Nataly helped me out tremendously w my prescription today. I know people have a lot to say about their individual experiences with Staff, but during the pandemic I know its hard particularly on pharmacy workers. She helped me get my prescription price down to an affordable amount, im very grateful for her going out of her way to assist me!
Jonathon in the pharmacy is the WORST employee I have ever dealt with at a pharmacy. He’s been very rude in the past, but today he crossed the line. I left the hospital last night and they called my medication into Kroger pharmacy. I called them this morning before I left the house and I was told by a female that she would expedite my medication and it would be ready in 30-45 mins. I got here around 40 minutes after that phone call. Jonathon was at the window and told me the meds weren’t ready. I asked when they would be and he said he could mark them to be ready in 30-45 mins. I explained I’ve already called and that this was already said to me. He said “ma’am, you didn’t call because if you did they would have told you that it would be ready in 4 hours since you weren’t at the store yet.”. I was really upset that he basically called me a liar. I showed him the number I called and he verified it was the correct number, but restated that I didn’t call because that info wouldn’t have been told to me. He walked away from the counter and came back and said that no one in the pharmacy told me it would be ready and that the ONLY person they talked to this morning was told 1 hour wait. That is simply not true. I was told 30-45 minutes. Even if that person that had the 1 hour wait was me, then my meds should have been almost ready. He continuously interrupted me and raised his voice with me. I asked what his name was (I already saw the badge) and he attempted to cover his name. I said “jonathon?” And he said “that’s me”. And walked off. I called corporate and they’re dealing with it hopefully. DO NOT come here!!! Jonathon will make you feel like dirt.
Do not do your pick up here! They always push your order back. Then you come pick up and wait over an hour to get your groceries! I understand being short staffed but, if you see your parking lot over filled with customers picking up groceries you should prob get some management involved at that point. So RIDICULOUS!!
Gas station customervservice is horrible.Recommend training staff to be professional.
Ive always loved this store. As an Instacart shopper, I cant use self checkout. I am limited on time too. There was only two cashiers on the line! Two hours away from it being 5 pm. There were elderly customers behind me that I am sure have trouble standing long periods of time. You all need more cashiers! This is unacceptable!
Fix your inventory control system so people dont have to go through the nonsense of standing there whilst one of your employees paws through my bags of food checking the receipt. its about as ghetto as wal mart
Was in doing some shopping on yesterday and I would like to give a shout out to two of your empolyees..Myra and Angela. They took care of my urgent needs and was very cheerful, very helpful, very professional. Thanks you guys.
Thought I would provide feedback as to why I will no longer shop at Kroger (have been shopping with them for years & years). After a long shopping trip yesterday evening (Cartersville, GA Kroger) I get to checkout, the young man is almost done with my transaction, then states that he doesnt think he can take more than 3 internet coupons for the same type of item (I had 5 internet coupons printed from MyPoints for $1.00 off two. Thus, I had 10 of the item. Mind you, there was no limit on the amount of that item I could purchase). He says,Let me check with my Manager. Manager comes over & states that Krogers new rule is they will only accept 3 internet coupons, per person, per day (for my entire buggy FULL of groceries). No other store does this. I have never had a problem using the coupons I print on MyPoints. She wants me to wait, while they re-calculate my entire order. I dont have time to be harassed because I am using coupons (if you dont want customers to use coupons just stop accepting them period. But dont make it a hassle) So, I left, without my groceries. They lost a $170 sale due to two $1.00 off coupons !! Plus the fact that I will never shop there again.... thus, they have lost all of my business. I will share my experience so other couponers do not have to go thru my experience. If indeed this is their new policy.... get ready to lose many, many customers Kroger.🤔😠🤯
Please train your cashiers and front end employees how to handle a Shipt order.
We sat in the curbside pick up for 45 minutes. I called several times and nobody even apologized. I told them Id just come and pick them up at the door and they said theyre not allowed to do that. Very frustrated. With that being said, they did have substitutions and the items they substituted costed more than what we ordered and they charged them at the price we ordered which was nice.
