My family loves Kona Ice! They provide top quality service and the best shaved ice around! My kids love all the different syrup options and being able to choose flavors and top the ice themselves. During the pandemic, I was able to request for a truck to come serve my neighborhood a few times and my neighbors absolutely loved the sweet treat! Thank you, Kona Ice of North Georgia!

We had Kona Ice of Cartersville come out for my daughters 7th birthday party. They were incredible! So sweet to all the kids, explained the process and took TONS of pictures. She went above and beyond my expectations (even gave our puppy a handful of plain ice on this hot aftetnoon) and we couldnt be happier with this experience. 5 stars....Highly recommend!

Kona ice is amazing..(my kids and i will grab us one every time we see a truck. It wouldnt matter if it were snowing wed still grab one because they are so yummy). They are always going to special events and i love seeing the all the kids face light up when they see the Kona truck. Ty for doing an amazing job and God bless ❤

Kona is wonderful! Last minute they were willing to help out with a fundraiser and bring and even bring Extra truck. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for the event due to site no Kona I was amazed at how kind, prompt, and willingness to help they offered. Always kind, friendly staff too, especially towards kids.

Just absolutely amazing! I had this at the fair and anytime I can and find a truck out here. My daughters school had one at a little fall fling. ! The flavors are amazing and delicious 🤤. Every time I call Kona ice, they never answer. And if they do answer they never come over to my area. But i always hear there trucks around my area, Kona Ice never comes to my neighbor hood and there’s a lot of kids who want a chilly treat during this time. Kona Ice is never going to get my money again. And on top of that most of there workers are rude or give you rude looks. Kona Ice isn’t that reliable.

You will not find better shaved Ice or staff anywhere else. They are always the nicest, most helpful people no matter who is in the truck. I love how they go to the schools for the kids, it makes the kiddos so happy. I also love how you can find a truck at every major event and when you cant locate one & youre craving the delicious shaved ice all you have to do is call and they will tell you where to find them. Yep, I have actually done this and went out my way for a Kona Ice. Only a dozen times or so. Haha
