Taylor and the entire team at the AT& T store on Florence boulevard are simply amazing. Every time I come in Im immediately greeted with smiles and ask how they can be of service. Not only have they taken care of me and my entire family but they also helped my girlfriend and her grandmother convert from Verizon and get into a much better plan at a much better price. If you need to mobile device, accessories, or want more details about the AT&T TV service, this is the place to go. I promise you will not leave disappointed. Ive been doing business with them for more than 5 years and will continue to do so. If I could give it 10 Stars I would.

Really good service, we visited the store in Casa Grande, we switched from T-Mobile and couldn’t be happier. The people were friendly, they explained so many options that were available to us, they were busy, so probably schedule an appointment.

Let me start by saying I have had very bad experiences with T-Mobile and Verizon. So when I switched to At&T I was very on edge and didn’t go in with an open mind. First of all we got to the store about 30 mins before closing time and Chris took us no problem. He made the experience pain less and answered all my concerns. I made the switch that night. Couple weeks later some questions had come up about my bill and why it was a little wonky, walked into At&T and Chris and the manager fixed everything and made it all right. I look forward to doing business with them for along time :)

This the worst company to deal with not the store the company. Try to resolve issues and they will not answer calls not have single person with a brain cell worst customer retention and even worse customer lack of service zero communication skills. The business needs to lose its business license as a whole. Be clear it’s corporate issue not a store issue.

Chris was very helpful, even though he was wearing a mask I could tell he had a smile on his face. I forgot the store managers name but he was helpful and had a smile on his face as well (under the mask). I am looking to switch from sprint/t-mobile. I want to switch right now but I have to get the approval from the hubby. If I didnt need hubby approval I would have signed up right then and there. I think the phone service will be better and I know the customer service will be. The customer service I received at AT&T was far superior to what I have gotten from sprint in a long time. I went in to the t-mobile store today and not only were they unhelpful but rude as well. When I stated that I have been a sprint customer since 2001 and I am considering leaving they said bye, not what can we do to keep you.

My Dad and I went in to make a simple purchase of the bluetooth recharge, ended up walking out with a better one! X 2! Then got hime and found out that one was as good as the other one (even though the picture on the box made it look the same) so the guy at the store was able to exchange it for the better one! Listen. When you are opening new business for these people they will roll out the red carpet because they get paid based off of sales. I’ve worked in sales for over 10 years. I understand. But with all sales there is service that must be performed as well. I went into the store to submit a death certificate for my grandfathers account to close it. Well they called loyalty for me because that’s how things get closed with AT&T and I didn’t have the security code or security word. So the rep on the phone told me in the store they can take my grandfathers death certificate to process what I was requesting. And the manager, didn’t get his name said he can’t take the death certificate so we can complete the closure over the phone. The death certificate is my verification saying I have access to do so without all of the required documents. Apparently the manager doesn’t know that and proceeded to be condescending as I walked out to door telling me good luck. I don’t and won’t get an account with AT&T for more reasons but this. I hope everyone knows what they are getting into when opening an account here. They can help you when they take your money and get sales credit off of your purchase but if you aren’t establishing anything even though there are LITERALLY no other customers they still can’t help you because they don’t know how to do their job or they don’t want to.

I did a slow roll to the front of the store and Taylor walked out into the 118° weather to let us know they were open and ready to serve us. We walked in and through my mask I could tell there was quality cool air circulating, one might say it was crisp. Immediately Taylor asked how we were doing and wanted to know how he could best serve us. He listened and repeated what we were looking for and assisted and had many checkpoints to make sure the products we were looking at had the qualities we desired. Taylor was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Taylor is an A+ associate and made sure what we were getting was what we wanted.

I had been having MAJOR problems with getting return packaging for the phones I traded on online. I will never do an online trade in again.Instead I will come to the ATT store on Florence in Casa Grande Arizona and work with the store manager, Ratsel.Ratsel was able to fix my trade in problem in a matter of minutes and I left the store extremely pleased.I spent 38 years working in retail electronics and it is extremely rare to find some one as helpful knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.Ratsel is a credit to your team and should be acknowledged for his skill and outstanding customer service.

My phone has not been working right for months. I switched to ATT prepaid and the SIM card didn’t work and I could not get any help online or over the phone. I met Taylor at the store 10 am and he spent over 2 hours with me and finally my phone works! He has the patience of a saint. I am so excited to have my caller ID working for the 1st time in months. I have not been able to call anyone because of the broken caller ID. Thanks Taylor you are the best!! I would recommend Taylor to anyone who is having trouble with their phone.

Vanessa helped me after password failure unfixable on iPhone 6. I was waiting for my iphone11. She was so helpful in taking care of problem AND she assisted with me getting an unlimited calling planGriselda helped me activate my new phone. She was so patient and helpful. I was able to transfer data to phone but had no phone service. She had it connected and working in 15 minutes.Both these employees is what gives AT&T its excellent reputation. Vanessa did fine working for us to change plans that suited our needs and saved us some money. What aggravated me was we also learned that my veteran discount was never applied to our bill going all the way back to the day we signed on with AT&T. Almost 4 years!!! My advice to everyone is make sure you check to make sure you are getting all your discounts.

I ordered two iPhone 11 pro Max phones under buy one get one and $300 rebate promo. Got the phones and went in to active them. One of the orders was missing and couldn’t be activated. So they added a line as if I brought the phone in. Their suggestion. Was told after the 300 rebate I’d be missing and the buy one, get one credit I’d miss out on, it would work out the same since I wouldn’t be paying for the phone. Except I’m being billed for phone, no rebate, and no credit. Went in and asst manager was useless. Acted like I was trying to pull one over. They messed it up and won’t fix it. I’m out $1,000 because of this store.

I love this store, I didnt understand how the different plans worked at all and staff was more than happy to answer all of my questions for over an hour getting me started. I left Verizon the day I went there.The customer service has not changed for every visit Im in the store. The plans are cheaper than Verizon was charging me and they instantly put on my county employee discount which Verizon would not do even though I was supposed to.I would pay more than Verizon just for the help and genuine friendly attitude.
