Great selection! They had all the Russian groceries I craved. Great deli section with cured fish too; haven’t seen anything like it around the triangle.

I love what they have, I just wish its a bit less pricey and some stuff is more fresh. Also sometimes there are no price tags for the items I am interested in

Golden hex recently expanded to be triple the size they were and its amazing. They have everything you could be looking for eastern European wise. I buy lots of different items here.

Its been a while since I been to your store and decided to go there today. Wow!!! I really loved everything about it. The store is so much bigger, I would say largest one in our area. Huge selection of groceries, prices where they are supposed to be and even flags besides the prices letting you know where the product came from, beautiful pictures on the walls, bright lights, russian music playing, amazing customer service, very clean store and you can even grab a drink and dessert and take a break in their mini cafe. The old store was great, but this one is amazing. Thank you for such for amazing store. I loved coming here today and cant wait to come back again. I will definitely be visiting your store more often.

The place has expanded a lot since the last time I visited a few years ago. They have all our favorite Russian/soviet groceries. My husband was like a child in a candy store :) Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Wonderful variety of Eastern European groceries. It’s mostly Russian but they stock Romanian things I haven’t had in years! The staff is incredibly nice. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Nice selection of Easter European products. Mainly Russian and Ukrainian. You could also find some Georgian items.Note: This store many frozen items. For example, black bread, pancakes, cakes and mini-cakes, etc. Selection of freshly-cooked/baked items was limited all the three times I went there.

This place provides all the Russian food I miss so much. My friends from big cities tell me that they dont have such a wide choice of products.Food is fresh, people are friendly, if you dont find something you can always ask for it and there is a chance they will find and order it.I am really happy we have it here!

Only been once, but for an Eastern European grocery and deli it checks all the boxes. I didnt see an extensive spice selection but they had hot paprika! The breads are frozen but they also have bread mixes to bake up yourself. The staff was attentive as well!

Visited for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. This store stocks a variety of Russian, Ukrainian, Polish/other Eastern European, Armenian, as well as some Israeli/Kosher foods and items. Great variety of breads, cheeses, jams/preserves, teas, meats, chocolates/desserts, beer, kvass, and other goodies. My apologies to the woman who helped me out at the cash register that my Russian isnt better. Will definitely return!

We visited here today and absolutely fell in love with this place. I’m Russian, my fiancée is Ukrainian. They had so much we love and they were very kind. The one thing that is bad, they don’t have prices on everything so you need to ask. Other than that, we will be here weekly.

Awesome little store with an excellent selection of Russian and Eastern European products! Lots of fun to just browse around, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the owner is there almost every day, and they have a great deli counter full of delicious Russian and European meats and sausages! A slightly hidden gem but absolutely worth a visit if you like exploring authentic non-American grocery stores.Edit: Im in Eastern Europe right now and I got to thinking about how nice this store is. It is better stocked than most of the local grocery stores here in Eastern Europe. Even if you arent specifically looking for Russian/Eastern European foods you should still come visit and just check it out, truly a must if you live in the Triangle.

A hidden gem in the Triangle. Friendly staff and so much to choose from. We got some tea, beer, salami, and butter. Many items we were unfamiliar with, but thats part of the fun. We will definitely be back to explore new things

Theres food here you cant find anywhere else. Its amazing that we have a market like this. Im glad I moved to Cary. I come here every couple of weeks for Kvass, canned mushrooms and vegetables, dumplings. Im glad I discovered Kasha, which is buckwheat and an absolutely wonderful alternative to other carb dishes.

This is a fun, but small grocer. The people are helpful and nice. You can explore and purchase all types of European ingredients for your dishes. I got some perogies and harissa and other delicious offerings.

After growing up in an Eastern European family in NYC it was awesome finding a spot like this in the Triangle. Really nice variety of Russian, Polish, and other snacks, meats, beer, and more. Haven’t found another place like it around here.

It is so hard to find authentic Russian food. They have it all.

If you speak Russian or miss some favorite food from the old country, then this is the place for you. Many imported goods along with deli meats and cheeses from Slavic countries. As a non-Russian speaker, it was sometimes a mystery trying to figure out what was what. But it all looks tasty!

They have the best jams and beer Ive ever tasted.

Store is well stocked, but European is limited to eastern Europe (mainly Poland). Nothing from western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands etc.). Disappointing when looking for non Eastern Europe.

A really very nice little eastern European grocery, with very interesting foods that are hard to find anywhere else. I am particularly a fan of the wide selection of jams and jellies. I am in love with blackcurrant jam, and this is the only place that I can find it. Also nice deli counter with a great selection. Glad youre part of my neighborhood!

Fantastic local business selling the best imports from Israel, Russia, Eastern Europe, and a smattering of other spots. The owner and workers are extremely friendly and make shopping there a pleasure. Prices are very fair and selection is a good cross section. It has already become my go-to market in the area.

Have many edible goods, kind of a super grocery store. Many items from Russian origin Middle East and other places. Their grip on the English language is loose making it charming to shop. We asked for typical Dutch items and they will try to source it. Very helpful people. Go there.

Amazing store! It has a great variety of products, and prices are very reasonable. The store itself is bright and clean, and staff is very welcoming and friendly. Ive been to several Eastern European stores throughout NC, and this one is the BEST by far! I think its way ahead of eastern European stores even in DC area.

Great place for hard to find Eastern European and Israeli products. They have all the staples: sausage, kvass, candy, buckwheat, smoked fish, etc, and a surprisingly wide selection of traditional beeswax candles. Friendly management and a welcoming atmosphere.Note these guys are pretty new so they may not be in Google street view just yet but rest assured they are there!
