Popeyes, Burger King and Pizza was all closed before 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. Taco Bell had no beef. Country Pride stayed open until 9:00 pm and allows you to come in and order all the way up to 9:00 pm. The waitress was super nice. My burger and fries was good. Hubby ordered chicken tenders but they were more chicken nuggets for the price of tenders and they tasted freezer burnt. We still had to walk across the street to the Pilot who has McDonalds and Subway and they stay open 24 hours.

POOR service….TACO BELLA colored man preparing food was very rude and didn’t want to make orders.We ordered a combo without knowing that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the taco locos until after we paid. We waited several minutes in the order before we knew this. Once told, we asked for another combo that was the same price. The man that was preparing food refused to make our order until the manager came out.Also the drink machine was out of ALL drinks.We won’t be stopping again

I think if all the restaurants here stay open till 10 they should not stop cooking at 7:30-8:00 pm and snicker at people saying there out of everything by 8:30.... ta do better

We are in our motorhome 45 feet plus a car. When we pulled out from the fuel pumps there was no sign to tell us which direction to exit. We ended up driving around The upper area where the overnighters park. They should have a sign that says right at the gas pumps to exit. It turns out you exit from the same place you entered, which is rare.

Why have half the parking spots reserved. Chase your customers away. GREED, cardinal sin. See how far that gets you. Stay away, dont support those who cheat, lie and steal from others. Especially from Truck drivers who work hard and just want a place to park.

Heres an idea. Instead of the scumbag laughing their way to the bank. Open up the parking lot so drivers can park for the night without having to spend $80. You dont need that many reserved spots and $18 showers. That is price gouging for a shower. With charging $20 per all these spaces thats almost $400k a year. Its taking advantage of us tired drivers and yet the cars and rvs get to park for free. There used to be plenty of parking in 2012 without reserved spots and the restaurant was OK to go into and spend a few dollars. Whats next? Charge drivers for toilet paper to take a dump?

Waitress samantha doesnt like giving you what you ordered. I ordered a chicken fried chicken and I got a chicken breast plate that wasnt even fresh. She brought it out in 5 minutes. I guess i deserved such treatment smh.

Aside from fuel and parking this TA is NOT for truck drivers. This TA has a Burger King, Popeyes, Taco Bell and some other restaurant ALL OF WHICH were closed at 930pm. The TA store had NO hot food items and only one cold salad. Ive always hated TAs and this one has cemented my dislike.

Nothing really special. Good water pressure for showers, towels were old and scarce. Too many employees just lounging around, nobody seemed to care.

This place is shady as F^%#. Save your money and your time drivers, $20 to park (95 percent of the lot is reserved parking), $18 to shower, they don’t give correct fuel credits. Staff are rude and incompetent.

The handicap shower is pretty nice it has a hand held and a shower head, pressures not to bad plenty of Room, Theres 5 restaurants and drivers lounge games laundry etc...also parking spots in the front 4 Box trucks and hot shots etc... Very nice TA

So my fiancée called to see how much the parking was it’s $32 not a problem, asked how much the showers were $18 not a problem we didn’t stay there. But we have no place to park for the night, we have no showers or restrooms bc they wanna over price everything. This ta and the pilot across the street will never get service from us.

Arrived at 15:30 on a Sunday. I was able to snag one of the last two free parking spots. Plenty of reserve spaces available. With the cost to fuel up and expensive food that isn’t anything to get excited about. Then 3/4 of the parking is reserved.

Check in to get a trailer tire replaced. Told it would be a 4-5hr wait. At 2pm went back inside told I was next to be serviced. Back inside at 3:30pm everyone looking confused told to back into bay 5. 4pm tech looked at tire and walked away. 4:30 still no technician. Also went to eat breakfast 🌭 nice I had to wait to get tire done. Restaurant has no orange juice had to ask for water. This place use to be decent WHAT HAPPENED

Do not stay here the parking is all on a bad hill and its way far away from the building. Also they dont give enough ultra credits for the gallons I get.