Many workers without masks. I went shopping at 5:30am to avoid crowds and to keep safe, yet many workers(in meat dept, stocking yogurt, filling click list orders) had no masks on. A few workers had masks around their necks but not on. I was very disappointed in lack of pre cautions taken by employees. Do not know if I will go back.
Good customer serviceWell stocked and nicely organized store
I recommend the chicken salad sandwiches on the croissant bread from the Cartersville Kroger deliIt was a crowd favorite at a recent get together
They’re always out of stock of everything even though they have plenty of liquor. Thought this was a grocery store, not a bar.*called me and asked me to pick my groceries up an hour late so I could accommodate them for the rain. I’m sorry but my dinner is in with my pickup order so that doesn’t work for me. Maybe hire more staff so you don’t piss every single customer who comes your way off. This Kroger services at least 100k+ people. Have the staff available. Poor management.
I love this Kroger, the only thing I don’t love is they don’t have enough workers in the check out lanes. Everyone has to do self check.
The customer service at this Kroger is awful. The girl that was running the self checkout section on Friday night (around 11pm on Dec 18th) is beyond rude, condescending and pushy. She dimmed the store lights at 11pm and started making announcements every 5 to 10 minutes on how the store was closing at midnight. She was too busy making these announcements to help us with our self checkout problems. After I asked for help with my coupons, she snidely replied Wow, they all work this time. Thats a new one. What the heck did she mean by that? I always check my coupons to make sure that they work. Its not my fault if the system didnt scan them last time properly. Then she kept checking my scanned item list to see if I didnt scan anything. I scanned everything. Its bad enough that they dont have more cashiers in the evening, but to deal with awful customer service as well? Nope.My family is on the hunt for a new grocery store. I dont care if I have to pay more. Ill gladly pay more to have better customer service and to not be rushed out the store AN HOUR before closing.
This Kroger location is very well maintained, the parking lot is neat and tidy and easy to get to.Inside there is a great selection of fresh produce as well as a large deli with wonderful items to purchase. The aisles are wide and well stocked, and everything we needed was available. If you need groceries this is certainly the place to go to!The checkout was quick and easy.
Poor customer service at Cartersville, GA Kroger!!! Click List is not capable of fulfilling orders adequately or placing them in your vehicle adequately. They also do not read the specific directions you place in the sections provided when placing a pickup order.
My favorite grocery store. Excellent service and excellent selection without being too expensive!
Online, pickup is a joke. First time, it took them 2 hours to bring out my order. Said I would never do it again, but a family member wanted us to pick up sodas for them. They ordered $250 worth of just soda. We waited 45 minutes in the pickup lot in 90 degree heat for them to bring out only $25 worth of soda, all the rest was out of stock. If they had told us we would have just said, never mind. They are constantly out of stock. Go to Publix they are so better stocked up.
Myra at the self check out line is so awesome! She helped me with my issue on buying a new belt at 6AM! I left my belt at home and forgot to bring it with me to the gym for my work clothes. Luckily Kroger opens at 5AM. She was a big help!
Review for the pharmacy:I had laser eye surgery on Monday, Jan 25th and as a result of the top layer of my eye being peeled off and exposed, my optometrist (based in TN) wrote me a prescription for narcotic pain relief to be used as necessary until the pain subsided. As I was unable to see, my husband delivered the paper prescription to the pharmacy, which we have used for years now with no problems, and was met with a pharmacy assistant who told him she was unable to fill the prescription because they only take prescriptions written by “MDs” not by “ODs”.My husband, thinking this was incorrect, promptly went to Walgreens where they fill prescriptions based on the doctor’s credentials and actually check the validity of the prescription before writing the patient off as a drug addict. If you suddenly go blind or have an emergency requiring narcotic prescriptions, please visit the Walgreens a few miles down the road. I’m sure they’d be glad to help and won’t leave you worried that the eye doctor that just shoved things in your eyes is actually a doctor and not a scam.Disgusting and pathetic.
