The staff here are incredible from the moment you walk through the front door. They carry quality frames and are priced fairly. Dr chuie is great at her profession and has an knowledge of CDL regulations and will explain things regarding your eyes in a way you can understand. I was welcomed with a same day appointment and due to my insurance carrier being special I ended up taking way longer than I should have. Ricky way helping out with setting me up progressive lenses and I had no idea they were already closed because I was not pushed out the door. Thank you to all for the quality care and service.

Not best place to get your glasses from. They are overprice and Tracy is awful at taking care of customers. I called ahead to ask about my glasses warranty which Tracy say to just bring the pieces of my broken glasses in. When I got there after an hour of drive, she said that it wasn’t enough to get the warranty. It would be nice if they let you know ahead that it will not cover instead of making you drive for an hour just to send you home. If you still go, go with the guy, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was running a few minutes late to my appointment. I called to let them know. When I showed up 12 minutes late, I was told that there is a 10 min window and the Dr was leaving. They were very rude!! Do not waste your time or money here!!

This place was awesome few yrs. Ago. Now with appointment .....waiting? This my 5th visit......NEVER! AGAIN. Problem with contacts......cant see out of them. Now have a scratch on left eye frm new contact. Beware, go somewhere else. Alot of money spent even with insurance.

The doctor gave me 4 days of contacts to try. I went ahead and paid 675.00 for the entire year in hopes they would work and my husband and I also bought glasses each and prepaid those as well. I tried the Saturday through Monday but could not wear the contacts due to headaches and itchy eyes. I called on Monday to let them know to not order them because the doctor told me they would not order until they heard from me. When I called they told me I would be charged a 30% restocking fee!!!! They are going to charge > 200.00 for something they had not even been ordered yet. Really?This went back and forth for days. I would be promised a call back. Crickets. Left on hold. The drama continued. By The next Friday, I am fed up. I had also ordered and prepaid for glasses so now I dont want them after the way I was treated. I finally went back to the office to get my refund on the glasses and contacts. They refunded the glass money for my husband and I and it was back in my account right after leaving the store.Now it is almost a week later and yet to receive the contact refund of 675.00. They told me that it was because he run it on a different terminal than the others in the same store. Well I really buy that.I wish there was a zero rating.

First.. I walked in no one greeted me to at least ask me what I needed till 3 minutes later. Finally an older women asked me if I needed help and I told her I had an appointment.. She says well you can step over to blah blahs desk.. I sit down and she says I’m 10 minutes late that I need to be rescheduled!!!!!! I work at a doctors office and we give our patients a 10-15 minute grace period. We wouldnt turn a patient away for being exactly 10min lates and three of them was waiting for someone to say can I help you!!! I will get my contacts and glasses elsewhere. ✌🏼

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! I lost my only pair of glasses and couldn’t find an appointment same day ANYWHERE. I got in here at the very end of the day; and I am so so glad I did. Everyone was so kind, prices were all reasonable and tons of variety. But not only that, I walked out within one hour and had glasses that worked for me to use until my Rx comes in. Thank you so much, we will definitely be using this Pearle Vision for all future needs.

Love Dr. Chiu and have been seeing her over 10 years, so no complaints there, shes great. But since staff turnover a couple years ago nothing but issues purchasing and receiving glasses.I wouldnt typically write a review but after being blatantly lied to by Ricky Im beyond livid. Weve been waiting on a pair of glasses for 5 weeks. I called they said they were in and I could pick them up in an hour since I was in the area I told them Id be there. I showed up two hours after that hour, not a soul in the store he was replacing a light bulb and said, oh theyll be done in an hour. I didnt have time to wait so he said he would mail them. A week later I called he said they were mailed yesterday. Now today another week later I call again. They provided me with a tracking number and they were mailed TODAY. Seriously buy your glasses somewhere else. This was after my family in a few days spent upward of $2500.It would be unfair not to post an update since you cant delete a review. I received an explanation and apology directly from Ricky in addition to a credit. That goes a long way! I appreciate making it right and the communication.

We have not been to the eye doctor in 3 years. That is NOT a good idea btw when you have to wear corrective lenses. The staff was excellent, we learned our daughter NO LONGER needed glasses, and my wife and I received incredibly perfect prescriptions by the sweet yet stern and VERY caring eye doctor. The staff went above and beyond to get us our glasses promptly during a pandemic AND holiday, and even sent a couple of extra accessories when the glasses arrived. The young man with what seems to be an Australian accent (Sorry if incorrect), in particular showed a level of professionalism that I have not seen in many in years. The Doctor was amazing, and the rest of the staff was very helpful, friendly, and worked with us very well. We will continue to use this particular location even though we live over an hour away!

I wouldnt even give them one star!!!I had to to write this, I ordered my glasses was told 2 week now week 5 still no glasses. First was told they messed up on my lens then with in 2 minutes was told by another person my glasses are late cause of covid. This would be a good place to put real eye doctors!!! Will NEVER use them again.

Pearle Vision – Cartersville, GA – Highly Recommend! Ricky and staff took care of my kind of strange optical prescription issue with ease. Super nice doctor too! I sincerely appreciate working with such a professional group. They weren’t satisfied until I was and they made all the right recommendations. They understood and explained every factor in a manner that was easy for me to understand. So happy!

After waiting over an hour to see the Dr. I was told they didnt know where the Dr. was. During the time I was waiting. No one came in or out, so Im pretty sure the Dr. hadnt been with a patient during my wait. I wont go back...