Called ahead to set up an appointment for a PM on tractor and to change two hub seals on trailerI was told that the tech would be in at 8pm. I arrived at 7:07pm and was told to pull up behind bay 3. At 9 pm I called the service desk and was told that the tech was sent on a road call. At that time I left. Talking with other drivers from different TAs. We all share the same feelings about the TA service departmentIf you are in the lot you are going to wait as they will keep sending the techs out for road calls. The other drivers and I feel that we do not matter to the service departmentShame as the TA used to be one of the better places to go toBut I am going to end my relationship with the TA service department after 17 yearsI will be trying speedco or good year

Worst for a Truck driver in the TA network. I bought a reserved parking lot through the app and upon arrival the place was taken, the staff refused to help put things in order and find my place and refused to return the money

Spend about 4 hours from midnight till almost 4 am. All I needed was oil change. They put a guy who obviously was new and doesnt know how to do it properly. After i realized it asked another guy to help him out bc that oil change looked like nightmare. Im not going to complain about poor guy who just needs to be better trained. Im complaining about TA about management who allows this and about other guys who didnt want to help. This is not the first time that i stacked on same TA with hours long oil change. It was misery. Its real drivers and im just giving you my opinion here. Very negative, some other things dont wanna even mention.

The problem here is rude shop attendants. Called to see if I could get on the wait list for a DOT inspection and PM and the guy on phone couldnt be bothered. He ended up hanging up after he said itll be awhile. TA only cares about drivers who have the name of a mega-carrier on the side of their trucks.

Alot of spaces for tractor trailer parking just get there before 5:00 pm eastern time unless you reserve parking. Laundry area has six washers and 10 dryers. Great for us truckers

I need the DOT inspection and they cant do it because they are so busy. Are they really busy?

During the height of the pandemic the T/A Petro chain treated truckers like trash by closing most of their restaurants. Now that things have calmed down most of these restaurants are still treating drivers like 2nd class citizens. We need real food.The country pride here is a joke. The servers have no clue how to pay attention, and I question the sanitation practices

Had to have AC replaced the guy that did it with Richie took him maybe five hours two of them hours he was just waiting on the part come from Atlanta I pulled it in he took it off once he got the part put it on quick fast if it wasnt for waiting for the part I think he would have had it done in 2 hours couldnt have been any happier got me in and out all I can say is thanks

Me, my husband,and my son stopped in after a very long day at six flags andWhile we were there our son asked for a knife that caught his eye and the guy who got the knife out of the case and tried to find the right packaging for it overhead it was his birthday. He sang Happy birthday in his own language along with a killer beat on the counter top. When he was done he offered some words of encouragement and wisdom with a huge smile on his face. It made our day. Talk about going above and beyond. This guy must have a masters in customer service. He was the best part of the visit but the other lady on duty was extremely kind as well. Best stop at a gas station ever. Well be telling everyone about this guy!!!

Stopped here to get a PM during my 10hr break. I was told it would be about a 3 hr wait. I called them after 8.5 hrs to see how long. I was told then to pull into a bay. I informed them that I couldnt, because I have to leave. Now I have had nearly no sleep due to waiting on them, and no PM. A huge waste of my time. We drivers have appointment that we HAVE to make, dont you get that? I also just wanted to note that when I arrived, I was told how they are short staffed. Being short staffed is a sign of a management issue, not hiring enough, not paying enough, not firing and replacing poor performers.

Got a flat tire so I went in to the service department. Service personnel seemed very busy on her phone sharing a hilarious video 🤨 I told her about my dilemma when she finally finished with the disseminating of the funny film only to find out that it would be 3hrs before they could fix it because they don’t have a tire technician. 4-5 guys and none of them could fix a tire? Empty bays with no wait? 👍🏾Great except for nobody who can change a tire👎🏾

We had them replace wheel seals on our drive axel and they broke the temp sensor on the axel, the repair failed and they refused to cover it under warranty, but the shop offered to replace the seals if I pay them a second time for the repair, Do they honestly think for a minute I would let then charg me a second time when they couldn’t fix it the first time, It was clear the technician did not know what he was doing, they even charged me extra due to the fact the tech took so long because he didn’t know how to take it apart

Lots of pay to park spots they can get those that want to pay to park to eat and get fuel there.

