountered) told us that they couldnt give us our old phones back but gave us a Verizon gift card to replace that which was perfectly fine with us since the phones werent working anymore. Later on, I spoke to Brent (the manager I bekeive)who was helpful... or so I thought. When I spoke to him it seemed like he was really trying to help but it turns out that he was just as helpful as Jeff and Gary. Brent assured me that everything was taken care of and that we would no longer have anymore issues regarding this.Fast forward to January of the following year & a collection shows up on the credit report from Verizon! Confused, irritated, and beyond frustrated we call Verizon in an attempt to resolve the issue or dispute it. Naturally, Brent and Gary give us the run around and after calling at LEAST five different number and three different companies the issue is still not resolved.THIS STORE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

My wife went in to discuss switching from AT&T to Verizon. The Salesman, Scott, told us that our bill would be the same $171 to $174 a month, and we would have 2GB more data per month. Not to mention we would all get new phones.Well that was a LIE! Our monthly bill turned out to be $241. This salesman totally screwed us over.The Solutions Manager at Verizon, flat out told us that he would have advised us not to switch if we would have spoken with him first. He was a lot of help and well informed. We have finally gotten our bill lowered, still not as low as before, but it has taken a lot of phone calls and two months of our time!If you are considering switching DO YOUR RESEARCH! Know what you are getting into, you have to earn every dollar!
Bought a phone case and screen protector for my phone, the gentleman greeted me immediately and was more than helpful: directing me to the right case and giving me options of colors. Even offered to put my screen protector on for me as well as the case. Wish I would have gotten his name - hes awesome!

This is the best Verizon store Ive ever dealt with and Ive been a customer for about 10 years. The staff went out of their way to help me even though I live out of state! They did what no other store within hundreds of miles could do. They even sent the device overnight to my house!!
Great customer service, took my new phone in and they had service on it with my current phone number and the payment plan I wanted in under 30 minutes.
Smell of cleaner was so strong it made us sick and No great deals either. The phones this time have not changed much and new sales associate we got didnt seemed to be knowledgeable or interested in selling anything.

I would give them a negative review if possible. I called prior to driving 45 minutes to Cartersville and spoke to Tyler. He told me I only needed to pay $70.74 to up grade and he had the phone I needed in stock. After I get my baby in her pjs we make the drive to find out that its $300 to upgrade. He then trys to recant and say he never looked up my account. Which is bull how else would he come up with such a precise amount. Not to mention I had to wait 45 minutes before I was helped. I would never do business with this Verizon store. Buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only that the salesman said he had to have cash because he only had 1 left. 🤔

Lucy - Solutions Manager has no solutions waited an hour for someone to help. She said it was an issue with the phone. She has been doing this for years. I tried to explain she was wrong and she said I should call Verizon technical support. I walked out the door and within 5 minutes of talking with a billing agent. The issue was resolved.
Service was quick, phone was fixed, minor issue. The young man that took care of us, could had told us we needed a new phone, but instead he corrected the problem and we were on our way.

Was helpful and hated to Where a mask
Went in to change a smart phone to a flip phone. My father (84) just had too much trouble trying to use the smartphone. So I wanted to downgrade to flip style phone so it would be easier to use and had larger numbers. After trading in a like new used one time in a year, I returned it to the store in all the original packaging, including the Verizon bag that it came in. They charged me $149.00 for a new phone (kinda high for a flip phone and out the door we went. One month later, I start getting nasty grams from Verizon saying that I hadnt returned the smart phone. There wasnt a return process, I handed them the phone in the store. Wow, will probably have to pay for a phone that they have! Great cellular service, but terrible company to work with.

Verizon has a hacker using the retailer Wi-Fi as a basis for unlawfully packing into my cellular data and information. Wi-Fi Edge hacked at the retailer levels.

Horrible. Gave you deals but instead contracts that you cant get out of. They have gave me the wrong phone (one generation lower) and gave me two iPads minis for 100 dollars. Those iPads were later found in 2 year contracts paying 20 dollars each month. They werent even the new ones. I couldOf boughten a iPad Pro from the Apple Store.