This Kroger could be amazing! The set up is great! It’s always clean when I go in. But they are running into the ground and the manager does not seem to care. I’ve talked to him twice on the phone about issues over the last year and it just keeps getting worse!!!! The Clicklist is a joke... I really want it to work because it saves time and I’m handicap so walking around that huge store is difficult. But I’ve waited hours on numerous occasions for my groceries only to find out the order is messed up or they had to substitute almost half the order or numerous items are just not available. The pharmacy is even worse than the Clicklist!!! I really wish someone from corporate would step in before this store completely falls apart! They can’t stock, staff, or provide customer service! It’s really frustrating!!!!
Many employees without mask, one of them was loading boxes with a cart and almost hit me did not apologize and apart offended me and left. Ill never come back. I felt very discriminated against Kroger
I go here all the time and the staff is fantastic. They always have what I need.
Worst pickup experience. not only did i order in the morning and pay online.. i checked in right at my pickup time of 6pm (pu 6-7). after waiting for more than 25 min, i was finally told my order hadn’t even been collected yet and that it would be another 20 min. i decided to leave to pick up my dinner that was obviously at this point well behind my pickup time and getting cold, and come back. after coming back and waiting another 30 min, my order still has not arrived at my car as i’m writing this. i am usually an understanding person but there seems to be no urgency nor consideration for the inconvenience. this is obviously the experience everyone around me is having as well as no one is getting their orders.
They decided to close the pharmacy drive thru 15 minutes before pharmacy closing time. The craziest decision to make during this covid pandemic. For those who are fearful of going into public places, those with disabilities and those with small children. You rush to get there by closing, just for them to let you know you now have to go inside. Dumb, dumb, dumb!!!!!
I looked into having my groceries delivered, I’m on a broken foot and my mom has dementia. It’s horrible on me trying to get out. I can’t drive and I can’t leave my mom unattended. It would make life so much better to have delivery, but we’re non existent in this area. I wouldn’t even shop there anymore and the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because you do have wheelchairs for when I do go shopping with my mom in tow. Other than that I wouldn’t return.
The customer service here is as good as the senate and congress coming together to make a decision. Well done Kroger 🥳🥳
Frustrated with the level of customer service. Purchased gas at the fuel center but no discount given despite scanning plus card. Informed fuel center attendant with no real concern, called store and informed them of situation but same response by customer service.
Constantly NOT stocked. The produce, meat, and dairy are the worst. Employees have attitudes when you ask them to check the back for items. Ive never seen a store with this issue ALL THE TIME. it can be a Tuesday, a Friday, or Sunday... Its always bad.
It is a great place to shop
Drive up pharmacy & the pharmacy personnel are really caring. Unfortunately they are woefully understaffed (especially during Covid.) The personnel are as quick & efficient as they can possibly be & I hope patrons exercise patience & kindness. The Kroger fuel station: I have purchased gas at Kroger since they built the addition at the former Main & Cherokee location. Love the fuel points - anything to help save $ these days!Yesterday, I used the air pump for my tires at the fuel station. Its a newer unit & I love it! No need to dig out quarters as it now accepts cards! Dont need to hurry up as it seems to provide air as long as youre using it. The unit beeps when youve reached 32psi. Love that.Presently it is $1.50 & it is well worth it.
This Super Kroger is a novelty for our family. They have products that you normally do not see at other Kroger stores. Too many to list. If you have not been here, check it out.I have always experienced great customer service. One concern is it seems their prices are higher than normal.
The employees are always friendly. They also do a good job keeping the store clean, giving this pandemic time I appreciate what they are doing to keep the staff and customers safe.
UPDATE 2/26/19 - I only have 1 complaint about this location. They never seem to have the motorized carts available for their customers! I am permanently disabled, and most trips here I can walk it just fine. However, every once in awhile, I do need to ride. Yet every time I was unable to do so, due to their unavailabity. Today, there must have been at least 10 plugged into electrical outlets, with signs stating Unavailable, Charging, Ready at 2pm. Yet this was at approx 7pm. I tried to turn several of them on myself, but as posted, all were indeed with dead battery.Other than the above, this is my favorite Kroger in the entire metro-Atlanta area! Awesome selection of any and every thing you could possibly want and more! Always great selection at fair pricing! Friendly Staff! Beautiful store in a beautiful area!
