Best experience here! My son has a peanut allergy and Wesley went above and beyond to make sure his ice cream was safe. Told us he would open a brand new container of ice cream and brand new container of sprinkles, and we watched him do that AND correct another worker who tried to use an already open container of sprinkles. Truly appreciate his kind and caring way.

I got chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and it was amazing. I dont know how the shaved ice is, but Ive heard its great and I will definitely go back and try the shaved ice another time. The walk up ordering is fun and very summer like. I love this place and apparently a lot of other people do too.

Stopped by Coconuts after having Dinner down the street. The ice cream was amazing! I got the Peach flavor in a waffle cone. It was super busy and the staff were nice.

Ice cream is super good but the service is even better. I dont know where the owner gets such great young people to employ but they sure are helpful and polite! Will be back- many, many times! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every single thing weve had here is delicious! Ylu literally cant go wrong with any choice. We like to park and order at the walk up window (although they have a drive thru). Workers are very friendly! Its a go to for any hot night in summer.

The ice cream, the service, the value... TRULY PHENOMENAL! We pulled up to the drive-thru not knowing what to expect, but were greeted by the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. The owner helped us directly and made sure to give us bumper stickers because we’re from out of town. He gave us suggestions on sights to see. On top of that, we tried a couple flavors and couldn’t decide because they were all too good! Went with a grasshopper sundae and a Mounds sundae. If you’re in Cartersville, you must make a stop at Coconuts!

I love Coconuts! Now after sharing my experience, my family loves Coconuts. So many chouces of fun flavors and great toppings. You can drive thru, but it is cool to go order at the window in the front door. The only problem I have seen that people block the street waiting to go through the drive thru.

Great hand scooped ice cream and shaved ice.My double scoop cup of coconut almond joy and banana pudding ice creams was out-of-this world delicious. Generous scoops and great value.The drive-thru line can be long, so we generally park and go in for faster service.

Prices actually match the portion. A single was more than a single I was used to. It looked like a medium and the pina colada sundae 💣

They are so flexible with the time frame, flavors of ice cream and shave ice, and amount of people attending. Theyre so easy to work with and they truly have the best product. Old school ice cream experience, staffed by a new generation that always seem to be having a good time and loving what they do. Genuine Hawaiian shaved ice is hard to come by and the ice cream (cups, cones, shakes, sundaes and splits) is also worth the wait in line. Look at the online menu ahead of time or while youre in line, or just ask for a recommendation. If you like thick shakes, get the extra scoop, you will not be disappointed.

Both times the shaved ice was very good. Got apple cinnamon the first time. My second time was Tiger Eyes which is strawberry and coconut. My mom had Bahama Mama the first time and then Pina Colada the second time. She liked both of her flavors. The shave ices were very reasonable! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shaved ice is good. But watch out for ice cream flavors. They don’t taste anything like the name of them. And the customer service wasn’t very helpful at all.

Got there right before close and they didnt mind at all! I deliver pizza so I never get to stop bc they stay busy. Staff were friendly, the banana pudding ice cream is the bomb! Great overall experience.

I love Coconuts! Their tsunami is absolutely delicious. Your choice of ice cream topped with your choice of shaved ice. I was skeptical about shaved ice and ice cream mixed, but they work so well together.

This is by far the best ice cream outside Atlanta! Love the atmosphere, felt like home away from home especially with the Hawaiian decor. Just wish they served Hawaiian meals as I would end up spending lots of time and money there if they did! Great customer service, would recommended this place to anyone and everyone!