The ice machine in the travel store is broken so they have not refilled any of the sodas. You can still get a soft drink, but you have to go into the food court and pay $1 more per size from the fast food franchises that TA owns. Great place to get ripped off. Wont let me give it 0 Stars

Never happy about paying to park. Here is an idea charge the regular cars for parking and see how long your store last. You charge trucks 17$ for a night charge cars 2 dollars.

Good place to stop by for quick break. Nice size restroom. Good variety of snacks and drinks but over priced.

Nice truck stop several food choices, we had Taco Bell and food was good. Store and food court area were clean and well stocked. Service shop took 3 hours to change one truck tire. 10 guys in shop only saw 2 of them actually do anything. Step it up guys we are fighting a clock here.

Went to the restaurant Country Pride and the service was outstanding. My server Cheyenne was very nice a professional. Also very attentive to her customers. The food was fresh and prepared very well. Im not sure about the buffet as I did not get the buffet I ordered from the kitchen. All in all a very nice experience.

I was a part of the remodel that they had about four years ago. it was nice to go in and see some of my work still visible in their store. The food was pretty good. It was nice to see that some places still understand what home fries truly are. Being able to order home fries just takes me back to the happy times when I was kid.

Brought semi in to have rear wheel sensor replaced, and also for 10 hr reset. They correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem, that a previous TA didnt fix. The accommadations were nice. There were a variety of fast food chains to choose from. The showers were nice. I was very happy to see a hair dryer in the shower rooms. Overall, a pleasant experience!!

We were in tonight to take a break from driving and I just wanna say The food was great and our server was AMAZING!!!! We noticed they were busy and seemed short staffed but we watched our waitress help everyone in any way she could plus took care of her customers.. she truly cared about her co workers and we even kept hearing her tell all her co workers what a great job they were doing and how she appreciated them... You just don’t see that everyday especially from a waitress! Thank you for your Amazing service we need more waitresses like you in our truck stops!!!

Food was average. Nothing great. Service was not great either. But after finishing our meal a RAT showed up walking across the dining room area. We notified the manager. We wont be eating here again. On a positive note we did not get sick after eating here. I dont recommend eating here.

I have said it many times... I hate TA and will only stop there in emergency.. well, this time, I was hungry but I didnt pull onto their property... Instead I parked on street and walked across the grass... Went to Taco Bell... 1 steak burrito, 1 beef n bean burrito, 1 small coke... $11.52... give me a break!!!

This place has been the best truck stop I have been to. Four restaurants (Pizza hut, taco Bell, Popeye chicken, and Burger King) Laundry and showers. Best part is the little diner connected to the truck stop the food and all you can eat lunch/dinner. The food was all delicious and the portion size for the price is perfect. Very clean and has what you need, form the casual vacationers to the long haul trucker. Would for sure stop here again and think you should too!

If there were a 10 star rating, It would definitely be a 10! We stopped in last night, they were busy and there were only 2 girls on floor and our Server was phenomenal!!! Maryellen is what her name tag said... Our food was great it took a little while but like I said they were busy and those girls handled there selves so well they worked together and made sure everyone was greeted, And We even observed Maryellen telling the people working in the back what a great job they were doing and even asked if she could help in anyway.... That’s a real team player in my book, as we were leaving I thanked her for a job well done and she said Thank you and asked me to help spread the word because that they had gotten a new manager and was improving the restaurant!! So come try it out even if you have been before give these guys another try!

Update....service was great at pizza hut and timely, but the breadsticks..which i know were cooked fresh were oddly stale and not great. Id still go back...maybe just a bad batch. All the other restaurants in there are overpriced..dont understand that either.

Please allow atleast one of your restaurants to be open 24/7. Drivers are having to walk across the street to the McDonalds at the Pilot to get something to eat after 10pm smh

As far as fueling goes its a typical TA but if I could rate the country pride itself Id have to rate it in the negatives,the service was terrible,I watched my food sit on the warming rack for 20 minutes prior to even writing this review,the salad bar was rushed away and a staff member gave a patron dirty looks for trying to get a scoop of something off the other end of the bar,at which time said employee angrily snatched all the spoons out and gave dirty looks towards myself who was watching it all,plus had to virtually beg for a drink refill after looking at an empty glass for ten minutes...review wrote at 2220 (10:20 PM) at a TRUCK STOP!Will be contacting corporate about this shameful cesspool that us operating under the Country pride name.

