I went in to get a cone. The website said they had them in this specific store.I look everywhere for these cones.I see a girl that works there, really standoffish, so I ask where they are. I understand theyre near the collars. I tell her I looked everywhere, she said she didnt know where else they would be.I look again. I even look them up on the computer they have there to see where they are. The computer says theyre in store or ready for pickup, today.I go back and let her know, but she still has no clue. She eventually asks someone else that works there if they have them.We dont is all he said. She tells him I looked them up, and he says, They might be in the back, then.So the girl, instead of offering to go look for it, says, Uh..... uh......... uhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... Were sorry! You can order it online!Completely unhelpful. Dreadful customer service. I think his name was Rob. I didnt catch the girls name, but she had long, brown hair and glasses.

Employees are to busy stocking to offer any help on an item.The chainsaw bar I wanted was security locked and nobody would come to unlock.I eventually just took a picture of the barcode with my phone and got in line.I knew the item I wanted before I arrived and was still thete for 45 minutes.

I have spent over $2,000.00 dollars here this year! I bought pellets and they put in my van! Got ready to fix litter boxes and they are wet and bag opened! Have to dry in sun ! Sorry my cats will not pee in wet stuff! Called and Tommy said oh! Then said well I guess bring back! Ok but I will not spend any more of my money at this rude place! Ill go to Walmarts!

This store has everything you could want from a tractor supply! We bought deer corn and a salt block that provides nutrients to deer (new to me!). Also found a safe at a great price that perfectly fits our needs. So glad we found this store!!

Went looking for fly traps and the young lady was very helpful . She helped us find the products and told us which ones were the best sellers. They are always very courteous and helpful .

I go there for dog food & propane primarily. The dog food selection is good, but average prices (better than grocery stores or pet stores!) and the propane is the least expensive around! Staff always friendly & knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff. Had a great selection of feed and seed that we needed and at a good price. Also picked up some deer blocks for all the deer we have in our backyard. I ADORE this place! Great markdowns all over the store and the product quality is usually pretty excellent! I love the fact too that they will fill your propane tanks fairly cheap as well. However they often run out so its best to call ahead.

My visit today was awesome!!! The cashier at the front today was amazing. Her name is Laura, Laura asked if I was a rewards member and I stated yes and gave her our phone number. As she is looking she notices there are no points or email address on the account. She got my information and explained we had been missing out on our quarterly coupons. I was actually shocked that we had never had that explained before. Its the person who goes the extra mile to take care of their customers who need our constant praise. We are busy as people and forget sometimes to focus more on the positive than the negative. Thank you Laura for taking care of me today, keep up the amazing job!! You are a gem!!!

Staff here is ALWAYS super helpful and knowledgeable about questions you may have about items sold and their best use. I swear they do need a bell at the service desk...youll be waiting there for some time until someone walks by and sees you...especiallu if you order and prepay online and go straight to the service desk for pick-up...but that issue can easily be fixed with a $10 bell....easily fixed in one single day...wink wink...Ill be looking to see if they get a bell and will be dancing for joy in the isle. Otherwise, great team and great store.

Lawn care, animal supplies *(even cow, horse and goat stuff)*, clothing and boots *(even cute kid boots)*, truck gear boxes, tools and fencing...

Awesome store to go to Friendly help short lines and have to admit is extremely nice to go into being such a hot summer theyve got to keep that place at 60 degrees thats wonderful to walk into and brawls. Some of my favorite things about this store is theres things here that you can not by anywhere else and things that you can buy other places like their nuts and bolts they have a much larger selection than Lowes or Home Depot at 1/10 the price plus they have more quantity I used my local Tractor Supply for anything from home projects working on or repairing cars motorcycles tractors trailers and much much more not to mention even their clothing they carry the best names at great prices and for such a small retail clothing area typically just the front corner of the store I could buy my whole wardrobe from that one place. Definitely recommend checking in their sales counters when you first walk in the front door they usually have large tables with lots of things on sale I know my local store even has two different areas one but near the tire section like youre headed to the restrooms and one where they keep all their trailer light kits that they put all their clearance items and mark down items you can get extremely good deals from these areas I always make sure I check these out thoroughly needless to say if Im going to a general clothing store hardware store tool store Im going to be at Tractor Supply

Very helpful staff! Young man looked all over until he found our item, a lawnmower cart. He was running and doing everything thing! I hate that I cant remember his name. He was working so hard because the place was busy. Had trouble finding our cart because they have random stick in the storeroom, on the dock, throughout the sales floor and outside areas, and stock just piled under a shelter in the outside area. Looks like they need inventory control help or a bigger building. Regardless, I would recommend this location above any of the surrounding locations(Rome or Calhoun). The people in the Cartersville location make the difference.

Everyone at this store is friendly and helpful. If they dont have what you want and can get it, they will. Rob goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy.

A lot of items to choose from for gardening and yardwork. The are very pleasant with helping you pick stuff out. They even sell little chicks in the middle of the store. Please take the kids by that while youre there.

I dont have a tractor or animals, but they have some really great items here. Ive purchased books, gloves for driving, huge knife for cutting up pork shoulders, and when I struggled with that damned Weber Smokey Mountain smoker I bought my real charcoal there (now use a Masterbuilt electric). So its a great place for me, and maybe you too.

This is where I go for Quick Service easy parking and all of the hardware that I look for is doing here and it is convenient for me to go in with the less hassle of trying to find a parking place and stock is always complete and in order

Tractor supply has just lost my business!!! Black Friday add gun safe $299 great deal. Add should have said black Friday special dented and scratched item for sale. Went to pick up and dented and scratched from fork lift damage. All three safes same thing. Employee said they were gun safes and they would all be damaged. Employee said manager would not offer a discount for damaged Black Friday items. Not the customer service I would expect from TS. Never again I will find another place to shop

Had a love hate with this store in particular. Bought a gun safe here years ago opened it up and it was damaged. They didnt help me at all. So I quit going for about five years. Went back the other day for a sale and it seems they have more ofa selection and better prices than years past. The staff is always helpful.

Rob is probably the best sales and customer service person I have ever seen. Add Michelle to the mix and the team is unbeatable. Many thants to the entire staff for a great experience. Much better than Calhon store

Waited 15 min at service desk without assistance and when a woman dragged out of the back she picked up another customer after being paged by the front cashier. I had arranged to pick up a special order that I had called in. After I cooled off I went back just to observe assistant manager & employees work ethic. This is a poor operation for a tractor supply. I couldnt observe any employee ID employ for anything. Tractor supply has lost a roughly $7000 dollar account a month. By the way the lady that was supposed to go to the service desk had the personality, skip that, absolutely no personality or customer assistance ability. Couldnt even find item the customer she picked up wanted.