The click list use to be really good, but the past 3 times it has been HORRIBLE!! I thought it might be just an issue with the covid-19. However by this point you should have a system down to keep wait times for 8 items to a minimum.
This Kroger is a great location. They always have a really big selection of vegan sushi and vegetarian rolls, and they even have a hot bar with noodles and vegetables and so on. They have a good salad bar and a huge produce department. Theres also a Starbucks inside that is usually pretty quick. Its easy to stop in and find something to eat for a quick lunch, and they also have a larger than average grocery and housewares section at this location. Compared to other Kroger stores, I would definitely recommend this one.
Always great. This store is clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely my preferred store in the area. They offer a wide variety of foods, toys, home goods, the best seasonal, and a fairly large clothing and shoe selection. They even have dressing rooms. The quality of the products being offered is good and prices are fine.
I spent 3 hours grocery shopping in this store! I never do that. A big shout out to Christina in the deli. She is AWESOME! She helped me pick out the Boars HeadLondon Broil beef for sandwiches when I was absolutely lost as to what I wanted.I went to check out and WOW! Ansley and Madeline were super friendly and super FAST. With $500 worth of groceries, they had it checked out and bagged up in no time. I was amazed at all the awesome sauce I was served up at this store.
Way too big!
Second time here.........no corn.........is there a corn shortage? Thought corn was just one of those things a grocery store always has.
Really enjoy visiting this store. Huge selection of items.
Very rude manager. Claims my I.D was fake because she was a Florida resident at one point and she didn’t recognize my I.D. I tried to be understanding and cooperative and tried to just accept that she wouldn’t sell me the bottle of wine and walk away from the altercation. Instead of letting me leave respectfully she insisted that to continue and insult me and accuse me of having a fake I.D.
Great store manager...Donna. I had an issue that she promptly took care of...Thank you for the great customer service.
Bakery did an amazing job making cupcake cakes for my sons first birthday party. I called in and told them what I wanted and they came out absolutely perfect! I am very impressed and grateful!
Love this Kroger! Go a couple times a week. Typically have some pretty good managers specials (which I grab up), and good loyal customer coupons. Love seeing the typical workers at the self-checkout we usually go to! Always nice and ask how were doing!
Did give 600 points
Lines are always crazy no matter what time of year. It reminds me of Walmart standing in line so long .
Just spent 20 minutes trying to check out. Only 2 full service lanes open. Customers backed up into the isles. Manager could not be reached. I was not the first person to try. Usually this is a pretty good place, maybe they need a manager who manages!
Was a pleasure doing business w the following pharmacy associatesKatie Rph, Natalie & Megan. My needs were Abit difficult as I wasnt able to go in person. It took several calls to get everything done and I know the pharmacy was EXTREMELY busy.Thank you so much for all your trouble ladies.RegardsJacquelyn Thomas
My wife and I shop here every Saturday morning. We really love the store and the people are so nice and eager to help. The meat department is always on point which we love. The two reason I cant give it 5 stars are. Lately you cant find a buggy that doesnt have flat spot on the wheel....very annoying... Im sure this is probably caused but the automatic buggy pusher. They should have a PM plan in place to minimize wheel damage but dont seem to have one. My other complaint is we show up between 8 and 830 every Sarurday, by the time we check out they only have 1 register open (refuse to do self check) and its usually 3 to 4 deep in people waiting. This just started a month or so ago. We use to be able to get right through the line now its a 10 to 15 min check everytime. Other than these two items this is an amazing location.
I shop here all the time. I love saving money and cooking at home. They have a big selection of meat and always have something delicious on sale. Love the staff and the self checkout workers are the best!
This Kroger has everything but sometimes its hard to get assistance in the different departments.