I like coming here because its just north of Atlanta so Ill overnight here before I have to go down and make a delivery and then I usually spend the day down there and then on the way back North Ill stop here for my 10-hour break.Its an old school TA Travel Center design. Reminds me a lot of the TA in Denver Colorado.They keep it clean and well-maintained. The four-wheeler entrance has a very nice look to it.If you get here past 4 or 5 in the afternoon or early evening youre probably going to have to pay to park.What impresses me the most about this place is the service-bays. Bays they are noticeably clean and orderly. I think that says a lot about what management thinks a good service shop should be.Theres a McDonalds at the pilot right across the street.All in all I would highly recommend this place I only gave up three stars because Im stingy with my stars.

This particular one had a Popeyes in there and I went to Popeyes. The service was great the service was fast that people were very courteous the only thing I did not like is there charging extra for extra gravy. Other than that the food is always been good.

Our truck had broken down and while we had to wait almost eight hours to get it fixed they drove to Chattanooga, Tn. to pick up the part and after the part arrived it literally took about fifteen minutes and we were out the door. The truck runs great now and Im pleased because the mechanics really know what they are doing.

Our server Ms. Olivia at the Country Pride was delightful. Not so delightful looking was their Buffet. The food looked 5 days old, the corn on the cob sitting in a pool of brown water. I wouldnt let my worst enemy eat that Buffet.....or maybe I would.

This place has a scam going on I was chased out of an area by the manager told I couldnt park there 12 feet wide 100 feet long force me to pay to Park in a reserved parking shortly after I got parked another driver pulls up and parks in the exact same spot that I was in the manager has drove around the parking lot four times never said a thing to that driver so my question is whats the difference if he can park there why cant I must be a buddy I guess all these empty parking spots that he most definitely can fit in and hes not forced to pay I dont get it maybe Ill send my report and photos to corporate Im sure they wont care either Im only staying here one night because the law says I have to I will leave here first thing in the morning drive my Hundred twelve miles to the customer that was sit at the customer for free I will walk to restaurants and get better food and better service the TA should be really happy the time over dimensional and the law forces me off the road or I wouldnt be here

This is one of the nicer TA truck stops. The people here are usually friendly. There is adequate parking on a normal day. The restaurant is pretty good in the showers are always clean

I wont make the mistake of trusting a mechanic here again. Philip the mechanic seemed intent on failing my Landstar inspection from the beginning. I need to know whats the objective on failing someone for a repair your shop is either incapable or unwilling to resolve. FYI readers, the repair was completed and Philip, determined to be right, would not even look at completed repairs to pass my DOT. Only go here for fuel and food then park across the street.

One of the best TA. Lot of parking space. Very clean fuel islands. Best fuel price in the area. Clean washrooms and showers. Drivers lounge has a snooker table and gaming machine. This TA has Country Pride Restaurant, Tacco Bell / Pizza Hut, Burger King and Popeyes. Staff is nice. Very nice place to stop, relax, eat and drink.

Large clean Travel Center of America. The lines moved a little bit slow but that was due to people buying Lottery tickets.

In the back of there parking lot they have about 10 spots that are not marked reserved. But they will wake you up around 12am and tell you to move your in reserved spots. No markings at all. Pay or we will call the cops. This place has about 250 parking spots but 115 are payed spots. Im so sick of companies taking advantage of Truckers. I will tell anyone who ask this TA is bad 👎

Good place to stop for 10 or 34.hrs. its a long way from parking what is very good for your exercise ....expensive food . 3/4 of the parking is reserved. Delvac 15w-40 cast $23.99 but you can buy at Wall Mart for 10.99.... They really want your money !

I love this TA because the parking area is safe and secure. And the maintenance man keeps it well maintained. The food is above average for a TA. And the shop has actual mechanics.