The people who work there are nice but not so sure they know what theyre doing. My new glasses were wrong and had to be sent back, this added a week. Then they said they would mail them, I just called and they have not sent them yet, another week has gone by. Need to step up their game.

Pearl vision in cartersville is an absolute JOKE!! My appointment was at 4:40 i arrived a little before 4:30. They were having trouble finding my insurance in their system . So i step out and call and come back in and say well it’s on your end because i do have insurance . Another worker finally told the lady to call through a different system she finally found my insurance info . She took me back for a pre screen and then while i was waiting to go back she comes out and says they are no longer going to be able to see me because all their other appointments came in, and they would need to take them first . I argued back saying i was here before my appointment it’s not my fault y’all took so long to find my insurance . They still refused to see me . So needless to say i will be happy to take my business elsewhere!! This was horrible customer service . Over an hour of my day wasted .

Best eye exam and frame purchasing experience Ive ever had in 20+ years of buying glasses. Optometrist was very thorough and informative. Salesman did a great job helping me choose frames in my budget. I was very pleased.

I’ve tried a few local optometrists, and have settled on Pearle Vision as being the best in the area. They have a friendly staff, nice store, good selection and great doctors. They take the time to answer my questions and are vested in the health of my eyes, something I have to take very seriously. Their prices seem fair as well. I’ve tried the others, and I like Pearle Vision.

I had a great experience with this Pearle Vision. I received my glasses in a week like promised and the customer service there was great. Dr.Chiu was a wonderful optometrist and very thorough. You will definitely being seeing me back next year!

Terrible store paid for eye exam for contacts but couldnt have them fit due to eye blood vessel popped. Went back to get contacts and they would not sale me them stating it has been 3 months since the exam and I would have to have another exam. Um insurance only pays for one exam a year.. we should not need another rx after 3 months.. when explained to staff they were rude and stated they would just have to do another exam... this place is a joke and I am reporting them to the BBB

I wish I could do 2 separate reviews. We traveled almost 2 hours to go to this location because my husbands schedule is unpredictable and we needed glasses quickly - both of us, first timers. Exam day was fine, they got us in with very little notice & when weather & travel factors made us late, they still got both our exams taken care of. As I said, we were both new to the getting glasses experience, & made it a point to let the sales people know we wanted to take full advantage of our insurance and to pay the minimum possible out-of-pocket. Knowing our frame allowance, we kept our frame costs under 50 each - yes, the frames are pretty cheap, the reading glasses I used to buy at the Dollar Tree (for 1.00 of course) are better quality than the ones we had to choose from . No bells and whistles on the lenses, just standard plastic, etc.. Were told we should be able to pick up in 7-10 days max. Never once took our insurance card(s) even though I offered. Total out-of-pocket charge that day was 20 dollars for 2 exams & $424 DOLLARS FOR 2 PAIRS OF CHEAP GLASSES WITH INSURANCE! Didnt panic too much at first, were under the impression that this was more of a deposit charge than actual price, and assumed when the insurance processed the charge would be adjusted.3 weeks later, we were still waiting, with no communication from this office. Finally, after I had inquired multiple times with no answer from them, we get the word to come in for fitting etc. and make that long drive again - the gentleman who did our fittings started off by telling my husband there was a flaw on his frames, did not have the same color in stock, but did have the same frame and switched them out. Did a little tightening, straightening, etc for us both and sent us on our way.I requested copies of our itemized bill(s) for our records (we had to go back inside to get those, which was also a little odd and unprofessional to my opinion)On the ride home, I pulled out the paperwork we were handed and noticed that while my husbands receipt was printed and itemized, mine was some handwritten thing with very little information - except my name and a dollar figure of 212 that is...Less than 24 hours later, my husbands glasses just broke while he was simply putting them on. Practically fell apart in his hand.Ive looked over the one itemized receipt we did receive hundreds of times, and still cant find one thing that does not say standard or plastic or could possibly justify a cost of over 200 each with insurance coverage. We could have gone to WalMart and gotten exams PLUS 2 pairs of glasses EACH and paid less than half of our out-of-pocket costs at this Pearle Vision - without even using our insurance-- very upset & feel we were totally ripped off. Not even sure what to do, like I said the whole vision thing (and our insurance) is very new to us.

I was able to get my kids exams scheduled for a saturday, which was great bc I work all week until 6pm so its difficult to get in anywhere else. The appointments were scheduled at 3:20 and 3:40 pm and they didnt even see my oldest son until after 4. We were there for over 2 hours for two exams that totaled about 10 minutes each.

Do not give them a single information until you are decided to buy pair of glasses. They will hold your benefits and charge your insurance as you bought, unless if you go back there within 60 days and get it removed. This is a pearle vision franchise and even corporate offices do not approve this practice of theirs. Terrible business.

So I was a patient with America’s best and I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and I had them for about 8 yrs now.When I came to pearl vision I was extremely impressed with the Dr and her detail oriented check up. I was sad I couldn’t wear contacts but I rather fix my problem rather than destroy my eyes further and was very much appreciative she fixed my problem and fixed the problems America’s best “doctors” never found.That being said I was just as disappointed with the front desk service.Tania was extremely and amazing perfect!! She was trying her best to help and accommodate the situation under the circumstances… Tracy on the other hand… OMG!!! Someone please train her!!! In fact if it was up to Ricky and Tracy you would lose every customer coming in through those doors.Tania was and is the only reason I am back and giving them another chance.Please I implore you …..handle Tracy before you lose customers.Pearl Vision has a good name please don’t have incompetent employees ruin it for the brand.