I had a baby 2 weeks ago and had never used the click list app to order my groceries before but with a new baby and flu/cold season under way I figured now was a great time to start. Our first order was a great experience and we were hooked. Unfortunately this evening I went to the Cartersville, Georgia Kroger to pick up my order I placed earlier this morning only to find out my order was not ready and would not be ready for another hour and a half. My order was supposed to be ready between 5-6pm. We arrived at 5:45pm to pick up. At first the women my husband spoke with told us our son called and told her we would pick up our order tomorrow instead of today, which is interesting since our son is only 2 weeks old. When my husband asked to speak with a manager and explained our situation that after driving 35 minutes from our home with a newborn baby we needed our groceries, the assistant store manager stated there wasn’t anything he could do other then offer us $20 off our order. We were not looking for money off our order all we wanted was someone to get our order and bring it out to us. My husband suggested that the assistant manager could pull the order, but he acted like this was beneath him. Unfortunately we didn’t have the option to come back in and hour and a half or go to dinner with a newborn. All that would have been required to avoid this situation is for someone from the Cartersville Kroger to reach out to us and let us know they were running behind prior to leaving our house. Our phone number is in the app/account associated with our order, so our contact information was readily available to them. Once the managers realized our situation, someone should have been tasked with putting a rush on our order to get it out to our car. This is a tremendous disappointment, huge inconvenience, and an absolute failure of customer service. Ultimately we left Kroger without groceries rather than wait an hour and a half or risk exposing our newborn to potential cold/flu germs. We are highly disappointed. After this experience I was in disbelief that Kroger would not do what was necessary to make this experience right.
I ordered online at around 10am this morning. Told them I would pick it up between 3-4. I showed up and called the number, they said it would be a little bit cause there were other cars in front of me. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called the number to ask why I hadnt got my order yet, the response was we are looking for a big carrier, i asked how much longer he said that he couldnt give me a time. Also people who came after me were getting their food before me!!!By this time im running late to pick somebody up and have to kids in the vehicle with me that need to use the bathroom. So i told them to cancel the order. Seriously though if i ordered at 10am and told you that i would be there between 3-4 then there is NO REASON you shouldnt have my order on whatever you need to to make sure I get my order on time. When I called to complain the manger said well it just eight min after four now, and acted like I had no reason to complain. I gave them til 4 before i called cause that was agreed upon, but if i told somebody that their stuff would be to them between 3-4 then i would make sure i fulfilled my obligation. Just completely uncalled for and poor manage!!!!!!! NOT DOING IT EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Love love love this grocery store! Where else can you sit at the bar inside have a beer order your groceries online schedule a curbside pickup then get in your car and have the groceries brought to you? Also you can buy meat like steak and they will cook it up for you. They have Starbucks and sushi, BBQ and pizza. Best grocery store around! But only the new one in cartersville!
I only went to the fuel station this time and I can not be disappointed in the prices. Yes, it may seem like a small amount of money, but every dime saved adds up! My only gripe was that my Kroger credit card is hard to scan. Love Kroger and it is my main grocery store.
This was my first visit to this store, but I was shocked when I walked into the store and saw the clothing department, I was not expecting to see that. I was in a hurry so I didnt have much time to look at everything. I will definitely be back to check out the rest of the store. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. You have to go there. We went back this morning, and spent a lot of time just checking out the entire store. The shelves are constantly being stocked, the presentation of every item, no matter what it is, is the best I have seen anywhere else. I could not find one negative thing to say about this particular store. Our plan was to just check it out and then proceed to our next stop and get what we needed, but the prices are as good if not better than other places we shop. At this point all I can say is if you live anywhere near this location, and it really isnt that far off of I 75 in GA, you wont be disappointed.
Wow! Accused of stealing at self checkout. Everything was counted and, sure enough, everything in the bag had been rung up. But, no apology. Okay, at least I know where NOT to spend my money.
Kroger has become more of a shopping mall than a grocery store for this small town. The clothes are out of range for the regular people of cartersville who get paid minimum wage. Multiple times of coming into this store they have been out of the basic things such as milk and bread. They mooch off the working class people that went to the original Kroger and believe there’s no alternative except an overpriced store.
A grocery store with a beer and wine bar! Good times good times; I all around love this grocery store, theres a couple things that I would like, but not even really worth mentioning. Click-List is super convenient, the app could use a little work but overall does the job. Out here in Cartersville this place is close as you can get to something like Whole Foods or Fresh Market without killing your bank account.
