Using the credit card check out process to monitor your employees is overbearing and shifts what is an internal matter between employees and management to the customer. You forced me to answer a question asking whether an employee greeted me when I entered the store before I could pay for my item. Its as if management somehow believes that being greeted equates to a positive service experience which makes no sense at all. So then what is management doing? Using me, the customer, to keep an eye on their employees? Its absurd either way and I truly feel sorry for anyone working under such poor management.

Its a nice store but doesnt carry as much stuff as the Apex store. Customer service is great.

I was here to get 3 x 6 mats. I think only five below has these mats. Items here are next level to Dallar tree. What you pay what you get. Some interesting tech accessories like wireless chargers and headsets are for $5. Some I felt bit expensive.

Five Below is convenient for quick surprise gift and party supply ideas but the quality of their items is not always the best. The store is called five below but it should really just be called the $5 store. 99% of the items they sell are $5. And now I have heard they are going to raise their prices up to $10. I just dont see the point in that. The staff is normally very friendly and the store is pretty much as clean as youd expect it to be.

Good deals on select items if you know your prices. Front register employees were very friendly and helpful in finding the item I was looking for.

A great place to eat and the pricing is reasonable. I always like the freshness and their help is amazing. Their staff always seems so happy, not something that you normally see in other fast food restaurants.

Seems like a well stocked store with a variety of new stuff going in and out. Great place to buy cool little gifts for kids and a neat little sections of the store focused on arts and crafts. Nothing necessarily mind blowing there of course but still a neat store to browse and buy gifts at nonetheless.

Ive been coming to five below for as long as theyve been open. Decent quality stuff for an unbeatable price. Dont expect nothing top notch quality though, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Great for kids, and adults. Has everything you can think of.. you gotta see for yourself. The name of the place says it all..

Good deals and very friendly checkout clerks but only giving a 3 star rating since some of the merchandise is overpriced and can be found for a dollar at the Dollar Tree. Also lines can get very backed out and the selection of merchandise is limited. I was looking for middle school reading comprehension books which I couldnt find. I only found the K through 5 books. Recommend adding a bigger selection and lowering some of the prices, but will be back to shop here in the future since water is so cheap at only 59 cents (that is the only reason that I will be coming back). Please work on making the improvements. Thank you.

This place has definitely changed its sales strategy from a year ago when I visited. More girl oriented, not many items for boys. Seems geared towards being electronic and cellular phone friendly. Much higher in pricing. Not very organized and the self checkout instead of actual cashiers was cumbersome and chaotic. Wish I could give more stars but the makeup of the store now is awful

This used to be a great place to buy small gifts or take kids to spend the allowance. The store felt empty during my last visit. There wasnt any merchandise. I hope theyre not going out of business.

I like the store first timer today but didn’t appreciate the rude girl at the front today when I was ready to check out she just stared at me I asked her if I could check out she said there’s a self check out I said okay but don’t you work here ? She’s clearly a cashier and just standing there she okay since u don’t feel comfortable using it I said it’s not bc I don’t feel comfortable I expect you to check me out because THATS YOUR JOB no point of having a well organized stocked store if your associates ruin the experience. Won’t be returning. White oak is more friendly and I don’t have to ASK to be checked out

Lots of cool stuff, good prices. The gentleman behind the counter gave my son a toy for being able to hopscotch (sort of, haha). Really awesome people work here.

This is gem of a find...odds an things, especially for those fun loving children...2yrs. & up. Even just to browse around and be curios or see something unusual and by it for yourself.

Decent stuff for kids. I always go here to get headphones for road trips knowing that they may get abused. My daughter loves buying nail polish here. And there are fun things like what my son is modeling.

Definitely a Must GO THERE. Some items are below par as far as quality but its great for most anything! I like thier for make-up, nail polish, school supplies, including back packs, phone cases, pens, highlighters, water bottles, workout type stuff, crafty/ games for kids. They have shoes, candies, leggings, bras, tee shirts,key chains, & some books tooJust hGo check it out. You will find a deal on something youre going to enjoy.

Store looked nice and clean but when I arrived they were closed their sign on door and on website said they were open at 7am. I was at door at 705 and not open when an employee arrived said they didn’t open till 8 I said your sign says 7 here on the door and your website says 7 he said nope not till 8. Either this store is wrong or corporate is wrong but I went way out of my way for nothing

I love this store when Christmas rolls around. With everything $5.00 or under, it is so easy to find little gifts for friends or kids. Some of the stuff is junky, but there are many treasures including things like books, scarves, cell phone accessories, make-up etc.You also can find everything you need for gift giving supplies like paper, gift bags and cards.The staff here is always friendly.Highly recommend.

It is a very great place for buying DIY stuff for dollar $5 or under. This place used to hold a lot more stuff before, now this store look kinda empty. Still a great place to shop for kids craft stuff to keep them busy. Good collection of DIY stuff, books, and lot more.

I have shopped at many five below stores and have always referred it to friends and family. Today I am questioning my return. First, my incredibly well mannered 11 year old son was looking at one section of the store while I was in another. It’s a small store that you can see from end to end. A very rude store clerk told him he was not allowed to be by himself in the store and had to be with a parent. My son politely said ok and started to walk toward me. He paused to look at something and the store clerk said, “Now! Get to your parent!”. I was speechless. I have never worried about my kids looking around a store without my immediate supervision. They are very well behaved. I have trusted them for years and have NEVER once had any incident. It didn’t end there. We quickly wrapped up our shopping and I went to check out. I was looking through the counter displays and standing by the registers waiting on someone to come to the counter. After 5 or so minutes a lady came over and stood on the other side of the aisle. She tapped a sign and rudely said, “the sign says to wait here for help”. I kept my composure but was over the poor service and left. I am very disappointed in this store and company if these are their new standards. I’m still questioning our return.
