Nice employees. Always have what I need.

The only time this pharmacy runs halfway well is when Stephen is working., otherwise this place is slow as molasses. Ive been going here for 4 years and hes the only one who greets me by name. Right now I am waiting on a prescription that was called in 4 1/2 hours ago and when I called 1 hour and 45 minutes ago I was told my prescriptions would be ready in 30 minutes. Switching to Walgreens!!! Im sure they will appreciate my business as Im on 8 different meds that no doubt make them a LOT of money!!!

I had a terrible experience at the CVS off 113 so I came to this location. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. Sonda was the manager on duty and was very kind to me. I highly recommend visiting this location over the 113 store! Thank you Sonda for helping me! You turned my whole day around!

They never ask or check for insurance. They will charge you when you dont even have to pay! I keep having issues with this from them & I have active insurance!But the staff is nice and although the issues are recurrent they help A LOT. Service is always quick.

Save time and never use this pharmacy I dont think any of them have a clue whats going on or what their doing. After waiting 2 hrs for my prescription the pharmacist tells me 3 other prescriptions that came in after mine were filled and they do not have any of the medication left but their getting a big order tomorrow. Will never shop at another CVS as long as I live.

I dont know why they send out alerts that I need to come pick up my prescriptions when they wont service you. This is the second time this month that Ive waited 20 minutes at the drive thru and not been helped. I just wanted to get my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy at this point and still havent heard from a pharmacy member the entire time I sat in line. Doesnt look like Im getting my prescriptions from here for this month. Very disappointed.

The people in the pharmacy were very friendly and very helpful. The store was pretty clean when I went and wasnt too busy for the time/day.

The drive through is the worst. The customer service was terrible. Had me sitting waiting there for 15 minutes for a problem with insurance. And I asked why didn’t you tell me this early she rolled her eyes at me. I get your busy but don’t ignore your drive through customers. And they need to have people that’s waiting on meds to pull around or go in. I seen a person in a pickup truck there for 20 minutes and then get his medicine. Your rules on the wall outside drive through y’all need to practice using them. And my wife had waited for 6 hours just for then to tell her they don’t have a certain medication. Again this could have been cleared up earlier. Now she had to drive a extra three miles out of her way to get the medication. Walgreens is such a better store than cvs.

I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now. Had someone pick up, said something and immediately put me on hold again before I could even say anything. Horrible customer service.

Pharmacy is a bit slow and non communicative. Likely understaffed.

Ive been using CVS for years, and this store just doesnt seem up to par. The pharmacy staff seems very busy, and doesnt seem interested in assisting with Rx issues that dont go as planned. I was unaware that a Rx can only be transfered once, and got quite the annoyed and bothered look from the associate when I requested they send a fax to my doctor to refill my prescription. The service at this location was quite a contrast to the CVS service Im used to. This location also seems kind of dated, and worn out. On the other hand, the associates at the front counter seem very welcoming and friendly.