The Kroger in Cartersville has great values all the time! I love the wide expansive market, lots of parking and convenient gas pumps with every part of the property neat and tidy! They something for everyone who comes there, even a line of clothes for the whole family! I think Ill pay their produce area a visit this afternoon just because they have a well-maintained produce department.
A Great Supermarket that offers Great Products at Great Prices!!And Fast and Friendly Service!!Highly Recommended!!
The staff is extremely helpful. I am not able to walk and they are very willing to bring a riding cart out to my car when I shop there. Today I was unable two by two items I had wanted. When was blood oranges that are now out of season which of course was not their fault, but the other was Pom pomegranate seeds and they are no longer going to carry them. Also, on the Hidden Valley Ranch line, they do not carry the organic variety.
What a GREAT STORE! All of the staff were so helpful, and the store is neat freak clean lol. You can tell they have a PERFECT management team! Thank you for a good shopping experience Kroger. By the way Lavonne was a great cashier when we was checking out, will also be doing a survey.
Really large store. Has clothes, toys, wine and even food. Even has an area where you can stop while you shop to have a beer or a glass of wine. A large deli and bakery section and a pharmacy of course. Great parking and great selections inside.
This is my favorite grocery store and if you have a loyal customer card their prices are lower than all the competitors. It was especially nice to be able to also get other items needed other than groceries. The quality of the items sold is excellent and I highly recommend it.
This kroger has EVERYTHING! Clothes, international food, food that is labeled vegan/vegetarian.... no more spending an eternity reading and looking up the ingredients to that thing you wanted to buy. The Inside is so clean and beautiful. I love the assortment of cups, plates, and kitchen accessories. The clothes are super cheap. And there’s a LARGE assortment of cheese that Walmart doesn’t have. I love this kroger.
Its an ok store it started off great a great place to shop but the last couple times Ive shop here and got meat it was bad I had lunch meat that I open the same day I got it and it was spoiled the store exchanged the bad lunch meat Ive gotten bad chicken from here as well as other meats that where suppose to be fresh... I just stop buying meats from here and Kroger Brand spring water because I got a case of water that taste bad but over all I shop here for other things besides my meats and water
The absolute worst clicklist experience ever. Tried it several times, Hoping they’ll improve but nope.
Nice and organized and clean inside. Kroger has come a long way since the early 80s. Very nice selection of meat, seafood, cheese, beer, wine... They have everything! I look forward to coming back here for some shopping soon.
I finally had the chance to see this fairly new Kroger. Its a great store. Ordering online comes in handy. The fact that the quality of the product is high is a big plus.
Kroger usually has what I am looking for at a reasonable price. Lots of selections and options. Love the new store. Now I just have to learn where everything moved to.
Jennifer in pharmacy really cares and great at customer service. She found a vaccine in 3 hours that another place had on wait list almost 3 months. The other pharmacy folks were great too.
Great store best customer service, 9 out of 10 times they have what you need. Their selection is great Tee the meat manager always helpful and welling to help.
Awesome store! Great items and always fresh! Great prices and absolutely the friendliest people working there. Always willing to help!
Extremely clean place to grocery shop. They have everything from groceries to clothes. Friendly staff too!! I like that I can get my lottery tickets there without standing in a long line.
Excited to check out the new Kroger: weve heard great things about it. We stopped by the bar to snag a beer (how fun!). We were the only ones there. Walked up, asked if they had a wheat beer. The first girl just stared and shook her head. We asked is there anything comparable and she said nothing and kept shaking her head no. We looked over at the other woman (white hair, scowling at us) and said I said no. We decided against purchasing a beer, and as we walked away the first girl got on her phone and was texting. Not sure if they were both having a bad day or what, but this was an unfortunate first experience at this Kroger.
The store is too big. Hard to find things some times. I do like the selection of meats and the deli. Love the seafood salad and chicken salad with grapes.
Absolutely the best customer care in town. Melody, Tonya and the Morning Customer Care Manager (sorry her name escapes me) are the best. theyve earned my business.
