My First time getting an eye exam. I was freaked out about the air in my eye but the staff was great. They helped me pick my glasses out and sent me on my way. Was in and out! My first pair of glasses came in pretty quick and the guy was more than helpful when I came in for my second pair. I have a big head so he helped loosen them and he cleaned them to make sure I looked awesome 😎. Thank you guys!!!

This was my first visit and I have to say I was very impressed! The staff were great. They were following the social distance guidelines. The appointment started on time and they were wonderful helping me pick out my glasses and making sure I got the best deal possible for my 2 new pair of glasses. They said $60 and free eye exam but instead paid $300. Finally got the glasses. They are definitely not right. Can see much better all around with simple readers.

This was my first time coming here. An I was very nervous. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was explained in great detail. I didn’t think I needed glasses but I did. Jo was very helpful she help me pick out some cute frames. Overall it was a great visit an I would definitely recommend this place.

I do not reccomend this place to anyone that has insurance. I simply called to make sure my insurance is taken here and was told I would have to use gas to get there, take a chance with covid, my time and money (if my insurance is not accepted) because they cant verify over the phone if its accepted. I was told they have an insurance expert and he/she would only speak to me when I come in.

First time both getting an eye exam and buying new glasses after 2 years, and this place did everything and more for me. The process of obtaining a new prescription is direct and to the point, the doctors were rather understanding and patient during the test whenever I had questions. The selection of glasses available was incredibly encouraging, not to mention the many deals offered. The highlight of the whole experience was the people working there, incredibly friendly and patient when I was looking over the massive collection of glasses and options for lenses. They even helped me with deciding which lens color would look better with certain frames with wonderful results. Id give a 6/5 if I could.

My experience there was fine. But I paid over $300 for a new pair of glasses and it’s been almost a month and I have yet to receive them or get an update on them. All it says is that it was delayed.. I could’ve took my business elsewhere and had a faster service and a more affordable price. Money is not the issue but the waiting and not knowing if I will even receive my new glasses is the huge problem.Well the problem was solved and I finally received my glasses and they fit perfect! Overall experience was great and the staff was very apologetic and made my worries go away. Even went as far as to compensate for the delay on my glasses with a pair of prescription sunglasses. Great experience and will recommend others to do business with them.

Just had my first visit today. I was very happy with the whole experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They have sooooo many cute frames!!! I tried on at least 10 pairs if not more. I narrowed it down to 4 pairs. I ended up buying 3 of the 4 pairs!! Staff worked hard to get my cost down!! It was a great deal! Will def be going back for sure!!

I brought my daughter here in November 2020 for an eye exam and was very pleased with the experience we had, so I came back for my own eye exam in February 2021. Eric, Jo, and Christy were all very helpful and pleasant with my exam. I wound up getting 3 pairs of glasses, which my eye insurance covered a significant portion of. Posted literally everywhere is the buy 2 pairs of glasses and get a free eye exam for 60. But they made me pay for my eye exam and when I mentioned it being free. They still charged me. Staff was nice other than that.

Do not use this place the whole free eye exam and glasses is a scam and it’s been almost 4 weeks and still no glasses... I asked if they took Medicaid for my son and she said yes and then tried to tell me they only pay for part when she didn’t even have his info... we still paid 175 for glasses when we got 25$ pair of frames... DON’T use this place

Sean, Christy, and Jo answered every question I had and made the process of renewing my prescription so much easier than previous experiences. Took my daughter in for an exam and 2 new pairs of glasses. She completely broke hers and they are giving her headaches trying to wear broken ones. I was told the glasses would be about a week to 2 weeks tops for the new glasses to come in. I told them we need them asap due to her broken ones. I have called multiple times to try and rush them to my and its now 3 weeks until they come in. Who takes 3 weeks to make glasses? I will never order glasses from here again.

This was my first time going to My EyeLab & it will not be my last! I had been without glasses for about a year and my contacts literally running on their last limb, they almost immediately put me in a trial pair of contacts so I could see! Wait time was quick also which is a huge plus in my book, because of my kids. Christy & Jo are just the sweetest & were so very helpful during my time there, they went above and beyond to help make sure my visit went well. I had my three children with me & they even helped entertain my two older children during my exam. The kids adored them & so did I. The experience was amazing compared to the other stores I had been to in the past. Thank y’all again so much!

Like everyone else my eye exam was way past due, today I went for my appointment only to find people waiting on the sidewalk to get in the office. The doors were locked and one of the ladies outside told me that her and her young child had been waiting for quite a while, she said they were only letting one person in at a time. There were several people inside walking around but none of them offered to come to the door and offer an explanation of the process they were taking all of this was due to the current virus situation.I was so frustrated and I really needed to have my eyes checked so I called another office and they were booked and I remembered that there was a new office in town so I pulled up at My Eye Lab in Cartersville Ga. and I went inside and ask the guy about making an appointment and he said “We can see you now”I was very pleased with my visit and the customer service I received from Bob and Shawn was much more than 5 stars ⭐️ I highly recommend My Eye Lab and the prices are awesome. They are also practicing social distancing precautions while helping patients with their eye care needs.

Staff is friendly but thats it i pd 400 for glasses in Feb and still haven t been able to wear them..Due to issues with the lab they were made wrong and two pairs for 59.99 is a joke and no free eye exam

I broke my glasses around 3:30pm, called Eyelab was scheduled an appt for 4:25pm the same day. Walked into AMAZING customer service. I waited maybe 3mins before they started on my eye exam. They took my old lenses and immediately began to put them into new frames. After my eye exam they handed me some contacts to get me through the rest of the day while my glasses were being repaired. The customer service was so good, I ended up buying 3 pair of glasses & a pair of sunglasses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Twice they had to send my glasses back because they were wrong . They said they would give me another pair for free because of the mix up twice . My first go around I ordered my regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. That was over $600. I told them I would be moving out of state and that I would have to have them on or before the 20th of October. My first pair and the ones they gave me for free came in but now that I have moved I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. What should I do? I need the sunglasses really bad.

Not very satisfied. I ordered my glasses and couldnt see. Everything was blurry so I went back in and they did my eye exam incorrectly because my right eye shouldnt even have a prescription in it. They sent the back off, I STILL CANT SEE out of them!! They said I am near sided and I have ALWAYS been far sided. I could be both now?? NOT just near sided. I got my childhood record and never was noted I am near sided. They also tented the wrong glasses! Everything is so blurry Ive not been able to wear them. It literally feels like I am wearing drunk goggles.. 1,000 later and still am blind super disappointed. Now I dont even wanna go back due to the fact it has been wrong twice now!
