Loved shopping in here. So much stuff the grocery stores back home do not have. If I need a different spice or sauce that the grocery stores in my county do not have I will have to make a trip here to look and see if they have it before I search for a substitution or what other things to combine to get this.

Ingles is always great. They pretty much always have sales stocked

I havent had a steak for a couple years. I found a couple mock tender chuck steaks. Broiled, and ate it! Man was it GOOD! Didnt break the bank either!

This review is not about this location it is about Ingles as a whole... Corporate Ingles.. I ran in Ingles to pick up four items... It is ridiculous to have EIGHT self check outs and not one accepts cash!! I was forced to go to the only cashier lane open which had five people in front of me with buggies full. On top of that the cashier had no help with bagging. What has happened to customer service? Its bad enough that self check outs have put Americans out of work but now most of them dont even accept cash.

I got a boathouse farm smoothie from there and shortly after I drunk it, it made me sick and now that I think about it, it did taste a little different! They need to keep their products fresh!!!! You’re out here food poisoning us! I will follow up on this

So I love Ingles and the random deals you can find within the store. They have some products that you cant find anywhere else and so I shop here about once a month. Clean store, always well stocked, but the cashiers and people who look over the self checkout lines are the absolute worst in terms of friendliness. I always have to say hi how are you or bye have a good day and 9 times out of 10 I dont even get a response.

My favorite grocery store in Cartersville. The managers are always on the floor and dressed professional. Clean store with friendly staff. Butcher market is always there for great cuts. I avoid the stores on Main St. to shop at Ingles 👍

Misty at self checkout was so incredibly helpful and patient with us and it got sorted out quickly and without making us feel like a bother. People like her make my day. Hoping we run into her next time :)

This store has always been a good experience for me, but I must admit that I do not visit here regularly. My only complaint is the lack of ease in which entry and egress are made from the rather crowded parking lot. That is actually not such a major complaint, I do prefer to see our local businesses quite busy and covered up, which this location does seem to be, more often than not.

Employees at self check out never greet customers and they all wonder off from station regularly. Dirty floors. I can say because I use to scrub and buff Ingles floors also wax them . So yeah they Dirty.

Gone for years. Sometimes is slow, but lively hood of the employees is awesome. Many teenagers work here, creating a growing environment. :) nice

The fresh salad and olive bar is always my favorite. Also, the salsa and guacamole made fresh in the deli is the best Ive ever had.

Familiar, so its a fast and easy in and out. Usually has everything we need.

They need to pay more attention to the salad cart. There are some items emptied and no glass cover to prevent flies from getting into the salad.

Ingles is always clean the food appears to be so fresh if they only got the prices in line then I would definitely shop here more.

July 23 at 11:30 am two mangers stood around the registers while one man bagged grocery. We as the customers stood here waiting while to mangers stood around and laughed and talked. Now you know why no one wants to work for Ingles!!!! Because management is not a role model!!

Certainly a better experience than Krogers!!! The pharmacy at Krogers cant seem to figure out what to charge me and they couldnt find out why 1 of my prescriptions was never filled. As for shopping at Ingles, I prefer their meat over any store in Cartersville!!!! Ive always had a good experience at this store!!!!

Not happy with the customer service today. Cashier did not greet me, just abruptly ask for my Ingles card. She seemed agrivated when I asked how she was.Starbucks servers both were short with me and more interested in speaking to a co-worker.Its a matter of training. We train employees to ALWAYS remember we are paid because customers shop and spend, hard earned monies here when they could shop at another store.

Some things are more expensive than Kroger.

EVERYONE was SO impressed, and the young man was thrilled. We took a lot of pictures of it before we let the young fellow have at it. YOU ARE THE BEST, NIKKI!!!!!

This is my go to grocery store. Kroger probably has better prices overall, but it doesnt take me an hour to get in and out of Ingles (and its easier for me to get there)

They bakery is amazing!

Do not buy avocados here. Every single time I buy one it looks like this. I don’t know if they’re purchasing substandard avocados or the employees play bocce ball in the back before putting them on display, but I have yet to get a decent avocado. And I know how to pick an avocado.

This Ingles is great. The cashiers, stock people, hot food staff, are very polite and personable. The store is clean, orderly and well stocked. The whole prepared food department is top notch: salad bar, deli, full hot food meals. Its perfect for people who dont like to cook and for families who want more than fast food.

Place has decent variety and is great to shop at if you dont want to go to places like Publix or Wal-Mart

This is a great shopping experience. I love the salad bar and bulk food section. Prices arent always the lowest around but the atmosphere and layout make up for it. And the best part is the checkout woman who prays for you when you leave!

I drive from Calhoun to go to Ingles, wish we had one in Calhoun. The one we did have didnt even come close to the two in Cartersville.

People in my family work at Ingles

Got a meal tray. The deluge workers were excellent. Cares about the consumer. Chicken was juicy and tasteful. Grand child ate all the mac and cheese. Sweet peas were some of the best.

Ingles is the Wegmans of the South . Gourmet foods, pastries, hot and cold foods prepared, salad bar and fresh produce, specialty foods for all ethnic tastes. Big, clean store with excellent and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking and has gas pumps. Very nice grocery store to shop at.

Its open 24 hours, has a pharmacy, and a butcher on staff to me thats important.They have a huge salad bar and the bakery is fantastic my daughters birthday was 2 weeks ago we had a picture of her dog and cat put on the cake it came out fantastic, it was 2 layers quarter sheet cake I think it cost like 27.00I was very impressed.you can get stamps and money orders at the customer service desk. For me the location works on my way home from work. I love this place.