Hands down the most incredible Kroger ever!!! Go inside and you see exactly why!*Spoiler alert below*They have a brick oven pizza selection, sushi, Chinese food, subs, and the typical hot food section most Kroger’s have, olive station, salad station, premade meals in a box like blue apron, a separate cheese company does their cheese business inside this store! Heads up, brace yourself, there’s a bar inside. Yup, it’s true. Wine and beer on tap!! they have a frozen skillet meal section you can scoop yourself, huge craft beer section, clothes, shoes, pharmacy, home decor, need I go further?! This Kroger literally has everything you need!! #ByeWalmart
Wide selection of meats, produce, groceries and more. Most things are easy to find and the checkout lines are quick. The only issue I had was finding diced garlic. Half of the brands were in international aisle and the other half were in produce but facing away from the fresh produce towards the nut dispensers. This was a minor inconvenience at worst. All in all a great experience.
Never opens on time.
Needs to work on produce. Has a huge produce department but often items are way past peak or, sadly, rotting. Lots of signs for organic produce - but the items are often not good.I, personally, do not know what the issue is-are items being stored incorrectly? (For example, potatoes-I think they should be covered up at night with burlap or the like, refrigerated greens need to be at a consistent temperature...) Are they over ordering and just not selling fast enough? The one thing I do know is that *it can be done*. Wegmans Foods is the example to follow. Unfortunately, there arent any this far south.Kroger, you have a lot of good qualities going for you. But you need to figure out produce. Please try.
Not only that is this brand new the staff are well-trained and willing and able to go the extra mile to make your shopping experience perfect! I hope they spend a lot of time and effort keeping it as pristine and establishment as it is now. Dont forget to stop by the wine and beer tasting for a little halfway treat, if you know what I mean. A great addition to Cartersville and I do all of my shopping here, with most of the time buying it online first and picking it up to avoiding lines.
Went to the Cartersville Kroger the other day I downloaded the kroger app for the coupons I asked for assistance at the front they told me to call the kroger customers service number and they could assist me with any questions I had any questions about how to use the Kroger app. Poor customer service from the store poor management poor service. Take my business else where.
This is a super Kroger, which sells more than just groceries. It is like a small WalMart, selling clothing and other goods. Plus, the beer and wine sections are enormous, including a wine and beer bar. Tons of fresh made foods, and organics to rival the specialty stores. Then, they have fuel right outside. And it is the first site in the area that Im aware of to have click cart online ordering and curbside pickup. Its almost overwhelming!
My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience at this Kroger. Helpful staff, great bakery, fresh seafood, you can even get a personal pizza cooked on a Italian stone grill. Looking forward to our next visit.
Liked the store and ClickList option, then Wal Mart offered a better pick up deal which Kroger met so decided to come back. Showed up in the time allotted to be told at least 1 1/2 hour wait still or come back next day. So, make the 20 minute trip for day two and over 30 minutes and still not had them brought out. I know it’s a convenience and not necessary, but back to Wal Mart after this joke. Have the staff to do a service or don’t offer it.
Clean, has everything you could possibly want, beautiful floral, fruit, vegetable and meat selection. The Pharmacy is first class. I will go no where else. There is even a Starbucks inside along with a few restaurants!
Above and beyond, way beyond customer service needs. Products that stay stocked, well chosen for even the Vegan (fussy) 😄 or odd call items. Organics are of a large variety. I can get all my shopping done, or done for me if needed, under one roof. Prices are reasonable for the quality I like. To all our special Kroger superheros We LOVE You! Thanks for everything and then some.
Great Kroger store. Very large, but easy to shop. Clean. Friendly clerks. Wine and beer bar next to the instore Murrays cheese shop. Whole sections of organic foods and vegetables throughout the store. Bulk grains. Sushi. Florist. Starbucks. Pharmacy. Clothing.I drive 20 minutes to shop here, and it is worth it.
The new large Kroger is AMAZING! Starbucks, sushi, stir fry, pizza and sandwiches all there on the market side to make yourself or order for lunch, dinner, etc. Liquor section is massive with selections and its funny that they have a small bar area to grab a drink while the women are shopping! Large selection of food, flowers, meats, and even the basics in clothing! Wish this massive one was in my neck of the woods!
